Brilliant hotel. Great location. Lovely breakfast. Rooms very clean. Just need more spoons at breakfast….. random I know!!

Nice and very new hotel, well located. But the bedding leaves a lot to be desired: the sheets are small and don't cover your whole body, neither in length nor in width. The pillow is tiny and flat. It's a shame and it really detracts from the hotel.

The transportation was convenient, the hotel staff were friendly, and the full-length mirror in the room was great for getting ready.

Kraków is truly a beautiful city! The hotel’s location is excellent ！Suituated in the Jewish Quarter, very close to the Old Town, and extremely convenient for getting around. The breakfast was delicious, and I especially loved the room’s skylight design ！ it was absolutely beautiful and made the space feel so special. Highly recommended!

Nothing really to complain about here! Great location & 24 hours front desk. The hotel is located on a street full of restaurants and a nice Swedish cafe with great coffee (for Europe - I’m from Melbourne) and Swedish pastries - my fiancé is from Sweden. 4/5 for amenities as there’s no gym / sauna like other hotels we’ve been to for similar prices, but that’s no biggie.

Excellent location if you want to be close to a shopping mall. It’s literally next to the hotel. You don’t even need to cross the road. The rooms are small but adequate. Room amenities we’ve very basic. In my opinion it’s quite expensive for what you get. The lady at the front desk was super efficient and checking in was a breeze. Hotel breakfast is definitely good, Staff is nice and helpful. Rooms are ok, however I miss additional bathroom stuff, shower gel looked watered down. Otherwise location is great, close to train station, not too far from center and good place to travel for business

Clean; no weird odors. Breakfast plentiful- over 100 items to choose from with tables inside or on the balcony outside. Walking distance from main rail station with shops and malls next door. All in all a good experience. A mini fridge would be nice in the hotel room. There was an issue with the shower - suddenly hot then freezing cold- but it only occurred once during a two day stay.

The bed is too small, the pillow is a square pillow, too high, it's hard to sleep well

The hotel is large, the hotel dining environment is great, and it is located in the city center, which is very convenient for people who have shopping needs and city sightseeing. But there was a little traffic jam. Parking space downstairs.

Solid 3,4 star hotel in great location. Hotel has nice pools for kids and outdoor arrangement for parents. Right out of it start walking paths to local attractions. Larger swimming pool and slides is few hundred meters away.

Had a 4am check in and provided with a 1.30pm later check out. Room was spacious and bed comfy. Breakfast was diverse. Location was central. Lots of cafes and restaurants around the hotel. Staff were polite, service minded in person and via email correspondence.

I stay here most of the time when I come on business trips. The price is very cheap and the breakfast is not bad. And parking is free. The accessibility to the city is very good, so it is good to stay at an affordable price.

This hotel is very modern and just how I normally like hotels. The room was a bit tight for what I have experienced in Poland. The Staff where super friendly and helpful. but sleeping here was impossible as the room was super hot and suffocating so we had to open the window and with the window open there is no way of sleeping due to the rail way behind the hotel, so all night almost every 30 minutes...

The hotel is super city centered, and the staff here are nice and friendly. However, the room equipment is not satisfying,: very small single quilt was provided, and the mattress for a queen bed was putting two single bed mattresses together.

The hotel was really close to the event I was attending, so it was convenient. I enjoyed my stay, the only thing I’d improve is to have breakfast until 10:30, not 10 am.

Convenient location in an neighborhood with many offers. The old town is just 20.min walk away but also served by the frequent tram. Nice hotel, good breakfast, decent bar-restaurant downstairs as well.

Amazing hotel. If we ever come back to Krakow we will stay at this hotel again. The only bad thing was that we had to go home. 🤣 Amazing location, the tram/bus stop is in front of the hotel. Everybody is very polite, cleaning lady is very kind, second day of our stay they gave us all new towels and made the bed even if we didn't told them. Wellness area is really small, the jacuzzi is still full with people mainly because of its funny size (like 3 people). Sad but truth.

We had a good time at this hotel, but it’s well overpriced, parking with an extra fee which is no giving a guarantee of space. For a this price for a room parking should be included, double bed should be double, not a 2 separate single mattress which was really uncomfortable, swimming pool and hot tube was full all the time, we don’t had a chance to use them unfortunately. I can give a good rating, because I believe the hotel is trying to be accommodating to families and tries to provide to everyone. However, we booked as a couple to go skiing nearby, not to spend the time with kids there. If your focus is to have a calm and quiet visit, I wouldn't recommend, because there are kids screaming and running since early hours to late night. This was fine for us and we understood...

Dielis is a spacious hotel with spacious rooms, although the equipment is older, everything works. As a 4-star hotel, it could be more prepared to receive guests, especially if guests from abroad need internet, because it was said that it is overloaded with many guests.

Location-wise great place to be, Staff is helpfull and welcoming and the service is nice as well. Rooms are a little worned up but really good overall. Underground parking is heated as well so winter time is great.

Great hotel. I stayed in the executive room which had good space and a comfortable double bed. The bathroom is a good size, with an excellent shower. I remenber when hotel stars use to mean something and not just what a hotel says it does.. Room and hotel are dated, the year 2000 comes to mind, worse is carpet everywhere... MY room was clean as well the rest of the hotel, but very dated. The best the hotel has is parking and proximity to city center, easy 10m walk. Breakfast was boring and almost continental.. Its just not a 4 star hotel 2-3 maybe

Great Hotel & Location, a busy city area, but it was not a distraction On-site parking is available and so is easy public transportation just outside the door, Once you park you could just take the Tram. Location of the hotel is good. The decor is ok, but dated. Breakfast offering and service were good. The one thing that was lacking was the cleanliness. Bed side cabinet had glass marks from previous guests that were not cleaned during my 2 day stay, bathroom/shower were not clean properly. As my room was overlooking the street, trams were very noisy but there is not much that can be done about it

Property visibly worn out a bit. Obviously seen the better days. Worst one: air conditioning not working in my room. After unseasonably warm, sunny day the southern exposure room was really hot and stuffy. Because of that I could not fall asleep before 3 am when the room finally cooled down thanks to open windows. Not the kind of trouble you expect from $100 (quite steep for provincial town in Poland...

We stayed in an apartment, a huge one but poorly furnished and decorated - needs more touch :) The car park isn't big but able to accept a good number of cars. Breakfast pretty tasty except for coffee that was terrible. Overall, ok but there are cosier hotels in the city

Excellent hotel, we are already here for the 3rd time, which is not usuall for us as we would like to visit different places. I would recommend it to our friends. Swimming pool and saunas are great but in some days (e.g.Saturday) was quite booked. Some people wearing swimming suite in saunas (not a issue of hotel, specially when you have signs on door - no swimming suite). Other days weere ok
