The hotel's shuttle service is very thoughtful. You contact the hotel in advance and get a code. When you arrive at the airport, find the corresponding taxi and give it to the driver for free. The room is quite large and the bed is very comfortable. The price is cheap and cost-effective.

The hotel is super clean and new..staff were polite and professional..location is a bit far from center..you need a taxi always to go there.. Breakfast was in the average not really good variety..but overall a good experience..

Hotel check-in was fast and friendly. The room was on the 5th floor which is the top floor. The room and the bathroom were spotless. Complimentary Wifi, a large TV, and a couple of bottles of water. Recently stayed at the hotel on a business trip. The hotel is well located for the city. The rooms are spacious clean and tidy. Friendly helpful staff with an excellent breakfast.

Location is 30-40 minute walk to the old town but Ubers very cheap if you don’t want to walk. Comfortable and well appointed rooms. Breakfast is excellent. HIE is a 3 star brand but this goes above that. Great staff

A good hotel with comfortably furnished rooms in the eastern part of Oświęcim, somewhat removed from the train station and concentration camp memorials. Breakfast is served from 6 a.m. and offers a wide selection. Unfortunately, there isn't much to do in the surrounding area.

Love Hilton service worldwide, no matter of the economy, medium or luxury tier they keep highest quality and home feel. No question asked to particular to Oswiecim Hilton as well: great rooms, soft bed, diverse breakfast and pleasant staff

Nice clean hotel, good breakfast. Had to search a bit for parking upon arrival, but everything was arranged during check-in and we parked in the parking garage afterwards, great. Nice little square within walking distance with nice eateries.

Overall, it's OK. Considered good in Europe. The price/performance ratio is decent.

Except that the rooms weren't properly cleaned and the beds weren't made, everything was fine. We were only there for three days...

Quaint older style hotel, very clean and tidy even if it has quite a 1970's look overall. The staff are helpful and friendly, any requests were dealt with really quickly. Just back from a weekend in Gdansk where we stayed at the Ibis Gdansk Stare Miasto. Excellent hotel and great value for money. Spacious, spotlessly clean rooms, excellent service throughout our stay, fresh and varied breakfast and excellent location, approximately 10 minute walk from old town and all it has to offer.

Just back from a 3 night stay here. We arrived very late (about 1am) but check in was quick. Breakfast was sufficient and there is something for everyone. Location is great - not far from most of the attractions. The staff are all very nice and the service was good. Some of the corridors could use some redecorating as some of the walls have dents in them but this did not spoil our trip. Would stay...

Stayed here for three nights. Helpful staff, quiet room. Well located for access to the Old Town. The restaurant is to be recommended, the steak tartare as a starter, and the veal for main course were especially good. Costs for the hotel and restaurant very competitive. Would definitely stay here again.

We received a room on the top level. we didn't have aircondition in the room and in the summer time with a baby it is little hard to resist. Unfortunately we didn't get the room with a view on the fiord even we booked normal room on there's site . The location it is very good near of the old town near of the castle.

There's couple of supermarket within 1.5km so it's convenient for us who is driving. Rooms are cozy. Bed's comfortable , toilets are clean. I'm happy with my 2 nights stay there

Room was nice, receptionist was super kind. Bolt and uber are cheap so the distance from the centre wasn’t a problem.

There were some guests which were noisy and aldo there is another sister hotel nearby and one of the nights was very noisy

The hotel and it staff was exceptional! We were taken great care of and felt really accommodated for such a cheap price! The only downside was the location. It is pretty far of from Krakow centre and the old town but it was nothing unmanagable.

The room was as expected for a Hampton hotel - comfortable bed, good location and friendly staff.

The location is great, and the hotel provides good value for what is available in the city.

Modern but a bit small with limited space for storage (no drawers) and no chair other than a small desk chair. Breakfast is uninspired, just enough to get you through the morning. Bottled water only furnished on day one. Hotel is OK for one night but more than that starts to feel old.

Comfortable and clean rooms. Good WiFi, sufficient breakfast and secure parking for a reasonable fee. All good.

Great place to stay for short-term stays. 15min walk to the city center where there are plenty of restaurants and activities. They also have a digital key system that can be activated via the app, but it only works like 60% of the time.

The hotel was very close to some nice places such as a little cafe on Jałowego, the Galeria mall, and the Rzeszów square. I could walk to these places in about 10-15 minutes. There are two bus stops on the property which was also very convenient. I actually didn’t need a car my whole time in Rzeszów. The little ice cream shop in the outlet mall next to the hotel was very nice, and the lady working...

