Lovely hotel,however, we travelled here to stay and use the spa facilities which we could not as the jacuzzi was cold and the saunas were not on during the day time which was disappointing. Breakfast was lovely though.

In the middle of Bialowieza forest, a paradise of tranquility. Our stay at this hotel was wonderful. The location is perfect, with many major attractions within easy walking distance. The breakfast was exceptional, offering great quality and variety. The shower had poor water pressure and the soaps smelled too masculine for our taste. Great location tho! Near christmas market and WW2-museum! I had another great stay here and chose this Hotel as a base for visiting the Christmas Market after a business trip. The room was great and the staff are super helpful. The staff at the Vivaldi were very courteous and very helpful. More than happy to answer any questions we had like where certain things were in the city or to get a bucket of ice after hours. The facility was very clean and well maintained. We paid for the breakfast buffet for the entire week that we were there. It was good but was the same every day. Some changes from day to day would have been nice

Recommended Excellent hotel that surprised me in a positive way. I got a designer-room with a round bed - very nice indeed. Breakfast excellent. Internet was also excellent, fast and easy to connect to (which is rare in European hotels). The restaurant was also excellent at fair prices. Several tramlines very near the hotel made travel easy.

A good place to stay at, good service. The shower head needs a bit maintenance, but overall is OK, quiet at night, good sleelp. Food in the restaurant is also very good with nice service.

The location is perfect - close to the sea and a walking path in Gdynia. It is a boutique hotel with excellent service. Rooms with sea view are fantastic. I recommend this hotel for couples and families.

Conveniently located for our case. Otherwise not really a place worth visit or a romantic stay. Room layout ok. Shower way too small. Breakfast forgettable. Generally one can feel that facility is not getting maintenance investment it deserves.

Hotel looks very good, receptionists were very polite. Room was clean, breakfast was delicious. Distance between hotel and old city was around 3 kilometers, but buses went very often. Only one mínus which have hotel is very small bathroom.

The hotel is situated inside the beautifully renovated yeshiva building. It affords the opportunity to visit the old synagogue and see an exhibition about the building. The service is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent and the rooms are very good.

Room is missing some care and feels like sleeping in a grandma’s house a bit. The remote for the AC is not in the room, the lights are very very bright and the room has a musty smell and temperature to it. Service is OK but not very friendly, and they charge Hotel guests to see the old Mikvah, although hotel guests can see the synagogue complimentary. Strange hours so you cannot see it in sunlight...

The M29 is beautiful ,clean and spacious hotel where the staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. The location is perfect only 15 minutes to the main square. We would certainly use this hotel again .

This hotel is in a good location and is immaculately maintained. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. There is a choice of cooked breakfast plus a buffet. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. We didn’t particularly enjoy the evening meal in the restaurant and the bottle of red was expensive. Very easy to leave luggage before check in and after check out. Definitely recommend

We stayed here for three nights . Great location so easy to get to all parts of the city on foot or by tram. Our room was on the top floor so only roof lights which was a shame but the rest of the room was fab, lovely bathroom, well stocked mini bar and water replaced daily . It is very average hotel as for its price. They speak only Polish, the breakfast is included, but it was too average as well. The views are magical, but the territory around is small. This is a hidden jewel. The view of the surrounding mountains was beauty full. The breakfast was really far above average,it was great.

It was a vey nice stay, the food was amazing and definitely one of the best, the rooms were clean and the service was perfect. We benefited from the sauna and swimming pool which were clean and had fresh water. And as a plus the views were beautiful, we could enjoy the mountains from every angle. This was my third stay with Hotel Crocus and each time has been an enjoyable experience. The rooms are clean, staff friendly and helpful. Hi. For price what i paid is a nice option in Zakopane. Dinner was ok, location near main street (15 minutes walk). Rooms: clean, with bottle of water, Coffee and tea. Design - so so.... Swimmimg pool - nice, clean. Jacuzzi - 1st day - ok, water was hot...2nd day...water was cold...sauna was good. Breakfast- standart. Thanks for services

Great location in Zakopane with an underrated breakfast buffet and spa. Great value! There’s a lovely stream on the property and easy access to restaurant and spa. The rooms are nice enough for the value. Staff was warm and friendly during our stay.

