We liked everything- first we stayed for 1 night in a big apartment with possibility to cook and then we took 2 more nigts there. Lovely friendly Hotel. We stayed in a Bungalow on site with a private garden and parking. It’s just reopened under new management and the main Hotel area has two pools with a nice garden / sunbathing area. Will definitely be returning 10/10

Just returned from a weekend break at the Galetamar and had a great time. The apartment block was clean and the reception staff where very friendly and helpful. The pool was a great bonus as it was crystal clear and quiet enough to do some lane swimming before a full day of eating and drinking. (There is also a shallow pool for small children). Well this is my 4th visit to this brilliant friendly and exceptionally clean hotel. We use the Galetamar as a base for going rock climbing in Costa Blanca and each time we've been we have had a fantastic time. Well recommend this hotel for a relaxing holiday.

The property is a little dated and my room was very basic, but it was very clean and any requests were dealt with very politely and quickly.

Property needs a re-vamp, but it was clean throughout, the gentleman who booked us in was great, friendly and polite. The room was clean, crisp white bed linen, toilet and shower also very clean, the price we paid for one night was very competitive too. Only one restaurant nearby so that was disappointing.

We've been coming here for a decade and everything has been great. We haven't stopped recommending this establishment. Until today, I ended up having an unnecessary argument with the receptionist and an employee (I think they're new this season). It was a very unpleasant situation. At this point, with the unprofessional practices I've seen, I don't think I'd come back again.

Hotel was clean. Rooms were good. Parking was handy and free. 20-30 mins walk from he all main places. Hotel keeps security deposit in form of credit card too. Which was not normal . No other hotel kept the deposit.

Overall, it was not bad. We found their services were enough for travelling this city. One drawback is that this hotel is located in the end of city center and we need to walk 20 or 30 minutes to vibrant area.

This was my fourth stay in this hotel. Staying in room 610 on the top floor tucked away in a corner away from the street, was an added bonus. Everything worked superbly. From the in-house WiFi to the safe deposit box and TV to the breakfasts. I also enjoyed dinner a few evenings during my six night stay at a very moderate price. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff was kind, location good. Breakfast didn't have a lot for vegetarians, but ok for 5e. Rooms didn't have a great noise insulation but the beds were comfy. Cleanliness could be a bit better.

The best thing about this hotel is by far and away the lovely Mara. She is so so helpful. Other than that, the hotel is in a good location but very very noisy. Rooms would benefit from internal doors, as you can hear lots of noise. Breakfast... hot breakfast is served cold and i would recommend getting down early if you want fresh. Choice is good though.

A nice place to stay, with friendly staff who kept everything clean. The room was spacious, having two double beds, but only one window overlooking an interior patio. The toile was large and clean. However, the corridor noise was quite loud, and the light under the main door was too bright. To remedy this, I placed a towel across the gap to block the light.

A nicely located modernised hotel. Check-in was easy and quick. The toom, for two, was a little small but cosy. The shower room was very large by comparison to the room size. Ample pressure and hot water. The AC in the room was new and though it is slow to respond, it works very well. There's a need for multilingual receptionist, its not everyone that speaks Spanish. The communication problem has led to many unanswered request by clients who don't speak Spanish because the receptionists don't speak other languages than Spanish. I really liked this place. I think it has had a recent refresh because everything looked so good. Miguel behind the desk was extremely helpful and very efficient. An excellent hotel with excellent amenities.

It's located right on the seafront. The air conditioning works very well. The hotel staff is excellent. The pool with jacuzzi is comfortable and charming. The breakfast is a bit underwhelming for those of us used to fresh juice and a good espresso in the mornings. However, overall, and because of the excellent service, we'll be back!

Just an excellent property all around. This area is hard to stay in because of limited space near the shopping district in general. They have a street level parking lot, but you should expect a typical fee for use.

Hotel Mareny is situated near to the beach and the old town just a five minute walk to both. The hotel rooms were basic but spotless clean with free Aircon, and the shower was powerful with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was varied with plenty of choice. Cleaned every day A great well run hotel close to all amenities and the food was superb always different varieties from the buffet and we all enjoyed every meal. No coffee and tea in the room, shower head was broken and the bed was hard. Everything is great, it's far from the center, the metro runs infrequently, of course. But for the money, everything is fine. The staff is superb. The room is spacious and the bed is huge.

The only complaint is the beds! We asked for a double bed and found two very small single beds! They say there were no double beds available!

I was a week with my wife and my son and the truth was that it was a success to have found this place. It is true that the closest beach is a ten minute walk away but it is the best and quietest to be with children. easy to move around with bus stop just a few step away. The BF is also very good. Unfortunately, there is an incident on our first night when someone just walk into our room, and the reason is some system failure. Good is the hotel provide us complement BF for this unpleasant incident to cool down our anger.....
