I'd say the room needs to be remodeled. Except for the room condition, everything was fine. The swimming pool was very clean and the sauna was a great place. Breakfast was delicious. If the room were remodeled I would like to come again.

Views are amazing, just by the lake, with ability to rent a boat, just great. Rooms are clean and tidy, and we loved the lady by the pool reception and her sleepers! Would recommend overall!

We had our camper for repair and needed a hotel for one night. We ended up in Pirat Hotel and that was lucky❤️ We had such a great time in the pool and the fantastic restaurant at the hotell. Our room was a little tired, and so was the mattress. However, the food was very good and the pool, sauna and gym were excellent. The water was great for working out. It's not too cold and not too warm. Perfect for swimming lengths. I'd like to visit Pirat in the summer. It's right on the lake, and there are lots of things to do on the water.

Beautiful place for a wedding. Just next to the lake with amazing views, beach, boats. Close to the city and to the nature. Great service. Really delicious food. Can't say anything about the rooms. But everything else was perfect.

Clean facility and friendly service (both owners and ladies in the kitchen). Delicious and varied breakfasts, I think that everyone will find something for themselves. There is a large ski room in the facility so you can store your belongings and dry your shoes. On the day of departure, there was no problem with extending the hotel day by 2 hours. We got a pretty nice view of the slope from the room...

I would highly recommend! Delicious breakfasts and a very nice atmosphere. It's a perfect walk to the slope.

We only stayed for one night. Enough for a very good opinion. Cleanly, nice and warm. Śniadanko great. Pension 10 minutes on foot to Term Bania. The same for the Kotelnica lift. I recommend.

If you aren’t going by car the hotel is a bit far away from the city center. We had a good time there still especially driven by the nice sauna

Two double beds put together that was only one negative. Otherwise room was perfect with great balcony and view. Bowling,pool,spa, bar evening is available here.

Excellent hotel. The staff is so-so. I asked for a quiet room and they gave me a room with windows overlooking the playground! ))) But we love this hotel!!! We had a birthday party and didn't get any birthday wishes... Overall, it seems like the hotel hasn't developed over the past few years, but has been deteriorating... such a shame! The strongest points are: the excellent breakfast and professional catering staff, the proximity of the mountains and walking paths, the powerful sauna and warm swimming pool. Fabulous hotel, spotless and right in the old quarter. Just what we needed. A little dated but couldn't fault it as so clean. The breakfast was amazing too!

Conveniently located near the Old Town and major attractions. Public transportation is nearby. Many restaurants/bars around, and so it was a bit noisy in the evening/night. There was no air conditioning in the room, but it wasn't really needed during the stay. Basic Western breakfast.

Everything was clean and nicely done. Inside spa had warm water which was perfect. Breakfast was very good. There are also many trails to go along and explore around. Nothing bad to say.

We got upgraded to a suite with a beautiful view of the city and a small kitchen. Hotel was steps away from the Old City with many shops and restaurants. Parking was easy, gated and on site. It was a bit tricky getting our luggage up the steps to reception...my only small complaint. Hotel was spotlessly clean.

The hotel is located 15 minutes from the main square and 10 to Railway Station. Everything was clean - the bathroom, the corridors in the hotel. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were very soft. Brekfast is good. The only thing is that the rail line goes exactly to the hotel - with the window closed there is no problem, I slept perfectly, probably in the warm months with the window open...

The old town is five minutes away, and it takes seven to ten minutes to walk from the bus or train station. You also need to cross the bridge. It is difficult to open the bags because the room is quite small for a couple. Breakfast is ok, but the university students who are staying there are somewhat rowdy. This is a standard hotel but nice for what you pay. Theres nothing spectacular or outstanding. Its clean, got nice size rooms, has everything you need and the staff are very friendly. To get to the main square it would take you about 15 minutes to walk to.

Hotel was clean and nice. The service was good too. Location was in the great place too. You get to city center so easily. However the heating system is connected to the central heating system, and there was no heating until 4-5 pm. And that makes the rooms cold until that time.

Wonderful except for one of the early morning breakfast personnel. The front desk told us we could go into have breakfast 15 minutes before they actually opened because we were being picked up for an early flight. When we went in this woman was so rude. We just left.

Really nice and affordable hotel with five star costumer service! Only downsize is that it is super nosy, you can hear everything from outside and other guests, and I mean EVERYTHING. The cleaners started vacuuming very early in the morning. Otherwise no complaints, but if you want a good night’s sleep, maybe not the best place for you.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and responsive. Although the hotel is a bit old, it was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was tasty, and late check-in was very convenient thanks to the 24-hour reception.

The hotel has a good location, close to the train stations and the old town. Overall, everything is fine; there's an elevator. Breakfast is in the basement. The buffet breakfast is delicious. The staff is pleasant. However, we asked for a plate to be delivered to our room, but they didn't give it to us. On the downside, the room is very small.

Hot, loud, poorly designed. This hotel has no air conditioning. It is hot. The rooms are very basic with bathrooms that lack counter space the even set a cosmetic case. Lovely location, fantastic restaurant but the hotel desperately needs investment.

Our family stayed only for one night, a very enjoyable stay. Our 4 rooms faced the mountains, I highly recommend this option as it’s a spectacular view to wake up to. Even though there was no AC, the breeze did the trick and the rooms were large, clean and comfortable. Great service at our check in and departure.

The hotel was situated right on the high street, very close to all sorts of shops and banks. The hotel flooring was beautiful marble and the rooms were really nice with excellent showers.
