We had a great stay at Malinowy Potok in Białka Tatrzańska. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the location is convenient, with ski lifts and slopes nearby. We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Although it’s not walkable to main square & other attractions easy public transportation very close by. The staff was extremely helpful a special shout out to Olesia who helped me organize my tour to the salt mines, which was truly amazing. Great breakfast and nice grounds for walking on the property.

A very neat and clean hotel that is the repurposed Polish Priests of the Sacred Heart monastery. The rooms are simple with well planned bathrooms. The staff is very polite and helpful. Each floor is decorated with tasteful antique furniture and one floor has a mini museum dedicated to Pope John Paul II and Cardinal Stanislaw Nagy. The garden is beautiful and peaceful. The hotel has a great location, seemingly within a university area, which is excellent. Surprisingly, breakfast was even delivered to the room – very nice! The view from the hotel is also great, though the room itself is a bit small.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very walkable to old town. Only downside to this hotel is no elevator however front desk staff was super helpful with carrying our luggage up to the room.

The hotel is in a great location and offers a varied breakfast. The rooms are somewhat different from the photos. Room cleaning was very basic. We ordered a breakfast picnic for our last day, which was disappointing compared to the variety of food available at breakfast. The best thing about the hotel was its location.

Rude staff, both at the reception and at breakfast. They looked at me for fear that I would take something away. The second day. Even before sitting down, one of the staff approached me and INTIMIDATEDLY slammed a sign in Polish that said it was forbidden, with an additional charge, to take away food. It ruined my breakfast... rudeness out of the blue. Never again!

The reception staff were rude and not always present. The breakfast service was terrible: as soon as I sat down, they slapped a sign in my face saying I couldn't take food away, and the woman kept an eye on me.

Came across this place on my way to Lublin and Warsaw. I was so impressed by the simple beauty that it holds. Amazing classic Polish food in an quiet garden setting. Staff was friendly and the owners were gracious to grant me so many wishes. Quiet disappointed that this place isn’t 5 stars, because i had a 5 star experience. I will definitely make it a point to come back!

During my stay at this hotel, the first thing I noticed was the very attentive and pleasant staff. Angelika has a good command of the English language and is also very attractive. This hotel is actually better than most 3 star ones I have been in. Cozy rooms, floor heating in bathroom, bed with foam mattress. And in the end good WiFi connection. In the basement there is also a fancy restaurant but expensive.

The building is lovely, and there are quality materials used inside. However, service isn't great. There are no members of staff on site, and the rooms, while clean and functional, are dated and basic. I was never entirely sure that the rooms were overly secure.
