Great location. Clean room and comfortable bed. Bathroom is small for North American standard but it serves its purpose. Friendly hotel staff at reception. The only down side to the stay was the temperature of the room. It was too hot despite lowering the thermostat in the room. The ceiling fan helped a bit.

The staff was great and very courteous. The room was small, but had everything one needs. The shower was quite small and difficult to access. The breakfast was good. The fridge in the room was not very cold and I had to throw away the food I tried to keep in there, the air conditioning was not working in our room, but we able to make do with the ceiling fan. Had a lovely stay at Hotel Colon. We both loved the sea view room and sitting out on balcony. Truly worth paying a bit more to wake up to each morning!! This was my second time staying here. I like where it's located, maybe a little too far away from everything for some people, but if you prefer a quieter spot in Benidorm this is ideal. I've been staying at this hotel for twenty years or so and have never been disappointed. The staff are helpful, everywhere is spotlessly clean and the food is excellent. It's a SPANISH HOTEL so if you want chicken and chips every day then you'll be disappointed. On the other hand if you want real Spanish food with a huge choice for lunch and dinner then this is the place for you.

Good value for money. A bit dated, but for a beach getaway, it's not too far away and acceptable. It's fine for a short stay; the buffet has limited variety, but the food is decent. The worst thing is the lack of parking, and finding a spot can be difficult in high season. The good thing is there's an open area nearby with both free and paid parking, and if you find a spot, it's not far away.

The hotel is quite old, but the food is very good. My biggest complaint is that there's a lot of rubbish piled up under the stairs on the ground floor, and cockroaches accumulate there and come out—it's disgusting. They should pay more attention to the maintenance of this hotel.

A convenient location that's just in front of the entrance of the Alicante train terminal. Since Alicante city is suitable to walk for sightseeing, I recommend this place if you have train departure in the next morning.

The staff were super great! My friend and I had to leave early in the morning for the airport and not only did they book us a cab but they offered to make us a big packed breakfast for the go since we paid for the buffet breakfast. Nice stay. Everything is pretty good. Cool old restored building, nice modern interior design. It might be quite easy to hear your neighbours though. They have a bike rental, but I'd recommend to Valenbisi service instead, as it's cheaper and more convenient in my opinion (you can download an app and use bike-sharing on the streets).

Very easy to get to and from the airport due to close proximity to the metro. I really liked this hotel and the staff were very friendly. The ONLY thing I would say, as a word of caution, is that my room was very noisy. I think the windows must be single glazed as I could hear the traffic from the road very loudly. Me and six friends stayed for the benidorm fiestas for four nights. The hotel is in a great location, a 15-minute walk to the new town and old town and 10 minutes to the beach. Brilliant hotel, peaceful & quiet which is what we was looking for. Staff were lovely rooms cleaned everyday with fresh towels. 2 lifts to choose from, games area,ballroom, pool with jacuzzi.
