The room was spacious, and the location was very convenient; it was a 10-15 minute walk to the square. Schindler's factory was also a short walk across the river. The hotel breakfast was acceptable; European breakfasts are pretty much the same, I suppose. The room's soundproofing was slightly poor, probably due to the building's design and materials.

One of the best hotels. The staff are super nice, the design and facilities are amazing. 30 mins walk from the hotel into the main town. Beds are very comfortable. I've stayed here several times; overall it's good, but bottled water used to be provided, but it's no longer. The breakfast is good and plentiful.

First time in Poland, and for the price, this hotel offers great value for money, especially compared to other European hotels. Its location is a bit far out, but on the flip side, it's quite close to the airport. Overall, it exceeded my expectations.

I stayed at this 4-star hotel with a spa and swimming pool, but the experience was disappointing. There was no drying rack or any option to dry clothes in the room — only a paid laundry service. This accommodation boasts a great location and a delicious breakfast. The beds are incredibly comfortable, to mention. While some staff members weren't entirely professional, the overall service was excellent. The rooms facing the street offer great views, though they can be a bit noisy. There are many good restaurants nearby, and it's also very close to the train station.

Very nice facility and a huge breakfast and dinner buffet. Tends to have tours busses staying there but it's a large hotel and very quiet. It also has an indoor pool and a hot tub.

The staff at the Vivaldi were very courteous and very helpful. More than happy to answer any questions we had like where certain things were in the city or to get a bucket of ice after hours. The facility was very clean and well maintained. We paid for the breakfast buffet for the entire week that we were there. It was good but was the same every day. Recommended Excellent hotel that surprised me in a positive way. I got a designer-room with a round bed - very nice indeed. Breakfast excellent. We recently stopped this weekend in room 517. The hotel was nice and clean with good facilities. The breakfast was really nice but found the choice for evening meals very limited. The location of the hotel wasn't ideal and far from the city centre. The lady who works in the bar and reception was brilliant and helped us a lot and even ordered us a Pizza Hut! On the whole... an enjoyable stay.

The hotel is situated inside the beautifully renovated yeshiva building. It affords the opportunity to visit the old synagogue and see an exhibition about the building. The service is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent and the rooms are very good.

Room is missing some care and feels like sleeping in a grandma’s house a bit. The remote for the AC is not in the room, the lights are very very bright and the room has a musty smell and temperature to it. Amazing breakfast buffet, but the main course of dining was a bit disappointing. The cocktails and local beers are worth trying. It’s nice to take a walk or rent a bike to explore the nearby lakes. The swimming pool is small, but it has two large saunas. All facilities, including the rooms, are kept clean and staffs are also kind. I'd love to visit again someday.

The room was nice and renovated but the walls are so thin you can literally hear every conversation from the other room next door … if this problem was solved it would have been perfect.
