Was quite worried after reading the reviews but actually it was fine,we were dropped off by the transfer at the bottom of 53 steps to drag our luggage up which was not great but the hotel staff were pleasant and the lady who cleaned our room 316 was very nice and kept the room tidy with fresh towels every day. Pool area was clean and plenty of sunbeds. We were B&B and plenty of choice for breakfast...
YES! Nice people, good value for money, clean, Everything was great: food and drinks, pool, entertainment, especially the TEAM! We enjoyed a week-long vacation in Benidorm, SPAIN, Costa Blanca area. Having a family anniversary, we were convinced by our travel agent to choose Hotel CABANA, one of BALI GROUP hotels, one of the reasons was "You will meet nice people there". It was a good choice. I have...
Well i have to say on reading the last review I was worried !! I am here now with my friend we are both in our 60's and english we have a room on the 11th floor. The room is basic but clean. Big balcony nice sea view. Reception staff are lovely and friendly. Pool area is OK. Yes there are children playing it is summer holidays . Breakfast is plentiful. Only a short walk to the beach. I would recommend...
As first-time visitors to Benidorm, this was the perfect choice for our mini break. The location was ideal—just outside the hustle and bustle of the main resort, yet within easy walking distance of everything Benidorm has to offer. It struck a great balance between convenience and a more relaxed atmosphere.
I really liked this hotel it was great value for money. The breakfast was great WiFi and air-conditioning was fantastic. This hotel was extremely clean with lovely friendly staff. The bar was great value.Hotel is Close to the old town. I will definitely go back to Benidorm and stay at hotel cabana again.
Having stayed at the Cabana several times now, I can find little fault. The location is good. The rooms would benefit from updating but are large with ample storage. The balconies are of a very generous size and private. They would however, benefit from improved furniture. There is a very high standard of cleanliness throughout. Staff are caring and professional especially in the dining room....

Nice hotel in a good location. Hotel was great, we took room only as wanted to explore the area and eat at lical restaurants, however, the dining facilities at the hotel did look good. The room was a little basic, no tea or coffee making facilities but clean and comfortable, great air con too as the weather was very hot during our stay. Drinks were well priced although only one draught beer on tap...
What a lovely hotel! Thank fully they had availability after my VRBO booking was a victim of scamming! I will definitely stay here again!
Lovely place for small family would defo get all exclusive. Town centre is a bit far and too hot to walk with small children. Place had a lovely pool and food was outstanding. Staff were very nice and worked to accommodate you.
Beautiful views, very clean, amazing food that is different each day! We stayed as a family of 7. The rooms had an air con, mini fridge and 2 TVs, It is located right next to the beach where a lot if stray cats roam in the morning and night, 5 Stars.
Good variety of food in buffet Fridge & safe in room, but no kettle 10 min walk to sandy beach Plenty of free street parking nearby
Lovely holiday here, it’s a 3 star but the staff work very hard to make it look more. The rooms are basic but clean. The entertainment is fun for the family and the kids club guys work very hard to make it fun for everyone, they are great. The pool is small but nice and warm and the bar is handy poolside. The location is good but no grocery shops are close by, there are a nice few bars and restaurants...

Just returned from a 3 week stay in this very Spanish Hotel. Could not have asked for a better holiday. Every thing was faultless. The staff are great the food was good. The rooms are adequate and well heated. No English TV unfortunately. The cost was cheaper than some of the other popular hotels in Benidorm.
Basic hotel but not basic price for one night stay staff good reception and in the dining room , breakfast ok nothing special to be honest, bedroom very clean buy sadly no iron a little prehistoric for an hotel in this day and age when in most hotels in Benidorm its standard, especially for an expensive one night stay .. late checkout was the one bonus, car park in front of the hotel was an extra...
Nice hotel for a trip to Benidorm
I paid €77 for a room (Travelling alone) Including breakfast which I thought was very reasonable. The hotel is hemmed in, up the hill from more or less the Red Lion (1 mile) The hotel is a little dated but extremely clean. The staff were friendly and efficient on arrival and I ditched my bag and made my way to meet friends but Uncle Peds was on my way and I promised myself that I wouldn't get way laid...
Average hotel. Clean and comfortable. OK for a long weekend. Bar was closed when we were there. Alas, the breakfast wasn't that good.
Very happy with the hotel. I would stay again

Food was pretty good but not much variety
Nice hotel needs updating, staff are nice
Nice rooms, friendly staff, great location close to the beach and many possibilities of free parking nearby (mid-June). I would only appreciate some raw vegetables for breakfast as there was none and highlight that depending on the season, the sun might not be shining on the pool after 5:30 pm which is a pity.
4 days stay The hotel seems new. The room has a good size but the beds are little hard for me. The breakfast is poor, we have the same food every single day, the same fruits (only two options, kiwi and orange). The same for dinner, the same food every single day. They could do better in this matter. The swim pool is good, the beach in front the hotel is perfect. There is no park available in the...
Location near the beach, restaurants and shops was perfect for our visit to Gandia. The parking is limited (do reserve ahead if needed) but we were able to find street parking within a few blocks. The floors are not carpeted, so if other guests are moving around furniture in the middle of the night, you will hear it :-) Staff was excellent and all else really great. Would love to return.
Very good and renewed hotel 100 meters from the beach. Excellent Service. Fantastic restaurant menu and breakfast. Room was totally new as well as Bar and Restaurant. The pool is incredible. I recommend this hotel very much

