Great hotel for a short or long stay! We deffo recommend this hotel for a single night or a longer stay - we got offered a clean and spacious room with 2 single beds, free wifi and a private (paid) parking. 24/7 reception, friendly staff. Tea and coffee making facilities en suite made us feel very welcome! Unfortunately there are construction sites next door that doesnt make it a "nice" area. Nonetheless...

Very cozy and clean room, with kettle, water, tea and coffee included. Possible for the late check-in, 24h reception. I forgot some of my belongings during my stay, contacted Hotel to find out how I can return it and they were very kind to prepare a parcel for the courier which I organized and in the end got my belongings back. Big thanks to the staff

Stayed here for four nights whilst visiting Krakow. Overall this hotel is excellent. The staff are extremely welcoming and friendly, the room was cleaned daily and the breakfast was fantastic. I was extremely impressed with the modern room. The location is perfect, close to the old town and Krakow Glowny Station. Hotel was beautiful, rooms were great, the hotel staff were lovely (big thanks to the hotel receptionist that let us check in early as room was ready). Pretty nice hotel. The breakfast was good (average coffee). The sauna and pool are great! Bedroom doesn’t look amazing, but the bed are comfy. The shower has low pressure. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would recommend.

The hotel is very good and absolutely modern, located in the center of the old town. Staff very kind. Maybe they should just exchange 2 single bed-rooms to Double-bed-rooms, then it would be perfect.

Great service and a veru centrally situated hotel. Room and rates were good. However, room was on ground floor and every time the front door of hotel was opened, it shut with a ferocious clatter. This woke me up on each night I stayed, often several times. It would stop me returning to the Artus which is a pity, because everyhing else was of a good standard.

Everything was cool, but not service… So a telephone to call to reception is no working, so I went downstairs and said to Damian what i wasn’t able to call him, no reaction, and also asked if I can get a beer to my room, he said yes but for now bar is closed I can order in 1 hour, then I told him if it’s possible to order now and someone will bring for me, he said yes. I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The breakfast was generous and varied, the staff were warm and always attentive. The rooms are spacious, recently renovated, and spotlessly clean. The hotel also enjoys an ideal location, which is a real advantage. I also tried the hotel restaurant: the food was very good, with tasty and well-presented dishes. Satisfies minimum requirements...good bed and food.

Great location and view from terrace on the 15th floor. Friendly personnel. Breakfast and dinner were fine but not equal to 4* hotel. If its hot outside you cannot get easily fresh air in the room and there is no AC. Don`t expect 4* quality at this place (maybe at the time when it was built few decades ago).

Soooooo... The rooms were good for people who go in groups. The bathroom was clean, the toilet too, the cleaning lady did an amazing job and up on arrival everything was good. But there was one horrible thing that's very important to know: the food was unimaginably bad. There was no variation (it was always the same: patatoes, some meat that was supposed to be pork but I tasted so bad and for vegetarians...

One of the best hotels which I have been to in Poland. The atmosphere, the rooms, the quality of service, food, things which have been offered in the hotel are just excellent. The spa part is just amazing and so relaxed, the rooms are modern and cosy. The place is located in the centre of Krynica Morska and the staff is super nice. You just feel so good like at home. The gym is very minimalistic unfortunately and the building does seem to run ventilation pipes but not in individual rooms. Heating uses radiators that are centrally controlled so expect not to spend much time in the room as the temperature could end up being unbearable depending on the time of the year. The location is great however and the staff are awesome and will go out of their way to help.

This is our second time staying at the Maksymilian .Great hotel ,great rooms cosy and clean ,looking to make it our 3rd visit next year .Close to the main square and trams just outside.

I have stayed at this hotel now 5 times, its warm comfy and hotel is very near Krakow square. The hotel is clean and tidy, staff are friendly and breakfast is well laid out. The hotel offers great value for money and overall a great experience. We will be back again.

