I stayed for 5 nights as a solo female traveller. The hotel itself is lovely and in a great location for exploring the local area and beaches. The food was great with so much choice and variation each day, freshly cooked. The restaurant was never over crowded and I liked that you had the same table allocated every night. My room was comfortable with a nice view over the pool. The only thing I wished there had been was that there was a kettle and mugs in the room but no tea, coffee etc to make a drink and I wasn't going to buy some for 5 nights. Over all a lovely relaxing holiday in a wonderful location.

The main hotel appears spotless as do the large rooms. Although I didn't use the restaurant in the evening the daily breakfast was a terrific offering. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because my room was in the attached wing. Here the room's walls appear paper thin. TVs, phone conversations, bathroom sounds could all be heard from adjoining rooms. I don't know but suspect you may not have this issue if your room is in the original main hotel building which appears to be an older more substansive build.

From the moment we arrived and were greeted by Anita at the check in the holiday had truly started. Anita has been helpful throughout our stay.. The staff are great with the animation team, Angie, Adrianne & Reka keen to get you involved in the activities if you wish to do so. i can recommend the pilates & yoga along with the pool activities. All three staff are so friendly. Joycelyn and Mesi were our two waitresses who looked after us very well and recommended some very nice wines. Both have lovely personalities We have enjoyed the evening entertainment with a massive shout to the Soul Diva whom we all loved. This finishes at 11pm The food in the main restaurant was excellent with a wide selection of meat fish & vegetable dishes changing nightly. The rooms are of a good standard and we paid for a sea view & balcony. They are two singles together rather than a double The town is great with three excellent sandy beaches and a fourth 45 minutes away ( not worth the walk imho) as very small & rocky. Also a good place to explore from. The only one negative was the food in the pool bar which we had a bad experience of - there was a problem with the kitchen and we would say the food. Toasted sandwiches were fried bread, the advacado & prawn on bread has six of the smallest frozen prawns you have seen in your life oh and 45 minutes to prepare 4 sandwiches - suffice to say we did not go there again. It needs fixing.

I had an excellent stay in this hotel. The staff are brilliant, can’t do enough for you, cheerful and friendly. The cleanliness of all areas and rooms is 5 star. I felt my room was a little dated, but a nice double bed and very peaceful. The food is excellent, I noted many guests upgraded to half board from breakfast only. You will not find a better location. The hotel is set back from the main promenade and is located right in the centre of all amenities. The beach is a 200metre walk from the hotel. Personally, the only slight downside was smokers, who seemed to be accommodated for far more than non-smokers. Poolside was all smoking area, as was the outside breakfast area. A small area in front of the stage at night time entertainment was solely for non-smokers. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would return.

I stayed at this hotel during the start of the August and had a really lovely time. The pool was lovely, very quiet and very clean. The staff were all really friendly and were helpful if you needed help with anything. During my stay the hotel staff made such a fuss over my birthday which made me feel really special so thank you. I genuinely don’t think I can fault this hotel, a lovely location and only 5 min walk from the beach! Thank you!

Fantastic hotel & location I had a broken ankle before I left the uk the hotel & staff were absolutely amazing for me Great food & entertainment but most of all no hassle having to get up early for a sunbed would certainly recommend this hotel

Upgraded to halfboard after having one dinner there. Food was outstanding and the choice was incredible and all for only 14 euros per head. Excellent value and superb service

We travelled here not expecting too much, we were pleasantly surprised . What a gem of a place. Bedrooms are clean , swim towels provided , lots of choice for breakfast , just a really lovely chilled hotel. We were invited to a white party which was such a fab experience . Loved this hotel

We recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant time, though there are some aspects future guests may want to be aware of. First, credit where it’s due: the hotel is kept spotlessly clean and tidy. Housekeeping and cleaning staff do an excellent job, and this deserves recognition, especially given that many rooms are quite dated by modern standards. Our bathroom, for instance, had cracked tiles and a chipped bath that had clearly been painted over. Communal areas also show signs of age – most noticeably the carpet on the stairs from the 1st floor, which is ripped and has clearly been that way for some time. The food was a real mixed bag. While there’s a wide and fresh selection of salads and fruit, and we really enjoyed the generous and lively White Day lunch party, the rest of the dining experience was hit and miss. We found the food at dinner to be heavily oversalted, to the point where it was hard to enjoy. The “show cooking” setup was frustrating – there was rarely enough meat ready for the number of guests, and the process felt disorganised. More oddly, there seemed to be inconsistent and seemingly arbitrary rules enforced by certain staff and these rules I felt maybe seemed to affect female guests more. A bizarre example: the mixed fruit next to the breakfast porridge apparently couldn’t be used on the porridge because it was “for smoothies only”. This kind of micromanagement felt unnecessary and honestly a little ridiculous. I did what anyone would do and poured a berry smoothie on my porridge instead – problem solved! Clientele during our stay were mainly German and 65+, and while the entertainment provided by the hotel didn’t really suit us, the surrounding area has lots of lively bars, so we ended up going out every evening after dinner. The pool area is another area where some decisions seem to favour form over function. Three large luxury sunbeds have been installed in prime poolside spots and are rented out at €50 a day. In our two-week stay, we only saw one of them booked twice – a total of €100 earned in 14 days, while everyday guests are crammed into increasingly shaded areas with sunbeds so close together you have to jump in from the end. It just doesn’t seem like a guest-friendly trade-off. Lastly, the drinks ordering system at dinner was confusing and poorly explained - or rather to be less kind not explained at all! On our first night, we weren’t offered a drinks menu and were simply asked if we wanted something. When we declined, the (presumed) restaurant manager (older chap) seemed visibly annoyed, which didn’t set a great tone. After that, we chose to have drinks before and after dinner elsewhere. All that said, there are genuine positives, especially the efforts of the housekeeping team and the quality of fresh produce at meal times. With some refurbishment, clearer communication, and more thoughtful guest-focused decisions, this hotel has the potential to be much more than what we experienced.

We had a wonderful 10 days at this very unpretentious hotel. The staff were brilliant, food was great and everywhere was very clean. The buffet dinner was consistently good with a wide choice and excellent themes. The restaurant staff were attentive and very friendly. Bar prices were UK pub prices and the pool bar served lunchtime meals that were always well cooked and priced. We upgraded to a suite when we booked and it was worth every penny, great bathroom, comfortable beds and slippers and dressing gowns included. The entertainment was high quality acts that included singers, magicians and acrobatic dancers. Overall a really enjoyable holiday
