Kontiki Playa in Playa de Palma

It was the worst hotel I’ve ever been to.
1- When you wake up early, there’s no coffee before 7:30.
2- Workers start cleaning at 7 when the people have just got up and sat to drink their morning coffee. Usually cleaning is done way before the customers wake up. And the toilets are not allowed to be used before the workers are done.
3- The pool is so small, the area to sit around is as small. There are like 1 Million customers but only 100 long seats to lay on. Unless one wants to rent in the luxury lounge, a seat costs 15€ and above. Or you go to the beach and pay for every seat 6€ and 12€ for the umbrella.
4- The food, oh God this is horrible. The meal periods are weirdly distributed. If you are a late sleeper, you miss on Breakfast. But Lunch is at 12:30. In case you check in late at night, you get no dinner. Besides there is no variety of food, and whatever they have tastes nothing like it should. On an island where you expect a lot of food with fish and seafood, it’s only a small part of the meal. Spain is known for its Paella, you have it only once a week. We had to eat several times outside, to enjoy the Spanish Mallorcan food.
The hotel is overrated, why book all inklusive when you have to spend more time outside the hotel. We paid for all inklusive and maybe the same price outside.

Meat and place for the Hotel is really good, you can have everything without cars,but the personal are not so kind they dont want to talk , and the rooms are very little , and they dont really clean, in all inklusive, you can eat und trink in everytime as you want and must to be in every rooms in every days watter too drink but they didn’t give us watter and when i ask them i need watter they said we have some many people we have not for everyone.the other thing is the Bed are not together at the first night we slept und in middle of night we have big hole in middle of bed.