A great hotel to stay at. Within easy walking distance from Krakow Old Town. Friendly staff. Good sized room which was always very well maintained. Buffet breakfast was ample, plenty of choice to suit everyone. Would thoroughly recommend a stay here.

We have just returned from a 4 night family break in Krakow. We had 2 triple rooms on the 4th floor. Our rooms where spotlessly clean and beds where comfy. Our room had a bath/shower combo and the other a quite tight shower cubicle. Beadkfast was ok, but room and space very tight. All the staff where friendly and attentive. My only advice is ask for a room at the back as the noise from the street...

hotel close to main square (Rynek). room was spacious and comfortable. beds comfy . fridge and safe in room. complementary still and sparkling water, tea, coffee and kettle in room. lots of storage space. walls are thin but generally we slept well in our stay. no cuity tax. reception helpful. breakfast was really nice with good choice of cooked and continental. looked newly renovated in all areas

The location is good, very close to the train station and the old town, and can be reached on foot. The service is warm and friendly, the breakfast supply is sufficient, but it is a pity that there is no refrigerator in the room. Overall, I still recommend it, the price and good location are worth it.

This hotel was recommended to us by a family member. Great value and great location. However, our room on arrival was a good size, which at first was terrific. However, having got up really early for our flight we thought we’d have a little siesta before going back out again for dinner in the evening….not a good idea as our room overlooked a beautiful church. Sounds good , but it certainly was not...

Not the fanciest in Wroclaw but the location is fabulous and a 2 min walk from Rynek and the Christmas market. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the room was large and well equipped. The breakfast was excellent with a great choice of buffet items as well as cook to order options. The beds were so comfortable and we had a powerful walk in shower that didnt leak! All in all great value and location...

Room 701 is a dream! Complete 2 bedroom apartment with full kitchen, large dining room, and large living room accompany many guests. The ceiling windows allow a great view of the city and surrounding area. Laundry service is one in a million! I'd recommend to anyone visiting, especially during Christmas time!!!

Everything was absolutely superb! The location is perfect – just steps away from the market square, right in the heart of the old town. The room was spacious and comfortable, with the bonus of having a bathtub. The only minor thing: the blackout curtains could be better. I booked a room here for one night. This is a lovely old world european hotel. My room and bed were clean and the bathroom was updated. Staff was friendly. As a site seeing tourist there in nothing of interest in walking distants around the hotel area but it is a 10 minute bus ride into the “Old Town” were everthing is happening.

Amazing stay My family with 3 kids had some unexpected flight problems that forced us to spend 2 days in Poland. It's ok for the price. Nothing special. It needs investment and refurbishment as it looks early 2000's. It's clean and have lovely staff and good food to make up for it.

A very classic and elegant hotel with a quiet surroundings. For this price, it's really great value for a three-star hotel! The bed was clean and soft, but the toilet had an odor issue. Since it's an older hotel, some facilities are a bit dated, and they didn't provide Wi-Fi login details; I guess you'd have to ask at the front desk. Overall, it's still pretty good.

Hotel Gaja is a great experience if you're visiting Poznan. It's a bit out of the center area, but it's quiet, discreet and still has great places nearby, like the old Zoo, worth a visit. The staff was proper, kind and professional, the rooms were clean and spacious (we got a balcony and nice views of the zoo park) and, most importantly, breakfast was amazing. I am now obsessed over those sausages...

We had a great stay at the Pollera. Many of the 4 or 5 star hotels we looked at were lovely but after some research we realised the Pollera was in an equally great location, maybe 1 to 2 minutes walk away from such hotels, but way cheaper! The hotel is in traditional Polish style which we really enjoyed. The rooms were large and comfortable and had everything we needed. We slept well and had zero issues...

Stayed here recently, the location is fantastic, only a short walk to the old town, close to shops bars and restaurants. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was on the small side but had everything needed for a comfortable stay, the room was very clean (which is a credit the the cleaning staff they do a wonderful job) the bathroom was very clean and a good size, hand soap and shower...

