I stayed at this hotel in April 2026 for a short Easter holiday with my family. I booked and travelled with Jet2Holidays. Location Next to the sea with great views over the rocky cliffs of the Mediterranean. An 8-minute walk into town to local shops, bars, and restaurants. The tourist “ting-ting” bus stops right outside the hotel. Resort Four or five buildings of apartments all close to the pool. Nice layout, only downside is no lifts and we were on the third floor. We had to carry bags up the stairs which could be a problem if you have disabilities or are elderly. Facilities Two swimming pools with a poolside bar. There is a kids’ club and activities which I didn’t use. Between-meal snacks were being served in the main restaurant during my stay, as the dedicated snack bar was closed. There was a very limited range of bread, cheese, and breakfast leftovers, with food lukewarm at best. I would say the range of snacks were poor compared to other hotels I have been to. One large inside bar which used a token system for cups. You buy a token when you get there and swap it for a cup. This is a massive inconvenience as at the end of the night you have to queue to get your token back. The glasses used were plastic and appeared to be dirty. I think this might have been as they had been through the dishwasher so many times. My glass looked like it had someone else’s lipstick on it. Food Food was generally poor quality with the exception of a roast turkey which was very good. Not a massive choice, lukewarm and very similar every night. Dishes were mostly flavourless unidentifiable meat in sauce but as nothing was labelled I had no idea what I was eating most of the time. The labels that were on the food didn’t change all week so the label “Monkfish” was on the sausages one day and on what I think was lasagne another. “Turkey in sauce” was another label that was displayed all week on a lamb dish and something else which I could identify (but it wasn’t turkey). I saw kids scooping up food from the buffet with their hands on two occasions and one sticking his head in the ice cream cooler (no I didn’t eat any after that). Our whole family had sickness and diarrhoea on this trip. I can’t say it was the restaurant that caused it, but the food was so bad we stopped eating at the restaurant halfway through the trip. Restaurant Times When you check in, you have to pick what sitting you will have for food, ie early or late. You can’t mix and match, so if you choose late dinner (as we did), you have to have late breakfast and dinner as well. The queue for late dinner was long, and some dishes (eg the jamón) were all gone and never replaced. Drink Soft drinks were ok, beer was San Miguel which was also good. The spirits were nasty brands that I had never heard of and tasted very poor. The rum and gin were particularly offensive with a nasty aftertaste. The wine was also terrible, especially the red which had no smell at all and was awfu

Beware that the local area closes completely at the end of October. The location is beautiful, easy access to buses and taxis when in season. We found a beautiful cove 5 minute walk from the hotel where snorkeling was spectacular. In regards to food and drink, there was only 1 bar out of 3 open at any one time. The restaurant always had something for everyone but the snack bar was very disappointing and only open for late breakfast 11-12 and then again 4-6. No shop on site so for any snacks for the kids you need to walk into town which isnt far. Hotel is clean and the staff are lovely.

What an absolutely amazing hotel! The staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The hotel is very clean and we couldn’t get over how big our apartment was. We had such an amazing view from our window looking out onto the pool and sea. The food was lovely with it being a different theme each night for dinner. I couldn’t fault the hotel at all, we did have a problem where our door wouldn’t lock so anyone could walk in but when we rang reception about this the maintenance man came within minutes and quickly fixed it without a problem. We have booked again at this hotel!

The location is in southern Mallorca. The service was good, but there was a strong smell coming up from the room... Also, I didn't know there was a main building and an annex, so I went to the annex, which made the layout inconvenient.

Very kind and helpful Staff. Super cleaning team all over. Fantastic location with Nice seaview in 3 buildings. Make sure to give a note if you prefer silent area. Restaurant with a very Nice buffet with Great variation.

The hotel's location was very good. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired. We found hair in the shower before using it, and food stains on the dining table. The room amenities were rife with defects: rust on the mirror, limescale on the shower faucet, and a broken wooden table. Furthermore, despite the room having a kitchen, there was nothing to use the kitchen: not a pan, pot, or any utensils for cooking or washing dishes. It only came equipped with two plates, two pieces of cutlery, and two glasses. As for the rest of the facilities, the buffet breakfast was very good, varied, and complete, and the restaurant was very nice. We didn't use any of the other amenities, but we were sad that the natural pool wasn't in use. The service we received could be improved.

The hotel was friendly and nice throughout my stay!
There was no elevator, so it was inconvenient to carry luggage, but other than that, everything was fine! Breakfast was delicious, the pool was right in front, and the room was spacious.

The traffic is really inconvenient. I asked the hotel to take a taxi to Calo de Moro. I waited for two hours for the bus, but it is the peak tourist season. I can respect it but I don’t understand it:-P Generally speaking, it’s pretty good. I walk about ten minutes from the north to the south. bay. The hotel's buffet is really delicious, I am so angry! Apart from the need to make an appointment for a car in advance, it is best to charter a car, there are no other disadvantages.

We loved the whole stay, my daughter enjoyed the kid's club and we both did enjoy evening mini disco's and shows. Big shout out to the entertainment team: Ana, Rita, Samantha, Eduardo and Alberto. Thank you guys!
Our room itself and the view were both very good, cleaning service and kind and smiling staff. My little girl loved the swimming pool.
