clean room, staff--particularly Raul at the front desk, location
Great location. Clean room and comfortable bed. Bathroom is small for North American standard but it serves its purpose. Friendly hotel staff at reception. The only down side to the stay was the temperature of the room. It was too hot despite lowering the thermostat in the room. The ceiling fan helped a bit.
The staff was great and very courteous. The room was small, but had everything one needs. The shower was quite small and difficult to access. The breakfast was good. The fridge in the room was not very cold and I had to throw away the food I tried to keep in there, the air conditioning was not working in our room, but we able to make do with the ceiling fan. The hotel is currently under some renovations...
This hotel is wonderful and in a perfect location. I’d stay here again. Valencia is a wonderful city and this hotel gets you started with a great breakfast and when your day is done you’ll sleep great :)
Air conditioning too noisy . Preferred to leave window open . Fridge gave off too much heat so unplugged as room was small
Property was clean. Good location. Breakfast not worth the money. They had coffee and tea was only available for free at 13:00.

This is a lovely hotel thats right on the beach with amazing views. We had a sea view and couldnt be happier. Just couldn't enjoy it at night as the temperature drops. But nothing to do with the hotel. The room was spotless and had everything you need. The location for us as a couple was a little quite but it isnt even season and can see it would be a lot different in the busier periods. We enjoyed...
We are on out last day of 9 at this wee gem of a hotel. The staff are super friendly and they go out of their way to help you. We asked for an extra pillow and towel and they were delivered the same day. The ladies and Pedro who work at reception are first class and the lady at breakfast is so so lovely, helpful and an all round amazing person, One of the best bits is being able to take your continental...
We spent four nights here at the beginning of November, the hotel was lovely and spotlessly clean and was right on the beach. Perfect location for some winter sun. Staff were very helpful and so friendly with a special mention to Silvina who deals with the breakfast. I had my birthday while we were and tbe staff left a small bottle on sparkling wine and two glasses for us to come back to. A very nice...
Just had a fabulous 5 days staying at Hotel LA Calla. Warm and friendly welcome. Staff are all so helpful ☺️. Very kind and thoughtful . It is a beautiful location right on the beach and central to shops and restaurants. Can't wait to return in the spring. The beach is beautiful and safe swimming. Great place to relax and enjoy. Thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable
Great Hotel, rooms lovely and clean. Friendly and helpful ladies on reception, lovely friendly lady that serves breakfast. Right on beach, bars just on street below hotel. Really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful boutique feel to this family run hotel set footsteps from the beach at beginning of old town. Clean rooms, great breakfast and very friendly staff. Highly recommend for exploring Benidorm town!
Excellent views and room so clean. Staff lovely
Really nice hotel in a good location.
Stunning views, spotless rooms ,efficient staff and very helpful second stay perfect location sea veiw room a must
Had a lovely stay at Hotel Colon. We both loved the sea view room and sitting out on balcony. Truly worth paying a bit more to wake up to each morning!! All the staff were extremely helpful especially storing luggage because had a late flight. A self service breakfast which was very filling and still enjoy the sea view! We will definitely be back. Sue and Hugh
Great hotel clean modern very polite staff only disappointing thing was we payed very reasonable price of €60 - nite asked how much for sea view room €80- NITE EXTRA YES EXTRA BUT STILL NICE HOTEL Considering a nice hotel however stayed in MONETEMAR across the road this time last year paid same price.. but sea view no extra cost amazing hotel brilliant staff !!!

Lovely clean hotel staff friendly and helpful large bedrooms. The negatives are meal time (evening) was like a stampede no queuing in an orderly manner people just pushing in not a big choice of hot food (well cold food really) meals not described in English, entertainment not geared for the English and finally not very good if you have mobility issues as the ramp to the hotel is very steep
The hotel room was very clean and maintained. All the staff I came in to contact with were very polite and helpful and looked as though they enjoyed there job Excellent location in-between the new and old town I was on full board plus and only cost a few euros more so worth the money if on a budget however the food wasn't good at all and definitely needs improvement as lacked taste and also variety...
This was my second time staying here. I like where it's located, maybe a little too far away from everything for some people, but if you prefer a quieter spot in Benidorm this is ideal. The hotel room was immaculate and I was upgraded to a much bigger room with a massive balcony, which was thoughtful of the hotel. Breakfast was incredibly busy, so my advice would be to go as soon as they start serving...
Went there with my parner for a few years before he passed away always had a good time. the room was clean And staff frendly. Always enjoyed the walk up to the hotel and going into the big super market and buying our water and crisps etc. Only problem was the food was a hit or miss bit bland at times.
Just came back from a weeks stay, Room was ok ,clean but noisey, location was ok for us but not good if you're older,Food was disappointing, if you like pizza chips and fish your be ok but nothing seemed to go with anything pasta but nothing to put on it, if you like boiled spuds your be ok.wife had a reaction to the paella her eye closed up. I absolutely loved the hotel. We were off to a rocky start because of the room but it awesome regardless. I loved the staff, they were very friendly and helpful. Nice basic hotel. Great location. Staff have access to free parking on site and guests have to find limited street parking. Reception shouted at us for parking in large staff parking next to entrance and told us to drive out in the street and park 200m away.
Food was plentiful with a good variety but not hot enough. No facility for re-warming if allowed. Unfortunately the lounge was shut off due to restrictions but I feel that could of been managed better with limited seating and adequately spaced out. Pool was good but not open long enough. It was only open from 11am until 2pm. When the guard left the pool the pool was out of use. Not much use for an...
Simple clean rooms nice location although not right on the beach but certainly walkimg distance. Dated but not worn out. Mostly 55+ year old guests though..paradise for older folks with evening entertainment for them around the pool in the evening.
I've been staying at this hotel for twenty years or so and have never been disappointed. The staff are helpful, everywhere is spotlessly clean and the food is excellent. It's a SPANISH HOTEL so if you want chicken and chips every day then you'll be disappointed. On the other hand if you want real Spanish food with a huge choice for lunch and dinner then this is the place for you.
Convenient location near the beach and shops. Comfortable beds, basic but clean bedrooms. Would have appreciated more healthy food for breakfast.

