It is a hotel in a building built in the 19th century do has character. It was comfortable to stay in and I slept well. I cannot comment on the breakfast as I never had it. Close to the train station. Less than 10 minutes walk from the bus station. The exterior has a historic feel. The rooms and corridors are also a bit old and dark. The beds are a bit small. Perhaps because there is little traffic, it was quiet and I slept well. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of items. They also looked after my luggage after I checked out.

Place is on the shore of the lake, the view from the balcony is very scenic. While it might be a bit outdated in todays standards, but everything was clean, prepared nicely and would definetely comeback if in the region. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel has an amazing view. It's very clean and the food is amazing. Most of the personnel is very nice and listens to you. Overall it was a great experience. Most of the rooms look very nice, we had a bit uglier room but that is fine. The beds are so good that it's hard to get up. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

A hotel like no other. Renovated rooms, nice ladies at the reception, clean but rather modest. Small but comfortable rooms and, unfortunately, a small bathroom. Overall, the hotel is average, but the restaurant located here suggests an increase in the overall rating to very good. Fantastic location right in the heart of the old town, yet still very quiet. It's only about a ten-minute walk to the train station, making it perfect for a holiday or sightseeing trip. Convenient location close to my place of work and great room and staff. Appreciated the over the top care I received to make my extended stay enjoyable. Especially, appreciated the ability to get bag meals on the days I couldn’t stay for breakfast.

Pretty okay It was okay. We went during the off season so the elevator was undergoing maintenance. The public area hot tub was pretty small, it only fits 4 people. Not the greatest for a winter stay and a long walk from the town center. Several small stains around the room, but overall fine.

Like: surroundings Dislike: parking situation. An Info would be nice, that no parking is allowed in street, even for short time.

For the price I feel like we got a good value for money. The location is quite good, close to the airport, and still city center is only a short 15 min away. At the reception they said that there is some "unwritten rule" not to check in with Russian passports. When we asked to show these rules, we were told that this was supposedly an instruction from the management. This is the first time I have had such a situation. No kettle, glasses, cups and cutlery. The price in the restaurant is not worth the food. We received takeaway food which we had no cutlery in the room. Room nice ane clean but unfortunately do not recommend cause of the reason above.

What a beautiful resort/hotel. Only 200m from beach entrances. Great food. Really good chef at this resort. The buffet was sufficient as during breakfast as it was for dinner. We truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you

This place has great location next to the beach, fine restaurant and beautiful grading with playground for kids which makes it almost perfect for family. Unfortunately stuff seem to be working under pressure from management, for example they are afraid even to give clean sheet or change towels more than every second or 3rd day – as result you need to obtain “approval” which simply puts you in awkward...

Quiet, you can hear the waves,near the sea.The hotel is clean, nice staff , room and bathroom well decorated.

The main highlight is of course aquapark, nothing more impressive to look in this hotel. Despite 3-stars level the staff at the reception desk could be more friendly and customer-oriented. We had a chance to talk to Konrad and it was not the most pleasant one that we faced in our life. Beds are to soft and we had a back ache after the first night but this is individual and people who prefer soft ones...

To be honest I didn't really enjoy this hotel. The check in was quick. We were given a room on the 5th floor with a balcony. There was no hot water in the room all two days of our trip, also no fridge, kettle or slippers. Hearing from the rooms next to us is strong. All perfect specially water park and delicious food

Beautiful weather, mountains, delicious food - this is how holidays should be spent! The rooms are ok, modestly decorated but well-kept, clean and the bed is very comfortable. The water park turned out to be a nice surprise, I recommend the sauna and jacuzzi after long mountain walks. Food - delicious and tastes like home! Very large selection! We will definitely come back.

We had 6 days here.( 2x couples).The breakfast was lovely and the access to the thermal baths was great as we could go early or late afternoon which seemed to be the times to avoid the crowds. We didnt use the included suana area as you couldnt wear swimsuits in there (just a towel). We didnt have a car and the walk up the hill to reception is quite steep if you are a liitle less able. .....be warned...

Good place overall. Pros:- place is nice, pool is very good. They have lazy river, low safe amount of chlorine levels. Very good water temperature. Breakfast is good aswell, proper polish breakfast mix of meat, cheese and bread. Cons: sheets are small I am 183cm which is 6 feet. Sheets did not do past me chin. Over towel warmer never worked in 103 we stayed for 3 nights. No microwaves to warm...

Great hotel and mostly great staff. The hotel was very nice. The day staff were excellent. The night lady was pretty crusty. Asked her for a wine opener at the bar which is attached to reception. Was told “My co worker went to a party and didn’t show up and I dont know where it is. The next night we caught her with the opener in her hand and reluctantly let us open our wine bottle.

We organized Navratri Celebrations at this Hotel. Great experience at the Hotel. They have a great hall for events & meetings. Also the staff is very helpful and supportive. The location is very prime as it is located just near to river n City centre.

Hotel is located at prime location of Szczecin. They have reception area once you enter. They also have very good huge hall which can easily be use to accommodate minimum 50 to 70 people event. They have washroom connected on same floor along with other facilities. Overall a good venue for planning your events.
