We stayed at Valentin Grand Park Suite and really enjoyed our holiday. What impressed me the most was the cleaning – our room was always spotless, fresh, and very comfortable, which made it a pleasure to come back to after the beach. The food was tasty with plenty of choice every day. The sea is very close, with a shallow entrance that my child loved a lot. The whole hotel is quiet and relaxed, not noisy at all, which was exactly what we were looking for. Everything you need is within walking distance. Overall, it felt very comfortable and family-friendly – we would be happy to return.

Beautiful accommodation and, of course, very friendly staff. The newly renovated rooms in the modern part of the hotel are really lovely. The only drawback is that not all rooms have a balcony. However, when it comes to the entertainment program for both children and adults, the number of pools, the food, and the cleanliness, we give the hotel the highest rating. Maintaining such quality with so many guests during the season is challenging, but this hotel manages it perfectly.

We stayed for 2 weeks in a family room with balcony. The room was great. The bed was more than satisfactory. Great customer service. The food was brilliant (breakfast and dinner) the facilities here are amazing with great gardens surrounding two pool areas. 1 for mainly adults and what looked like brilliant children's pool area set on the other side of the hotel. Its all been very well thought out and considered for all types of ages and families. The beach is only a 5 min walk away.
Couldn't have asked for more.
No complaints here and my personal opinion is. More than a 3 star 🌟 hotel.
Fully recomened to anyone. Especially families. I would certainly book this place again.

To start with at the front desk at check in we were told the safe in the room is not included you have to pay. Then we get to put room and the lights didn't not work. After further inspection of the room it was filthy. Hair everywhere blood on the floor, cutoff from electric work. The worst part was the pubic hair found all over the bathroom. Stay far away from this place it is a Ryan air of resorts they charge for everything. Even when I payed for a drink they came by and picked it up when I was not looking. This is more of a motel not a resort. One more thing there was also sand in the bed. I tried to have the front desk handle the room and they didn't care. They room was still filthy. I have attached the photos that the front desk said they "fixed".
Please do not stay here for your family holiday it is absolutely unacceptable for the amount of money they charge.

*note the response from the management "the safe is an optional feature". This says all. There is a clear problem with the management. I have also added a picture of our floor absolutely disgusting. The management doesn't care. They charge for clean towels. I cant sate enough how much of a tourist trap this place is. The same pubic hair is still on the floor. The least they could have done is comp the drinks but little nothing was done to make this right not even a clean room.

We had a wonderful week here mid August with two children aged 8 and 5. The room we chose was a bit small but we managed and it didn't impact our stay at all. Its a 10 min walk to the shops and beach which is pleasant. The hotel was immaculately clean at all times, the staff were very accommodating. The food was excellent. The entertainment was also brilliant. A great selection of pools and areas to set, a splash park and daytime activities too. We had a wonderful week.

Good location and easy to get to by public transport from Palma airport (direct route A11 takes approximately 45 minutes) and also Palma centre. Hotel is small but quaint and clean. Breakfast has a good variety and very reasonably priced food at the bar and restaurant. There is a nice pool and also the beach is across the road with lots of cruises and water activities / restaurants. The staff above all were very warm and friendly.

Love this stay! Everyone was so so kind! Hotel clean, food delicious. You can stay after check out in the pool and have a shower before going to the airport. A treasure ❤️

Beautiful quaint hotel, 4th time staying. Breakfast is really good, plenty of variety to suit everyone. Dinner menu doesn't give enough information so didn't try the restaurant. Bar food very good but you have to ask for it, they are missing a trick by not having the menu on the table in my opinion. Burger and seafood platter excellent. Rooms are ok, bit dated and air conditioning doesn't always work. WiFi poor as well. Had a great stay and would definitely stay again. Rooms spotless with daily clean. All in all a great wee place with indoor and outdoor pool and just a stone throw from the beach.

Everything delightful except my room, which was poky with a bathroom window opening onto a very small terrace, no mirror, nowhere to put anything down, I had to keep moving the chair to access the wardrobe. We paid extra but my daughters' economy room was far superior, it was airy and spacious with double doors opening onto a large terrace, I thought maybe the rooms had been mixed up. I complained and was told a message would be left for the receptionist but no one talked to me - It didn't spoil my holiday but I felt bothered then and still do now I've returned home - I have stayed several times before and never had a bad word to say about this lovely hotel, but now I feel wary of going back and being given a room like this again even though I was paying MORE for it.

There’s a lot to like about this hotel, but the rooms are not one of them, we had a dark side room, which got no sunshine & the lighting in the room was really poor & over looked a car parking area, it really spoilt our visit, we asked twice to be moved and each time the reception took our number but never called or offered another room, 9 nights in this room got a bit depressing. Most of the rooms around us seemed to be very similar. But we had lots going on playing Tennis & nice meals out. I thought with me bringing another 22 tennis friends to this hotel would at least got us a pleasant room & being a big birthday celebration while we were there. Also on the Saturday it was hired out to a private party which took over the hotel, even a bouncy castle outside our room, guests were very much not thought of that day. Now to the positives, staff were very friendly & helpful (except getting us a half decent room) the pool was lovely although near the main road, I like the old style of the hotel & its quirkiness, but rooms need a serious overhaul, the actually bed was very comfy although the iron head board wasn’t, great breakfast again staff excellent. Food in the hotel was lovely has a few lunches there. Great position for the beach & shops.