That's it. I don't know if the food complaints refer to another hotel, as some people are quite forgetful. Of course, it could be the same people who pile their plates high with greasy food and impossible combinations. Back home, I'll need tests and a doctor's visit. The food is varied and healthy, more so than some more well-known hotels. Salads and fruit every day, at least one stew, and a variety...
Good value for money. A bit dated, but for a beach getaway, it's not too far away and acceptable. It's fine for a short stay; the buffet has limited variety, but the food is decent. The worst thing is the lack of parking, and finding a spot can be difficult in high season. The good thing is there's an open area nearby with both free and paid parking, and if you find a spot, it's not far away.
The hotel is quite old, but the food is very good. My biggest complaint is that there's a lot of rubbish piled up under the stairs on the ground floor, and cockroaches accumulate there and come out—it's disgusting. They should pay more attention to the maintenance of this hotel.
3 stars, third line from the beach. Attentive staff. Clean. Air conditioning blowing constantly. Good, varied breakfast buffet.
Everything was great, the staff was super nice, efficient and professional. I would repeat without any problem and I would even recommend it to anyone who is ill.
Excellent service, very complete breakfast, I would choose it again on my next stay in Gandía

All that we needed for a 1 night stay in Alicante. Within 10-15 mins walking distance of the marina. Clean and comfortable room. Would stay here again.
Great location, conveniently close to the train station. Friendly and helpful staff. The room itself is quite small—barely enough space for me and my suitcase. On the other hand, the bathroom and terrace are impressively spacious; in fact, the terrace feels larger than the entire suite! Nice hotel with a parking right next to it, good service however the breakfast doesn’t have a lot of choices for the buffet.

Nice hotel, very well located and accessible. The room was relatively clean and comfortable. The only downside was the bathroom; the shower wasn't very clean, but overall it was fine.
The AC was like sauna so we had to turn it off and open the window. We were moved to a different room but with same issue. The staff were very helpful and kind.
The staff were super great! My friend and I had to leave early in the morning for the airport and not only did they book us a cab but they offered to make us a big packed breakfast for the go since we paid for the buffet breakfast. It was super nice to not have to worry about finding something to eat before going through airport security.
overnight stay due to flight cancellation, arrived late at night, Manuel on reception was delightful, funny and thoughtful. The rooms we had were spotless, comfortable and very spacious, for non-disabled rooms, they were almost perfect for disabled guests. The whole hotel was to an excellent standard breakfast and coffee service could have been better. Also there is a roof terrace swimming pool...
Found this to be a clean and pleasant hotel with very polite and professional staff. Really good buffet breakfast with lots of options (including things like lactose-free milk). Whether you think the location is good depends on what you're looking for: we wanted somewhere away from the noise of the city centre but within easy walk of trams, busses and the metro, which is exactly what this place is...
Id recommend this place for people doing business trips, for vacationers it's not great. The pool is small and only opens at 11.30 (and doesn't get sunny till 12.30). It's out of the city, though there is a few easy undergrounds/trams to get. The service was iffy, depended on who was at the desk. Our first room was on the first floor, and the entire floor reeked of *********. The front desk kindly moved us to a higher floor room facing the main road, which was just as clean and tidy. A normal but clean hotel, and the breakfast girl Maria Jose was very friendly.
Stayed in this hotel for 5 days and had a very good experience. The staff was polite and welcoming. The room was of average size. Although the breakfast was basic, meat, vegetables, cereals, cheese and drinks...
Not bad, quiet quaint little place, not high expectations considering the price but location is good and overall ok
Excellent location, modern and clean rooms, very friendly staff. The only drawback was that the room faced the avenue and there was a lot of car noise. Otherwise, a great experience.

Walls paper thin. Glad I had NO CHILDREN with me 3 o'clock in the mourning starts loud orgy from next room. No phone in the room and no one at desk to complain too. Did not sleep all night for my day of travel. No coffee or tea in the room or kettle. Would classify it a one star.
Great overall. Clean, good service, top location! Highly recommend!
Nice stay. Everything is pretty good. Cool old restored building, nice modern interior design. It might be quite easy to hear your neighbours though. They have a bike rental, but I'd recommend to Valenbisi service instead, as it's cheaper and more convenient in my opinion (you can download an app and use bike-sharing on the streets).
Very easy to get to and from the airport due to close proximity to the metro. I really liked this hotel and the staff were very friendly. The ONLY thing I would say, as a word of caution, is that my room was very noisy. I think the windows must be single glazed as I could hear the traffic from the road very loudly. I don’t think this can be helped as the building is very historic. Overall a great stay

Had an amazing stay! The hotel was spotless, super comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Everything was perfect – I’d definitely come back.
Treated myself to one night here following a less-than-great Airbnb experience and it was just what I needed. The bed was wonderful and comfortable, the shower was hot with great pressure, and the room was gorgeously decorated and quiet. We had a great stay at Nest Style! It has more of a hostel vibe - it’s small, staff is super cool and friendly, the breakfast area is small but cosy, rooms have personality. Excellent location, right in the City of Arts. The front desk service is great, and the receptionist speaks Spanish, so communication is no problem. I recommend staying there when the price is low!
A bit weak for a NH. No slippers in the room, no free kettle in the room. But the City of Arts and Sciences is nearby.
