I don't know why people complain about the noise, I didn't have any problem with that. Stayed one night because had an early morning flight. Room was very comfortable and spacious. shuttle service was great.

Hotel is nice and clean, however it was pretty difficult getting in contact with them to find the shuttle. They also do not have shampoo or conditioner in the shower. They also didn't have shower gel but instead hand soap in the shower. The sofa was very hard and the bedding was very flimsy. I can highly recommend the Spichrz Hotel having stayed for a few nights in September. The main building (note there is also an annex which I didn't enter) has been beautifully restored from the original granary of 1719. Absolutely one of the best hotels which I've ever stayed. Delish breakfast, kind receptionist, cozy place in Toruń old town, clean room and etc. Only negative point was there was no tissue box in room but we could use toilet paper instead. There's hotel parking lot, so if you travel by car, this hotel must be your first option.

Recommend! Great stay close to the beach! I was a little worried having read some of the reviews here, but had no reason to be. Sure, the building is older, but the rooms are big and comfortable and the bathrooms are big, newish and clean. The breakfast is great, has everything and more. For the price this is the best hotel I ever stayed at. Am currently at the hotel and had the write. The staff is young and energetic and super polite. I would come back because of that. The cleaning girls are young as well and nice. I don’t understand why someone would write a negative comment! If you super fancy and pay a fortune go next door to the Marriott! It's rather old and the facilities are basic.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Arkadia Royal! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. If you look for a night next to go cart - this is your place. But do not expect much. First of all we were staying for three nights and there was zero house keeping service. The, the rooms were too cold and air conditioning was still in"summer" mode, so it could not warm up the rooms. Last but not least the windows had zero noise isolation. This review is only for the Go-Karting!!! I went there today by bus. It was a simple drive but the location was a bit awkward to get to. Other than that, the staff was very friendly and pointed me to the machine where I got signed in. The Go-Karting was great and very fun. If you're coming to Zakopane for outdoor, the location of this hotel is perfect, right at the bottom of the Tatra NP. The rooms are old fashioned, and would definitely need to refresh, but the quality stays and there not so much compromise on comfort, so I'm fine with that.
