Booked direct with hotel and really pleased to have a free upgrade with partial sea view. Room clean and very quiet despite busy location. Stopped here after booking another hotel that wasn't good. Asked if the had a sea view room and they did. Stayed here from the 28th October through to the 1st of November and it was great. Hotel brilliant, rooms large with good sized balcony and immaculate all round. Breakfast OK and catered very much for the Spanish. We were on the 4th floor road side and found it very noisy both day and night (all night) not the hotels fault but the vicinity of the hotel which may put us off from returning. Staff brilliant.

The hotel is located close to the old town [full of character] and not far from the superb sandy beaches. The hotel is superbly clean throughout, the staff are most friendly and helpful and as a major plus was the superb and large variety of food at breakfast and evening meal. Even the drinks were fairly priced and we most definitely will stay at this hotel again.

Great stay att a nice hotel in a wonderful location. The Marconi offers a bit of a familiar feeling and really good breakfast. A few meters from the beach and everything else just a couple of steps away. The staff is friendly and they helped us in finding the absolutely best pastry we've ever tasted. The location was ideal—just outside the hustle and bustle of the main resort, yet within easy walking distance of everything Benidorm has to offer. Having stayed at the Cabana several times now, I can find little fault. The location is good. The rooms would benefit from updating but are large with ample storage. The balconies are of a very generous size and private. They would however, benefit from improved furniture. There is a very high standard of cleanliness throughout. This is a great hotel on the seafront, we have stayed twice now, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are always clean and well stocked with toiletries. The rooms gets cleaned every day. There is a fridge in the room but you have to ask reception for a kettle - €10 returnable deposit (which is fab as other hotels charge you the full €10 for the privilege of using it). We regularly visit this hotel and on every occasion, our stay has been consistently excellent and the best value for money. We have a Cockapoo dog who is also made to feel welcome with a bed, bowls and a small treat. Stayed from 20/02/26 until 23/02/26 took a €300 deposit only me and my son stayed so wasn’t part of a stag do or anything got told on departure that my deposit would be paid back as soon as the cleaner had inspected it we took videos of before and after as proof of no damage! Except the pool on the roof, everything was very good, the food and cleanliness were phenomenal, I loved the foam party, the cleanliness was very good, the restaurant was very clean and varied, the views of the hotel are not very good. It only faced a narrow street but generally everything was fine, but they didn't give me the all-inclusive option and it's one of the things I always look for.

We had a great stay, the rooms are simple but clean nevertheless. The location is amazing, next to the metro/bus stops and within walking distance of a bike sharing point. I recommend this place if you want to get the most value out of your money.

Hotel Olympia Universidades was excellent. It is in a less touristy area of Valencia, which is fantastic for a good night's sleep. However, there is a transport stop in front of the hotel which is perfect for travelling to places, whether it's the markets, the City of Arts and Sciences, or Valencia Cathedral. The hotel was welcoming, with staff at the desk at all times to assist with queries and questions...

Fully aware it was new years eve but when the hotel bar is blasting music outside at 3 o'clock in the afternoon with obviously no consideration for the rooms directly above. Most of the attraction are 15-20 minutes away with public transport (plenty of public transport options in vicinity to the hotel). The staff is super friendly. Great location but a lot of noise at night due the bins being emptied. I was very disappointed after advising two different reception staff that my shower had flooded the bathroom and water made its way to outside my room still nothing was done. I had to use towels to soak up the water and had neighbours knocking on my door. Shower was not fixed so was unable to use the following day 😢

This hotel is underrated in many ways. The rooms are completely renovated, and I actually love how they preserve the "classic" style of a hotel in many ways when it comes to cleaning (not like those that pretend to be ecological just to save a buck). The pictures on this listing should be updated as it's much better than depicted here. Also, as the reviews so say, the staff in the hotel is great.

The hotel room was clean and tidy, a great position close to beach and restaurants not far from old town as well. We were there when the power cut happened. This place is great, took us in without notice when we had a problem with another accomodation, staff is kind and helpful, located in a very nice area with all kind of services around, room are spacious and sparkling clean with great A/C and the buffet breakfast is delicious and varied !!

arrived after a tiresome journey the owner came out to take our cases in,checkin was swift room with a balcony at front of hotel daughter in next room great the room was great beds wow and soft, all the staff wwere great food a ok bottle of wine on the table at meal times although the hotel was 90% full no waiting for a table staff were on the ball would I use this hotel again YES.

We stayed three nights. It's a a very reasonable hotel for the price you pay. Their staff is very friendly and helpful.