Like others have said, the bathroom was absolutely spotless- probably the cleanest one I’ve ever seen in a hotel.  10/10 for the cleaning crew.  The breakfast spread was amazing as well.  Front desk staff were very helpful.  So much history and character in the building.  Loved our stay!

The hotel was well located for the old town centre . All staff were courteous and helpful in particular the cleaning staff and reception. The whole hotel was spotless and smelt clean and fresh . Well appointed rooms .

Lovely historic hotel updated to a good standard. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very clean hotel and everything in excellent order. Rooms were comfortable though one room could have been a little warmer. The hotel is situated in an ideal position for exploring Poznan's many sites. We would love to revisit !

Overall our stay was very nice! The location is great and the team was super helpful! I will say that the bars around them make it loudish at night so if you are light sleep may want to ask to have a room away from the street. Overall my husband and I had a great and would stay here again.

Great location. and customer service It was Great Customer service from Receptions to breakfast. But dinner was not served. To Me. So had to use Uber eats. Room was small but very nice and comfortable. With nespresso. . Tea. And several tv channels of various languages.

Good location Bed was very comfy. Located right on the main party street so depending on location of room there could be noise , ear plugs were provided but we didn't need them.there is a restaurant/brewtap attached to the hotel we didn't eat there but did try a selection of beers which were very good.

Horrible If you want sleep and rest, search another option. Is like to be inside the disco but in the bed. Pubs close 4:30 am and the music noise is terrible in the room. Si lo que quieres es dormir y descansar busca otra opción. La calle está repleta de garitos y no cierran hasta las 4:30 de la madrugada. La música es como dentro de una discoteca pero en la calle

Fantastic hotel with a cozy and relaxing spa area. The food and breakfast were excellent with a good variety and high quality. The location is very convenient – only about 7 minutes by taxi to the city center and close to Gdańsk Forum. Highly recommended, would definitely stay here again!

Very nice staff - comfortable room

Amber hotel did not disappoint. Very speedy check-in, clean room with new and functional amenities. I liked that windows can be opened to air the room if necessary, and radiator temperature can be regulated. Nice tea cups with electric kettle - just what I needed after a winter day out. Nothing to complain about. I didn't see any shops or supermarkets anywhere near the hotel, but it's not really far...

I liked the Hotel Aqua Sopot. It is near to Sopot Aquapark and seaside. 30 mins to Sopot Port,9 mins to train station and 3 mins to Aquapark. 🌊 Room was clean and comfortable but unfortunately wasnt soundproof. I heard a man was snoring from next toom 😄. Also, in my room No-103, hair dryer didn't work. Service was hospitable and nice.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the beach, public transport, and shops. The staff is very friendly, and the price is reasonable. Breakfast is good and served as a buffet. It’s a great base for exploring the area. The rooms are nicely renovated and everything can be easily arranged. On the downside, the bathroom feels like it’s stuck 20 years in the past.

We had a great stay in the hotel, we felt very welcomed by Adam at the reception, he helped us with all the things we needed and was very friendly! We ate twice at the hotel restaurant was really good, the rooms were kind of small otherwise everything else was good.

A wonder walk through old woodland down steps to the sandy beach and the Baltic, Hotel Aqua is in a terrific location. It is also a few minutes walk away from a railway station for trains to Gdañsk or Gdynia. Breakfast is extremely well provided. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was adequate, possibly a challenge for the less able. Restaurant is available but check first!

It was a late book room because of friend's 50 years party in the hotel for my son and myself, the room was perfectly cleaned and tidy, the staff was very kind at all the time, and when I woke up this morning at 5.00 am in the morning and run out of coffee, I went to the recepcionist guy to ask for some extra coffee and fresh milk, and he delivered straight away, thank you all for make a lovely day...

The room was large and very clean. Only 1 flat pillow on bed, in room phone wasnt working to call for another so had to go to reception in person to ask. Its a long walk as reception is in hotel next door. Limited choice of teas in room. Had to get from breakfast room. Room very hot, couldn't control temperature easily.
