SHORT REVIEW:
If you really care about cleanliness, good hotel management, a great all-inclusive program, and a large pool – unfortunately, this is not the hotel for you.

LONG REVIEW (continuation in several categories):
We stayed at this hotel with family for 7 days. During our stay, I paid attention to all the details to be able to give future guests a reliable review.

Let’s start with the good stuff.

The hotel exterior is eye-catching and stands out architecturally among other hotels. The interior follows a similar style – retro Mexico/Spain – which provides a unique vibe. The hotel’s atrium is also attractive, and the glass elevator enhances the experience. Staff members were friendly and we had no negative encounters.

Now for the negatives, or rather, the things that are not well executed.

Hotel management is clearly lacking – and significantly.

First sign of trouble is the reception. There's usually only one person working. That’s okay if guests arrive sporadically, but if a group of guests arrives at once (e.g., through a travel agency), the check-in process becomes extremely slow. Despite the volume, staffing at reception doesn’t increase.

SUMMARY
Despite all the issues, the staff really tried. They weren’t always perfect, but clearly did their best. What they need is better leadership and organization.

Special praise goes to one older gentleman who worked in both the dining area and bar. When he was on shift, things ran much more smoothly.

Overall, this hotel has potential to be a great 3-star property. Right now, I can’t rate it as such. I would rate it 2.5/5, but cannot do that, so 2/5 it is.

This place needs better management, more staff, some modernization, and more attention to detail. With those changes, operations and guest satisfaction would improve – and maybe they wouldn’t need to charge for everything.

I hope management reads this and takes the feedback seriously. I truly wish for this hotel to improve and become a place guests are happy to return to.

I am currently writing this from my present location. The bar's service is inadequate. The individual serving customers is the same person who assists with cleaning tables in the restaurant, indicating a lack of expertise in bartending. He serves customers randomly, disregarding the order of the queue, and appears to prioritize serving female customers. Regardless of the drink ordered, they all taste the same, with a faint hint of alcohol. While I acknowledge that they may be experiencing staffing shortages, this does not excuse the poor service. Essentially, I am consuming flavored water with ice. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a tranquil evening with a pleasant drink.

I will start with the good points the location is amazing just steps away from the beautiful beach sunbeds cos 15 euros for 2 beds for the day .. ok where do I start the hotel was very dated but clean the staff was very rude and very slow to serve behind the bar you had to pay 1 euro for the plastic cup you used shocking I went all inclusive and the food was absolutely disgusting cold tasteless the same every day the snacks through the day was made sandwiches wrapped in cling film awful the only nice thing was the coffee .. there was only 4 cocktails on the all inclusive list the swimming pool was so small and the ducks from the lake swam in it ..the beach was that close so the pool was not a issue if your going to book this hotel it will only be for the location do not go all inclusive there is shops and nice restaurants walking distance cleaners came to the room everyday but had to ask for the towels to be changed toilet roll was never replaced so we bought them in the shop .the only reason why I gave this a 1 star was because of the location .. I don't do reviews but I had to do this to let you know of our experience.. the entertainment we'll there wasn't any one day had a dj but was awful it stated that there was entertainment on paper it had everything me and my mum wanted ..but that was all wrong . Location and weather was beautiful.
