Hotel is average OK for 3 star. Food well overpriced, buffet breakfast at just under 20eur rip off!! Won't be returning much better hotels with proper cooked breakfasts.!!!!

We stayed there for the second time since the staff, location and food are amazing.We had a baby with us and therefore asked several times to have our dinner on our balcony instead in the restaurant. They fulfilled all our wishes and have been so kind and patient with us. The food is delicious and the location a dream.We cant wait to return to this very warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Lovely staff, best cocktails and food in el campello. Room basic but clean. Beds uncomfortable but you get more than what you pay for. Fantastic location. Would definitely come back

Service was excellent. Staff were brilliant. The rooms were excellent apart from the beds it was like sleeping on concrete. Each morning I woke up with a bad back which persisted throughout the day. I’m afraid we won’t be coming back. A holiday is meant to be relaxing I certainly did’nt get that.

Fab hotel practically on the beach. Was able to fall asleep listening to the waves. The bed was huge and comfy. The road outside my balcony was a carfree zone so was very peaceful. Loads of places to dine along the seafront. Perfect for a semi quiet getaway

Although me na my family did bro stay in this hotel the personnel was fantastic specially Dana the recepción girl who took care of me and my family in our last day , I want to mention this because it is not common in my country that type of empathy and kindness . Stayed at Soléa and I had a great experience. Beds were comfortable and rooms were very nice. It was a perfect space to come back to after hot days on the beach and late nights at Rototom. Liliana and Diana are exceptional staff; attentive and friendly.

The location is quiet and peaceful and is only a 25 min walk from the many bars , restaurants, beach ,and the lively atmosphere of Benidorm . Campsite is clean outside and inside the toilets and showers. Nice bar area and food bar. The burger and chips were very good for the price. Two nice swimming pools. Supermarket was a little sparse if you wanted to self cater and not much choice. Caters for pets. Very good value for money in my opinion. Booked our caravan in for a stay whilst touring around France and Spain for the summer. My daughter wanted to see Benidorm. This site was VERY reasonably priced, we had a plus pitch which had water and drainage on it. There was advertised free WiFi but I couldn't seem to get the password to work, I wasn't bothered we went out and about most of the time. The pitches were well shaded with a tarpaulin...

Very good staff and great hotel to stay

In the centre of the old town, only 5 minutes walk from the ALSA bus. We opted for the junior suite which had lots of space. Would definitely come back.

Stayed in one of their apartments called ‘Beach’ for a single night. Perfectly adequate for the price paid but considering a bed is the primary purpose the middle bedroom really needs a new mattress where it has sunken in the middle. As for noise, insulation perhaps could be better but hey, narrow streets in a holiday town, it is to be expected (no stars lost).