We have been there a week. The hotel is simple, but we were very comfortable. Of the rooms I would highlight the beds, they are very comfortable. The food is good and the staff very friendly. I wouldn't mind repeating next summer.
The rooms are okay, nothing special and a bit small, as well as the shower being narrow. All of them have a balcony with views to the pool. Service is good. They gave us clean towels every day and made the beds. There's is air conditioning on the rooms, a wardrobe, tv (which you have to pay a deposit of 30€ to get the remote) a mini fridge and a desk. You can also find a air dryer on the bathroom....

Great hotel. Handy for all amenities (bars). Very clean. Superb reception and bar staff. Just right.
Tbh it is a very loud hotel with the youngsters But the location, hotel and staff ,Silvia and rose were so helpful, hotel is very clean
Booked here for a lads holiday. All the staff were really friendly & went the extra mile for you, nothing was too much. The whole hotel is really clean & maids clean rooms everyday, shampoo & shower gel is provided in rooms. We had pool view rooms which were spot on all rooms have plenty of storage with hanging space as well as drawers , bedsides & dressing table Safes are available in all rooms...
I didn't pay for a safe but his our cash. Unfortunately, I realised I'd left it and rang the hotel from the Airport. They went to my room and found the money and saved it for a friend to collect. £2380 was all returned to me in full. Ty for your staff honesty.

Great location but a lot of noise at night due the bins being emptied. I was very disappointed after advising two different reception staff that my shower had flooded the bathroom and water made its way to outside my room still nothing was done. I had to use towels to soak up the water and had neighbours knocking on my door. Shower was not fixed so was unable to use the following day 😢
You couldn’t purchase a cup of tea the pool area was closed so no outside space to sit . Very central no fresh fruit for breakfast over priced
Excellent location in the center of town. Easy access. We will stay again.
Fine for short stays It’s a fine short stay option at a good location.
This hotel is underrated in many ways. The rooms are completely renovated, and I actually love how they preserve the "classic" style of a hotel in many ways when it comes to cleaning (not like those that pretend to be ecological just to save a buck). The pictures on this listing should be updated as it's much better than depicted here. Also, as the reviews so say, the staff in the hotel is great.
The air conditioner never cooled to make the room comfortable.

So good, I have stayed at this accommodation multiple times when visiting Valencia. I am very satisfied.
Convenience of check-in: There is a front desk, very convenient, and parking is convenient. 15 euros per night. Safety: Very safe. Facilities: Two bathrooms are good, but the showerheads are not fixed and need to be handheld. Hygiene: Clean, but not extremely clean. Environment: The sound insulation is poor facing the road, but very quiet facing the courtyard. Very close to the science museum and...
The hotel is far from the airport, and a taxi costs about 25 euros. The famous Science City is nearby, which is a 5-minute walk away. There is free parking near the hotel, and you can also park in the hotel's underground parking lot (they said it was 15 euros a day, but they didn't charge me in the end). The hotel room was clean and tidy, a great position close to beach and restaurants not far from old town as well. We were there when the power cut happened. I cannot praise the staff enough for the way we were treated not only that day but everyday we were there. 100% would recommend and return again. Mike & Sue Miles.

Lovely clean hotel staff friendly and helpful large bedrooms. The negatives are meal time (evening) was like a stampede no queuing in an orderly manner people just pushing in not a big choice of hot food (well cold food really) meals not described in English, entertainment not geared for the English and finally not very good if you have mobility issues as the ramp to the hotel is very steep
The hotel room was very clean and maintained. All the staff I came in to contact with were very polite and helpful and looked as though they enjoyed there job Excellent location in-between the new and old town I was on full board plus and only cost a few euros more so worth the money if on a budget however the food wasn't good at all and definitely needs improvement as lacked taste and also variety...
This was my second time staying here. I like where it's located, maybe a little too far away from everything for some people, but if you prefer a quieter spot in Benidorm this is ideal. Breakfast was incredibly busy, so my advice would be to go as soon as they start serving...
Went there with my parner for a few years before he passed away always had a good time. the room was clean And staff frendly. Always enjoyed the walk up to the hotel and going into the big super market and buying our water and crisps etc. Only problem was the food was a hit or miss bit bland at times.

