I had a pleasant stay at Istayhotel in Valencia. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were professional and helpful. The location is convenient and well connected, which made getting around the city easy. Overall, it was a very good experience.

It about 2k from the bach front. No shops near and an hard uphill walk. A car is definitely a plus although the parking in the garages is a challenge with a medium size car.

Overall, the hotel experience during this trip was quite good. It was booked specifically to visit the Valencia Science City, which is very close by. The hotel rooftop offers a panoramic view of the entire Science City and the Mediterranean coastline. The four-story shopping mall downstairs has a wide variety of restaurants, and we had a delicious and satisfying meal.

Clean rooms and delicious breakfast, but it was the first room where I had to wait for water to cool down instead of waiting for it to heat up. I also missed a fridge or kettle. But I liked the beds and the pillows were perfect. The skybar is great to visit as well and have a nice drink with a great view.

Location near the beach, restaurants and shops was perfect for our visit to Gandia. The parking is limited (do reserve ahead if needed) but we were able to find street parking within a few blocks. We have been there a week. The hotel is simple, but we were very comfortable. Of the rooms I would highlight the beds, they are very comfortable. The food is good and the staff very friendly. I wouldn't mind repeating next summer.

The rooms are okay, nothing special and a bit small, as well as the shower being narrow. All of them have a balcony with views to the pool. Service is good. They gave us clean towels every day and made the beds. There's is air conditioning on the rooms, a wardrobe, tv (which you have to pay a deposit of 30€ to get the remote) a mini fridge and a desk. Just returned from a 3 week stay in this very Spanish Hotel. Could not have asked for a better holiday. Every thing was faultless. The staff are great the food was good. The rooms are adequate and well heated. No English TV unfortunately. The cost was cheaper than some of the other popular hotels in Benidorm.

We were treated as family. Very welcoming staff, they gave us a map with directions for tour beat routes. Our kid was sick and they took good care of him, even during sleep hours, staff was available to provide us with water, towels, ice, etc. And this place is also a great spot for your visit in Valencia. Prices are really good for the amount of service and convenience that you get.

Overall, the room was clean, and the hotel is conveniently located about 10 minutes from the city centre. However, there was no air conditioning control, and the soundproofing was poor. I could clearly hear conversations from the neighbouring room, which affected the comfort of the stay.

This hotel has a good central location. Other than that…. Not so much. Room was dated but the real issue is very poor maintenance, such as soap build up on bathtub, silicone joints on bidets gone, poorly solid shower heads, no electrical outlet near night table (only behind TV). Noise: you can hear ppl walking by hallway, doors opening and closing, ppl talking.. not such a quiet good night sleep here...

It’s very centrally located in Alicante which is good; it’s a bit old but has charm.  It’s good value for money. The breakfast was OK, sufficient.

Lovely hotel, great staff, friendly & helpful, exceptionally clean in rooms & shared areas, breakfast & evening meal were both good quality. Nice location, great sleep due to comfortable beds & nice sheets, also great shower with good water pressure.
