On arrival the staff were so friendly, gentleman on reception could speak very good English. The lady in the restaurant was always smiling on arrival to eat. The apartment was perfect lovely views , house keeping were brilliant. The pool was fabulous my little ones loved it. Honestly was one of the best holidays in a long time, very good price and food was brilliant. All staff are amazing!

Once again we had a delightful relaxing stay at what has become one of our favourite hotels stay. The Manager and staff are welcoming and efficient and always on hand to serve. The bedrooms are spotless and very comfortable and the sea views change from one hour to another. Its the perfect relaxing refreshing hotel to unwind and enjoy a well deserved holiday. We will be back.

Great location. Clean room and comfortable bed. Bathroom is small for North American standard but it serves its purpose. Friendly hotel staff at reception. The only down side to the stay was the temperature of the room. It was too hot despite lowering the thermostat in the room. The ceiling fan helped a bit.

The staff was great and very courteous. The room was small, but had everything one needs. The shower was quite small and difficult to access. The breakfast was good. The fridge in the room was not very cold and I had to throw away the food I tried to keep in there, the air conditioning was not working in our room, but we able to make do with the ceiling fan. We've been coming here for a decade and everything has been great. We haven't stopped recommending this establishment. Until today, I ended up having an unnecessary argument with the receptionist and an employee (I think they're new this season). It was a very unpleasant situation. At this point, with the unprofessional practices I've seen, I don't think I'd come back again.

While the room was impressively clean and featured a lovely balcony view, the sleeping arrangements were a major letdown. The "double bed" was actually two singles pushed together with 2 separate mattresses, and because they were on wheels, they constantly moved apart during the night!

I've been staying at this hotel for twenty years or so and have never been disappointed. The staff are helpful, everywhere is spotlessly clean and the food is excellent. It's a SPANISH HOTEL so if you want chicken and chips every day then you'll be disappointed. On the other hand if you want real Spanish food with a huge choice for lunch and dinner then this is the place for you.

It's located right on the seafront. The air conditioning works very well. The hotel staff is excellent. The pool with jacuzzi is comfortable and charming. The hotel was a bit outdated. Check in went smoothly and the person at the front desk was helpful. The AC in our room didn’t work and it was eventually fixed by hotel maintenance after 45 mins. No apology was offered. The door to the balcony on the 10th floor didn’t lock. Families with young children beware. We booked two nights at the hotel and ended up leaving after staying for one night.

Average hotel, I was missing cups and grasses in the room, they put just plastic cups, which isn't very suitable for hotel of this category. Also they could leave some tea and coffee in the room, as usual in others hotels and kettle for make it. But the receptionists are very nice and helpful.

Just an excellent property all around. This area is hard to stay in because of limited space near the shopping district in general. They have a street level parking lot, but you should expect a typical fee for use.

This is a great hotel on the seafront, we have stayed twice now, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are always clean and well stocked with toiletries. The rooms gets cleaned every day. There is a fridge in the room but you have to ask reception for a kettle - €10 returnable deposit (which is fab as other hotels charge you the full €10 for the privilege of using it). Arrived at the hotel early but Tamara provided a locker for our luggage witch you get a key for. Had emailed the hotel prior to our visit requesting a high floor which we got !!. The view is spectacular...

We regularly visit this hotel and on every occasion, our stay has been consistently excellent and the best value for money. We have a Cockapoo dog who is also made to feel welcome with a bed, bowls and a small treat. Rooms have a mini-fridge (no kettle or coffee making facilities in the room, but reception have them if needed). With all the staff, nothing is too much trouble. Location is fantastic...

One of the best hotels we've ever stayed in, and that includes four star and above. Modern, relaxed and friendly, the staff went out of their way to help us when we were let down by another hotel. The rooms are modern and roomy (we had a double) the view was fantastic from our balcony, and nothing was too much trouble. In particular, we liked the fact that there were no hidden charges for safes, irons...

Stayed here for New Years Eve one night. My two grandchildren and myself. Hotel was lovely couldn't really fault it, people say outdated but we found it lovely. The children want to go back next new years for a few days longer and loved it so much they want to go for a few days in the summer all to the same hotel. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. The view from the terrace bar was stunning, we arrived...

Good breakfast selection. Needed third lid to keep food hot. They only had two. Room and linen all good. Street view, though hotel not full. But ok.

Old charm hotel with an amazing terrace leading to the beach. Breakfast had an excellent variety of food and the hotel is right on the beach with an amazing roof top bar.

We stayed in a beachfront room with amazing views. Friendly staff, a nice relaxing Hotel on the Beach front and a lovely area.

the view was wonderful and the staff were rally friendly we enjoyed the stay. Top bar was good as well

Relaxing break in a beautiful spot! Very clean corner room with double aspect and balconies overlooking beach and sea, beautiful views. Most staff very friendly but a shame the bar too expensive and an unfriendly barman with no people skills.