I stayed at Imperial Resort for 5 days in September. It was a pleasant experience. The most pleasant part of the resort is the view you have over the city from where you can see the sea. It is a real pleasure to sit on the terrace or by the pool with friends and have such a view. It is a quiet place, but you have to keep in mind that you need a car to get around, which is an advantage, because it gives...
It about 2k from the bach front. No shops near and an hard uphill walk. A car is definitely a plus although the parking in the garages is a challenge with a medium size car.
You need a car. Beautiful views. Fantastic pools. Great for kids. Some areas need renovation.
the receptionist Andrada I think was her name made our stay so lovely, she assisted me many times and just made our stay so much easier I would only come back if she was here but it was a lovely experience
We stayed here regularly for years but we decided to revisit after a 10 year break. It is out of town and there is no public transport so you need to rent a car or find an alternative way. The views from here are stunning. The pools are lovely but they seem a little neglected and quiet now. The life guard on the first day was great and our grandson enjoyed paddling about and sitting in his rubber ring...

That's it. I don't know if the food complaints refer to another hotel, as some people are quite forgetful. Of course, it could be the same people who pile their plates high with greasy food and impossible combinations. Back home, I'll need tests and a doctor's visit. The food is varied and healthy, more so than some more well-known hotels. Salads and fruit every day, at least one stew, and a variety...
Good value for money. A bit dated, but for a beach getaway, it's not too far away and acceptable. It's fine for a short stay; the buffet has limited variety, but the food is decent. The worst thing is the lack of parking, and finding a spot can be difficult in high season. The good thing is there's an open area nearby with both free and paid parking, and if you find a spot, it's not far away.
The hotel is quite old, but the food is very good. My biggest complaint is that there's a lot of rubbish piled up under the stairs on the ground floor, and cockroaches accumulate there and come out—it's disgusting. They should pay more attention to the maintenance of this hotel.
3 stars, third line from the beach. Attentive staff. Clean. Air conditioning blowing constantly. Good, varied breakfast buffet.
Everything was great, the staff was super nice, efficient and professional. I would repeat without any problem and I would even recommend it to anyone who is ill.
Excellent service, very complete breakfast, I would choose it again on my next stay in Gandía

The location was great for the district I chose and the room was quite silent, which I generally prefer. I felt comfortable here and stayed a few days. Hope to visit again in the future.
This hotel is great. The rooms are large and clean, and it's very close to the City of Arts and Sciences. Shopping is convenient too, with a supermarket downstairs. The hotel customer service is excellent, especially the lady in the first picture; she was very enthusiastic and answered all my questions. Thumbs up! I'll recommend this hotel to my friends if they go to Valencia.
Stayed one night for the Valencia Marathon. Great location and friendly staff. Nice view of the harbour from my room.
Excellent service. Thank you to Ingrid in room service Great customer service experience
Overall, the hotel experience during this trip was quite good. It was booked specifically to visit the Valencia Science City, which is very close by. The hotel rooftop offers a panoramic view of the entire Science City and the Mediterranean coastline. The four-story shopping mall downstairs has a wide variety of restaurants, and we had a delicious and satisfying meal.
Clean rooms and delicious breakfast, but it was the first room where I had to wait for water to cool down instead of waiting for it to heat up. I also missed a fridge or kettle. But I liked the beds and the pillows were perfect. The skybar is great to visit as well and have a nice drink with a great view.

A little gem.staff very helpful. Went at easter saw the parades from the balcony prime spot. Spanish hotel so entertainment in spanning. Food nice and hot, a good choice was surprised.
Lovely hotel. Great palce to stay. Staff great and coffee amazing. Breakfast very good
Could not find no fault with hotel was amazing for our first time in benidorm Thank you Shelley-ann and Mike
Brilliant hotel but with two minor points. Had a really nice experience at this hotel. Couldn’t fault the room or the dining room. We only had breakfast here as we prefer to eat out during the day and evening. So many choices for breakfast that I would be here forever, needless to say many choices and not limited to portions. Now for the down side, at a small expense the hotel could fit those round...
Loved the hotel. Good staff. Breakfast option good. Location was ideal for me. Great Spanish people. Swimming pools good. Roof top pool ideal for a relaxing time. Bedrooms clean and cleaned everyday. Shower and bath. Shower had a lot of power Drinks bar very flash and modern. Loved the place.. Very well priced good value for money..
Except the pool on the roof, everything was very good, the food and cleanliness were phenomenal, I loved the foam party, the cleanliness was very good, the restaurant was very clean and varied, the views of the hotel are not very good. It only faced a narrow street but generally everything was fine, but they didn't give me the all-inclusive option and it's one of the things I always look for.

La ubicación y la amabilidad de camarwroq y recepcionistas, muy atentos
Very good hotel that I recommend. The room was nice and cleaned every day. The service and food both were very good. The only recommendation I can give is to put a clothes dryer on the terrace.
Great level of quality and price.
It was lovely to expend the night there, room was very clean and the service quite good.
The rooms that's okay but the bathroom was bad.
Nice room service, good stuff, excelent food
