This right next to Geneva Train station and 2 mins walk. All buses stop right in front of the hotel. It is so convenient, especially with 2 big luggages and 80 years dad. This is an old-money luxury hotel. Wealthy Swiss people specifically come here for lunch. The service is exceptional; they're incredibly responsive, helpful, and super enthusiastic. The rooms are spacious enough, and the location in the old town is very close to the clock tower, just a 10-minute walk to the train station.

The hotel boasts a prime location, situated in a central area, and is housed in a beautiful old building with impeccable taste in every aspect. The restaurant's terrace overlooking the river is also very comfortable. The only downside is that the bed is too small; for such a large room, it would be advisable to make the bed a bit bigger.

Great history, rooms, view, and food. I believe this is the only hotel to consider in the Upper Engadin for an overall premium stay.

The Grand Hotel Kronenhof is a truly beautiful hotel with beautiful architecture and wonderful hospitality. Truly an incredible place all around. Artur at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back at the next chance we get.

The hotel is nice with excellent location near the report. Thee hotel also have free shuttle bus to and from the airport.

The hotel service was excellent, and the room was clean. We even had a direct view of the Matterhorn from our double room window! The breakfast was fantastic, with a great selection of fruits, salads, and bread.

Average Swiss fare, I could not really judge service as I only stayed one night. In that area and segment, hotels fall flat by offering sub-standard service. so OK for one-night stay for sure.

This was the perfect hotel for a solo trip to Lausanne. The single room was perfect for just me, the amenities were great, and it was a 7 minute walk from the train station. Super easy to find, in a great location, and perfect when you don't need a big fancy room just for yourself. Would definitely stay here again.

It is cozy but small space . No butler or concierge to help you for the luggage. No room service, if you want extra towel or water you have to go down the lobby to get it yourself.
