Came here for two weeks, and honestly loved it! The room was nice, bed was comfortable, closet was large, bathroom was nice as well as the shower. A cozy room for one person. No dirt, really clean, quiet, and perfect to just come and rest after a long day of walking. Really loved it!

Hotel for (rude Spanish) seniors 😅 Sorry but it's the truth. Very loud fiësta every darn evening... So loud! Rooftop 'pool' is only 30 cm deep and closes in the evening so you can't enjoy the night view... Neat hotel with good price. Comfortable beds.

I find the bad reviews a bit exaggerated. We were last weekend and everything was perfect. Clean without cockroaches as many say. The food runs out and if they replace it. Also good. Me and six friends stayed for the benidorm fiestas for four nights. The hotel is in a great location, a 15-minute walk to the new town and old town and 10 minutes to the beach. Brilliant hotel, peaceful & quiet which is what we was looking for. Staff were lovely rooms cleaned everyday with fresh towels. 2 lifts to choose from, games area,ballroom, pool with jacuzzi. I arrived yesterday 1/9/2025 and can not fault this hotel or the staff . We were greeted by Caesar on the front desk and he was helpful , friendly and welcoming . A real gentleman. To start check in took time because there was a confusion with the payment. A group of students were staying in the hotel so there was a lot of noise and the pool area was dirty. In general, the hotel needs updating and the food was well cooked but of poor quality. On the plus side, the staff were very friendly especially Adriana in the restaurant. Location was also great.

The hotel is located at the beginning of playa de Gandia if you come from the little town of Gandia. There is a town bus that connects Playa de Gandia and Gandia pueblo. Well this is my 4th visit to this brilliant friendly and exceptionally clean hotel. We use the Galetamar as a base for going rock climbing in Costa Blanca and each time we've been we have had a fantastic time. Well recommend this hotel for a relaxing holiday.

Nice hotel near the beach and good price

The property was ok, nothing special or fancy. They didn’t even have an iron to use and had to find one for me to use for a wedding I was there for. They also didn’t have towels for the pool, so as a guest who don’t plan on bringing those items, just beware. They ultimately did end up finding an emergency iron to let me use but it was very stressful for me.

We had a great time staying here for the week. The room was perfect for our needs and the staff were very friendly. Many amenities close by and the beach is a matter of minutes walk. We would recommend staying here. In fact, we have booked to come back next week for a couple more nights

It is the second time I have stayed at the hotel and I would repeat. A reasonable distance from the beach - 10 minutes and not very difficult to get around - and very quiet. That said, I will return.

What a brilliant budget hotel, bed and breakfast for a very reasonable price in August. It's self check in so another bonus, a very good breakfast, served on the roof terrace. The hotel is very quiet with excellent double glazing and sound proofing. The staff that we met were efficient and friendly.

I want to thank Carla and her staff for making a difficult time for me easier. The airline lost my bags for days and everyone went out of their way to make things easier for me and try to help. Things like this make such a huge difference to a traveller when they stay somewhere. I also liked the breakfast on the roof terrace. I would return again when attending Rototom.

Overall, the room was clean, and the hotel is conveniently located about 10 minutes from the city centre. However, there was no air conditioning control, and the soundproofing was poor. I could clearly hear conversations from the neighbouring room, which affected the comfort of the stay.

We were treated as family. Very welcoming staff, they gave us a map with directions for tour beat routes. Our kid was sick and they took good care of him, even during sleep hours, staff was available to provide us with water, towels, ice, etc. And this place is also a great spot for your visit in Valencia. Prices are really good for the amount of service and convenience that you get.
