We are really happy with the hotel bogaloo. To be honest, the service was just 5 stars, I don't understand why is so underrated, I guess locals want the places for just themseslves haha

Good hotel in arenal and good area for people, breakfast was cool, and the area in general is really friendly, good experience here :)

Unfortunately, the hotel has extremely poor sound insulation — I could hear shouting, screaming, slamming doors, and even water running from other rooms at all hours. Hallways carry noise easily, and thin doors do nothing to block it. Despite a "quiet policy" after 11 PM, the staff doesn’t enforce it. When I complained, they were polite but unhelpful. The majority of the guests were very loud and inconsiderate, making it impossible to rest. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you value sleep on your vacation. Doesn't have lift. Nice and clean room.

Do not stay here, the rooms are awful, the bedsheets hadn’t been washed, the staff are very rude and unfriendly and acted like the police. The hotel is like a prison. The rooms are also tiny and very poorly maintained. Definitely would not stay again and would 100 percent not recommend unless you like getting treated like a c**t.

We booked this hotel for a two days Ballermann trip and enjoyed the stay. The staff was very nice and friendly, it was really clean und totally okay to sleep two nights. You get to the beach and of course Megapark, Bierkönig, etc. by foot easily. It was bit warm inside of the breakfast room, but that was okay (we had more than 30 degrees outside). It's quite loud at night, outside and as well the guests and the walls are not really holding the noises back, but I think nobody comes to Arenal to rest ;) We would book again.

Modern Rooms, very polite staff, the also allow you to bring random girls to your room. The only disadvantage is the long way to the tourism scene.
I would recommend it to everybody who wants to make party at Mallorca!

The bedroom was really nice with internal terrace, there was a bit of noice from the other visitors but nothing too bad. The location is really adequate, being 5 minutes walking to the beach. The attention also was very kind from the hosts. Good place to stay in Mallorca

nice, tidy, clean hotel. but the man who was at the reception was surprisingly not very friendly, unpleasant, and arrogant. this person absolutely does not know how to work with clients.

I was in many different hotels, with differents standards, but I would like to say We were pleasantly surprised for that price.
Clean room, nicely finished. Balcony was... it shows the street teeming of life - I love it!
We are thankful for smile at reception :)
We hope we will see soon.

Good hotel for short stays. Clean rooms and nice service. Continental breakfast included, but without warm food.
