We found everything as we would expect from a 4 🌟 hotel. When we pointed out that the 1st room they offerd wasn't as described they gave use a room with a much better view to the pool and garden.
The food is fresh and 😋 yummy. The selection of food is great. At the hot range (stove) a 2nd cook would be good to reduce the wait.
The rooms are big and clean same as the bathroom is. There are enough sunbeds but a few more umbrellas would be awesome.
All in all we are having a great time! 👍

Wonderful hotel 👍 There are pros and cons everywhere, but overall it was very cozy, delicious, and pleasant to stay there. The rooms are clean, and everyone is friendly. The animators are amazing — special thanks to Klavdiya and Alejandro! They are genuine, positive, and have an incredible sense of humor. It’s always fun with them, and they really give their 💯%. 🤗 Our 5-year-old son fell in love with Klavdiya 🫣😁🩷. They truly know how to connect with children and give them a real celebration and unforgettable experiences. You can see the passion in their eyes and hearts🩷. Also, a big thank-you to the cosmetologist Beatriz — she has magic hands, truly loves and knows her job; people like her are a real rarity. Everything felt very homey and family-like. We hope to see them all again 🤗 Highly recommended without a doubt 🌹

This was our first time staying at this hotel and it was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The apartments were really spacious and clean, ours had a balcony with a pool view. All staff were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was a problem! They organised additional food at dinner time for our fussy kids! The entertainment team absolutely made our holiday! They were fantastic from start to finish. They knew our three kids by name and really encouraged them to join into all activities. They had so much energy and our kids were s excited to see them every morning and find out what activities were happening that day. They were all upset on our last day as they did not want to leave. I loved that they had adult activities too! We rarely left the hotel as there were so many activities going on but the hotel is based in a beautiful area, walking distance to beach and shopping area. We are already looking at booking this hotel again for next year. Irs the best hotel we have ever been to.

I really can’t fault this hotel. Lovely spacious clean room, with a Fridge and kettle! Shower was good. Big comfortable bed. The Air conditioning worked well too. We had a large balcony that overlooked the pool. The whole hotel is very clean, housekeeping does an excellent job. All staff are friendly and willing to help you. Bar staff are efficient as are the restaurant staff. The entertainment team do a really great job. They are very encouraging with the children and adults to join in. The food is good very fresh with a nice variety. We stayed for 4 nights and only 1 person put towels out early around the pool so there was enough sun beds for everyone. ! Pool is nice and kept clean. Spa is lovely too. Beach is a 3 minute walk away. Along with shops and bars. It’s a relaxing hotel not noisy. Special thanks to reception who called us a cab when our transfer didn’t arrive. Would definitely stay here again.

Had the most amazing 30 minute deep tissue massage, wish id booked longer! So relaxing and came out feeling amazing! Highly recommend to anyone staying at this hotel, I would definitely recommend book if I ever return to Mallorca! Probably the best massage I've ever had!

Visited the spa for a treat . Fabulous therapist Beatriz explained treatments extremely well. Extremely professional received an excellent massage and facial Can't say enough good things about our experience. Highly recommended . Hope to return next year.

I stayed for one week with my little son and we had the best holiday ever. The beds are comfy, rooms are cleaned to a high standard, abundance of food choices, food is always fresh and varied. Swimming pool and hot tub areas are well maintained. Lovely Beatriz from Spa does heavenly massages and is a beautiful person. A small gym compliments the facilities. A small team of animators, Claudia, Alex and Hector made my son’s holiday unforgettable. They run the kids activities with a lot of enthusiasm and passion, we cannot wait to come back!

It was super nice to stay at Mar Hotels! Everything was clean and staff was helpful. They offer good breakfast too. Room clean was excellent. We also enjoyed spa facilities. We will happily stay here again👍

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel overall. The location is excellent, very convenient and close to key attractions. The service was outstanding – staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout. The rooms were comfortable and clean, making it a relaxing place to return to after a day out. The one area that could use improvement is the food. While it wasn’t bad, it also wasn’t the best – and more importantly, there was a noticeable lack of reasonable options for vegetarians or vegans. A bit more variety in this regard would make a big difference for guests with dietary restrictions. All in all, a good stay with great service, but I hope to see some improvements to the menu in the future.
