Stayed here for New Years Eve one night. My two grandchildren and myself. Hotel was lovely couldn't really fault it, people say outdated but we found it lovely. Nice hotel near the beach and good price

The property was ok, nothing special or fancy. They didn’t even have an iron to use and had to find one for me to use for a wedding I was there for. They also didn’t have towels for the pool, so as a guest who don’t plan on bringing those items, just beware. They ultimately did end up finding an emergency iron to let me use but it was very stressful for me.

We had a great time staying here for the week. The room was perfect for our needs and the staff were very friendly. Many amenities close by and the beach is a matter of minutes walk. We would recommend staying here. In fact, we have booked to come back next week for a couple more nights

It is the second time I have stayed at the hotel and I would repeat. A reasonable distance from the beach - 10 minutes and not very difficult to get around - and very quiet. That said, I will return.

What a brilliant budget hotel, bed and breakfast for a very reasonable price in August. It's self check in so another bonus, a very good breakfast, served on the roof terrace. The hotel is very quiet with excellent double glazing and sound proofing. The staff that we met were efficient and friendly.

I want to thank Carla and her staff for making a difficult time for me easier. The airline lost my bags for days and everyone went out of their way to make things easier for me and try to help. Things like this make such a huge difference to a traveller when they stay somewhere. I also liked the breakfast on the roof terrace. I would return again when attending Rototom.

The socket in our room for the minifridge was broken, and the hairdryer did not work. Usually this would drop a review from 5 to maybe 4 or 3, but the customer service was so excellent I cannot do that. Especially from Laura, but the entire team is welcoming, helpful and try their best, and very accommodating. Loved this place, will probably go back.
