This was a great place to stay. Spotless room, very helpful desk staff, and exceptional breakfast (included) in a lovely dining room. For those who have a car, parking is free. A small downside for those with arthritis in their hands: the soap is liquid in plastic bottles that are very difficult to squeeze. You might want to bring your own bar soap.

Beautiful stay. the breakfast and the spa were the highlights! The thing that stood out the most among the other hotels was the free ski shuttle and they will also pick you up from the local train station. The staff was super helpful and friendly, and we enjoyed every moment of our stay.

Great history, rooms, view, and food. I believe this is the only hotel to consider in the Upper Engadin for an overall premium stay.

The Grand Hotel Kronenhof is a truly beautiful hotel with beautiful architecture and wonderful hospitality. Truly an incredible place all around. Artur at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back at the next chance we get.

The hotel is nice with excellent location near the report. Thee hotel also have free shuttle bus to and from the airport.

The hotel service was excellent, and the room was clean. We even had a direct view of the Matterhorn from our double room window! The breakfast was fantastic, with a great selection of fruits, salads, and bread.

Average Swiss fare, I could not really judge service as I only stayed one night. In that area and segment, hotels fall flat by offering sub-standard service. so OK for one-night stay for sure.

My dream holiday was in Villa Sassa. Incredible view. Delicious and various breakfast (also with healthy and gluten free options). Great SPA, even with group sport activities. Coach lady is very cheerful and positive. Staff is wonderful and helpful. Recommend 🙂

It occupies a classical villa building from the 18th century and offers facilities such as a health club, luxury spa, gourmet restaurant and lounge bar. Fantastic place, very welcoming team, old world charm and modern amenities, well-thought spaces. Went here at the last minute and didn't regret it. Many first class aspects: the breakfast, the outdoor pool, the James Bond bar, the kids club - staffed on a Saturday night. Regarding cleanliness, the rooms were very clean. The spa pool, well, there were sand and dirt particles on the bottom. Safety could be improved for guests with mobility issues. But all in all, a very nice place to relax. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location of Eden Rock is simply amazing, with the lake right at your doorstep and a beach that’s hard to beat. It’s stunningly beautiful, and you can easily spend days just taking in the view or making use of the stand-up paddles and kayaks provided. Breakfast was another highlight – a thoughtful selection, not too big but just right, with excellent quality products that we truly appreciated.

Beware when staying here. The AC in rooms is preset at 24 C with the ability to reduce the temp only by up to 3 C....netting out at 21C best case. Generally it did not work so our room was always about 23C, which for my family is too warm. Also the restaurant in evenings is absurdly overpriced and the food not great...they focus more on presentation than taste. The town is great so if you stay here...

This is the classic hotel of the town. Located up on a hill, a short easy walk into the town if you feel like it if not the hotel has many mini vans that will take you down and pick you up. The hotel was amazing! We enjoyed the stay. Unfortunately the parking lots are not enough, so book them in advance!

The room was clean, breakfast nice (though could have had more options), the balcony was gorgeous and the spa was amazing. It was lacking a few basic amenities like conditioner, a mini fridge, espresso capsules for each day. The room was also quite tight for two people to stay in. But overall this was made up for by the atmosphere of the hotel and we enjoyed our stay.

Paid for 3 days of half board, only able to eat one time because of reservations. There was no reimbursement. I understand this isn't the hotels fault but the children in the hotel are absolutely unbearable. I slept incredibly poorly the entire time. At least the staff was friendly and helpful at the reception, although fairly inattentive with dining (the one time I was able to enjoy a meal)

This is an established hotel with a fantastic location and unbeatable views from its lake view rooms. The rooms, however, are a bit dated in design, and the facilities aren't the most modern.
