Our stay at this hotel was wonderful. The location is perfect, with many major attractions within easy walking distance. The breakfast was exceptional, offering great quality and variety. I didn’t stay at this hotel, but I stayed at the Blue Swan Hotel, which shares the same entrance, reception desk, and rooftop restaurant (same breakfast for guests of both hotels) with the Niebieski Art & Spa Hotel. I had a look around, and as they mentioned, they offer rental bikes, a pizzeria, a spa, conference rooms, and a fitness room. If I come back to Kraków, I’ll definitely book a room here...

Absolutely excellent stay. Friendly staff, good food, comfy and clean room . Used the spa one morning and had massages- well worth it!! Lovely walk into centre- about 20 mins to the castle. A really good find

We have recently stayed in this amazing hotel. This is a very lovely hotel,located on the Vistula river bank ,has an amazing view of the rivwr from tehir Vanila restaurant. Rooms were nice and clean, the appartment complex included a simple gym and games hall with billiard and games. We totally loved the breakfasts and dinners here. Wellness is fine, although a bigger sauna and cooling room would be appreciated. as it is in common space with the swimming pool, you have to wear swimsuit and guests often visit sauna right from the pool, this is not how it should be:)

Excellent location near the spa park. Nice rooms well equipped. Excellent food in the form of a buffet for breakfast and dinner or a la carte. Service is slower with poor English. The wellness is not bad, but from 19:00 unattended and suffering from a lack of towels and rude guests who occupy the whirlpool for 60 minutes and at the same time block the sunbeds.

The best hotel in Karpacz to be honest. It is so huge, so luxurious. It looks just magical during Christmas. And a nice winter weather was just a perfect bonus to a whole atmosphere around this beautiful place. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re on your vacation in Karpacz with your family ❤️

I was very satisfied with my one-night stay at Hotel Wentzl for New Year’s Eve. This was the last available room I could find for December 31st after all other platforms were sold out. Beautiful hotel located on one corner of the main square. We stayed in room 41 (the one with the large mirror behind the bed), and found the room to be of an exceptional standard, with a wonderful view from the balcony. All floors are lift accessible.

This is a charming, small hotel in the center of Kielce. We stayed for one night and arrived relatively late. The check-in was uncomplicated and fast. This building is subdivided and rented out to different hotel managements, and they share the sauna area. So, the sauna isn't free; its availability depends on whether your specific room package includes it. Also, the room was a bit small – not great, but not terrible either.