Great location The location was great: 20 minutes to the centre. The room was bright & clean with most amenities. Coffee/ tea facilities and bottled water were a nice welcome. Breakfast was great: hot & cold items which were replaced efficiently. The breakfast room was tastefully decorated. We reported a blown bulb which was swiftly replaced. Highly recommended

Located within walking distance of the old town, it's quite convenient for business travelers. Breakfast, while simple, was quite tasty. Overall, the service was acceptable. Parking is an extra charge. There was hair on the bed.

Rooms had a good amount of space and was in a good location close to the city centre and tram stops.

Small but clean room with low ceiling such as tgose seen in the U.S. Staff was professional and pleasant. They actually smiled wgich is not typical for Polish service sector, it seems. Close enough to the old city center, about 6-minute walk. Tjere's also a guitar at the lobby for guests use. That's unique. I wonder though why this was 20 zlotys more expensive (total 260) than the IBIS at the old town...

The staff was attentive, very service oriented, and accommodating of our special needs. The breakfast offerings were extensive and well prepared. I felt like I was staying in a 5 star hotel. Rooms were good value.

2 hair dryers were in one bathroom and both did not work. Aside from that, the wifi is bad, constantly disconnecting and being slow. The rooms themselves are nice and cozy, but you’d expect those amenities to at least work.

Perfect location - near the railway station and public bus/Flixbus stops. 15 minutes on foot to the town centre, 17 minutes by bus to the local thermal spa. Rich breakfast, I think everyone can choose something. Nice and helpful staff, the room was clean and spacious, with a TV, small fridge and hairdryer. Possibly A/C or at least a fan would come in handy in summer. Otherwise I have nothing to complain...

This is a hotel belonging to the bronze series. The hotel is relatively quiet and friendly. A big plus was the beautiful and rich breakfast. A big minus is the polish reality, when something is presented as open and available, and in the end, the hotel actually offers only half of everything that is presented.

Some standard tiny issues with the bathroom, and the lights in the bed are really bad positioned you turn them off constant if you want to sit upright 🤣. But other than that, real good, will come back.

The hotel is very good, clean with a good breakfast and above all right in front of a bus stop that takes you to the center in 8 minutes.

I gave it four stars because of their service and support - we were dumped there by Lufthansa after they cancelled their flight literally at the last minute. But for Gdańsk the location and style were definitely on the lower side. Food was good though and plentiful.

The Hotel was great; very quick and pleasant check in. The waitresses serve me a drink even they just closed the bar. The room was clean and spacious with a kettle for hot drinks. Their breakfast was excellent but they cold have more coffee machines as there was a queue. The hotel is close to airport so it is ideal to sleep over there for morning flights from Kraków.

Not for solo travellers The only couple of advantages to stay here-1.Location(close to airport) 2. Free parking. This hotel and its staff are clearly focused on group travel only. If you’re traveling alone, you won’t be served in the restaurant after 9 p.m. And that annoying midnight noise in the room… feels like a diesel generator.

We were stranded in Krakow Airport (3 couples) by Severe Fog for 39 hours. The Lufthansa staff found us 3 Double Rooms in the Fero Express (not far from the airport) and only 10 mins drive away. Comfortable bed with really soft bed linen, room was warm and clean. Good shower. Great breakfast selection. Fantastic location for the airport and south west Krakow area. There was unfortunately a lot of noise in the corridors at night and the breakfast room was exceptionally busy due to a few coach tour groups staying but overall highly recommended.

It's more than 3 stars hotel, breakfast is marvelous and services is fantastic and staff are keen and helpful. Very good for families and couples it's very close to the public lake, they have a great sauna with affordable price. Definitely I'll come again. If they'll provide some slippers for rooms it'll be perfect.

The hotel is at a lovely spot, very close to the lake for water activities and also has lots of playground near it. The breakfast was also good and the pancakes weren't too sweet.

Great value for the price. I stayed in a double room for one night while travelling for studies in Olsztyn in March 2025. The location is a short drive from the city center but located right next to the lake with many sports activities accessible. The buffet breakfast offered a great spread and should satisfy any and all. Will definitely use it again in the future.

Hotel was very modern with a lovely restaurant with excellent food. Shower and bathroom were spacious.