5/5 very close to the seq , tasty food, I would recommend everyone who want to visit Kołobrzeg and spend time nicely. On breakfast there were lot of food, really fresh bread from local farmers, no doubt food was the main source of my satisfaction

Great location , just 250m from the sea, You can relax in spa , go to the gym , play squash or swim in the pool / relax in sauna so there are a lot of possibilites to spend time. Actually there are a lot of hotels in Kołobrzeg but i felt the i'm paying normal money for quite good hotel.

Not a couple friendly spa hotel This hotel was good if you bring children, but not for couples: Bad food! Really not worth the money - we bought dinner included but only used it once. Breakfast was not good either. The pool and the spa was too cold (a spa should be min. 35-36 degrees, not 33). The cleaning included no bed-making and no vacuming. The personel was not service minded and half of them...

Poorly! The food was terrible - I pointed out to the waitress that one of the dishes was sour and inedible... so she turned around and left, the rooms - and I was supposedly in the best apartment - needed a general renovation. The carpets are so dirty that you can't even stand in your socks. The furniture is battered, the sofa is impossible to sit on because it slides open immediately. Unmotivated...

Everything was very good, except one thing, the blanket for sleeping stunk, so much that i woke up at night and i had to turn it.

Hotel is amasig, breakfest with nice local food( meat especially), as hotel has SPA/pool it woudl be nice to have batrobes already in room closet. I wanted to use SPA just before closing and went there robed with towels- which is not convenient if you wear only swimsuit.

I stayed here as part of a tour group and I felt they choose this hotel due to its location to many attractions. I was pleased to be able to walk to many nearby must see sights. The rooms were a little small and outdated and I found the hallways to be dark and dingy. We did have an excellent dinner in the hotel restaurant and all staff were friendly and professional.

The hotel is a historical building with a very interesting design. It is located right at the entrance of old Town Torun. The rooms were spacious and modern, but there is only one outlet per room, in our case was located where the desk was. Consider this if you need a Cpat because there would be no outlet near the bed. We had a perfect stay! Starting with the welcoming broad smile of the receptionist who served us so nicely! Like all the other staff - the bartender and the servers during breakfast. The accounterment of the rooms have nothing left to wish for.

Excellent dining in and close to local options, such as Wiejskie Jadlo. Room is cute. We didn't notice our double bed was outfitted with a twin duvet and our bath with only 1 towel, so we had quite the laugh over it. I'm sure had we noticed earlier they would have been all to kind and quick to remedy. The people are lovely! The service and food 5 star.

Fabulous hotel with fabulous choice for breakfast, hotel situated just off the square , only a 1 minute walk to the old town, there was a supermarket and pharmacy out the back of the hotel and there was plenty bars restaurants and cafes on your door step, perfect location

This hotel is big. So are the rooms. But big is not necessary beautiful. There is no air conditioning. There was no shampoo in the bathroom. There were no glasses, just paper cups. Our TV remote was falling apart. It did not work. My wife saw reception and was given a handful of batteries. The pillows were awful. We were told the bar opened at 6pm. We went there. Not a soul in sight. We did not bother...

The hotel is full of fungus on the walls, especially on the ceiling of the club room. The food is not salty enough, and the tea is Korwin-styled (full of sugar). The service is not so friendly, only the receptionists are nice. There's no fridges or teapots, but you can rent a teapot from the reception. The bathrooms are very old and need a renovation, especially the showers. The location is very nice...

It’s not bad at all—considering the price, the distance from the city center is understandable. Overall, it was okay. However, the place felt a bit like a ghost town—abandoned, with no reception in sight. During our two-night stay, I couldn't find breakfast on either morning, even though I was up by 7 a.m. both days.
