I stayed here as part of a tour group and I felt they choose this hotel due to its location to many attractions. I was pleased to be able to walk to many nearby must see sights. The rooms were a little small and outdated and I found the hallways to be dark and dingy. We did have an excellent dinner in the hotel restaurant and all staff were friendly and professional.

Simple and quaint hotel in the old town. Rooms are basic but very spacious and clean. The receptionists and staff are lovely. Great location in the Jewish Quarter. Lots of maintenance work currently going on so there are some issues with workmen using the lift. We stayed in a refurbished room which we could not fault. Bathroom was well appointed and large. All in all wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

The staff at this boutique hotel were welcoming. The room was a nice size and well appointed with great housekeeping staff. Breakfast in the lovely ‘cellar’ was plentiful again with attentive staff. We will happily stay here again should the opportunity arise.

My husband and I spent a few days at this hotel in August, and we both agree on the high standard of the room (huge bathroom) and the extensive breakfast buffet. I liked the hotel, but it's a bit far from the center and the access road is quite tricky. If you don't know how to get there, you'll have to walk 200 meters to reception. The GPS directs the taxi driver to a barrier that belongs to a residential building and the hotel administration can't open it. Only experienced taxi drivers know how to get there. We stayed in the hotel in December 2024. I have to admit that the experience was rather poor. Swimming pool crowded and not the most pleasant. A very tired and used hotel from the 80s. Held together by the excellent staff. Big credit to the barman. Generally i think this place was given four stars for the facilities.
