This is a great place to stay in Geneva, especially for the price. The breakfast was good too.

The room was a bit small, and the door was not soundproof at all; you could hear everything said outside. Plus, being right above the city tram tracks made it quite noisy... Other than that, everything else was pretty standard and acceptable.

Booked three rooms here. The elevator is tiny, so we had to carry our luggage up a flight of stairs first. Soundproofing is just okay, but cleanliness is decent. Breakfast was alright too. Overall, you get what you pay for.

Service was an area of major dissatisfaction. I felt uncomfortable and singled out during breakfast when a staff member, notably dressed in a blue-striped shirt, decided it was necessary to lecture me on how to use a spoon and fork at the buffet counter. This intrusive behavior was not only condescending but also culturally insensitive, especially towards the predominantly Asian guest demographic....

Check-in isn't until 3 PM, and the elevator is quite small and unique.

Very close to Cornavin train station, just a 5-minute walk away. The room was quite clean and tidy, and the breakfast was decent. The service was enthusiastic. Lake Geneva is also within walking distance.

Older building with little interior upgrades. Old style key not electronic door. Noise easily coming thru double door which are not very effective to prevent noise.

Right by Lake Geneva. Luckily, I got upgraded to a lake-view room, and the scenery was absolutely stunning.

Good place almost central of basel

Its 15 minuten walk to the trainstation.so thats nice but Indië not sleep well the noise from outside was awful the train and tram. And the room is really really budget .price is wayyyyy to high for that room.anyway i was there just for 6 hours of sleep.

I have stayed in many Ibis Budget across Europe but this one stood as among the worse in design. 1. There was no place to keep the suitcase 2. The toilet door doesnt have a knob by design 3. There is no exhaust for the toilet 4. Plug points to charge were at ground level not table level 5. Not enough lighting and when packing to checkout I almost missed a few items. 6. There is so much wasted space...

Service, cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff - everything was top-notch. Even the restaurant and bar prices were reasonable. The hotel is a bit dated, which doesn't mean it's not good, but compared to the Alpen Gold, it might not be the first choice for younger guests. The hotel is nice and has a good location. The guys at the entrance who park your car and help with your luggage are very friendly, but unfortunately the blonde woman who attended to us was very rude and at the end, when we checked out, she wanted to charge us again for the room. She was very arrogant, which I didn't like at all.

I was very satisfied. I will recommend it and book it again. Since I don't speak English, there were some initial communication difficulties at reception. I found that disappointing, since we are in Switzerland. One employee spoke good German and was very helpful.

Wonderful Had to switch rooms, the room that was booked was not adequate but with an upgrade fee, we were able to stay in a much better room with an amazing view. Seems as if they don't want to mention the upgrade fee at first but will tell you that this room is what we have but with some prompting, found that an upgrade was needed to get a much better room. Nice geographical location, walking distance to the railway station and surrounded by several supermarkets. However, I was shocked when I was told that gym service was not included in the rates. For the first time in my life did I realize that gym is provided to selected guests. This experience is def “new” and unpleasant. Given that there are many other hotels nearby, I don’t think I will recommend...

The room was great, directly facing the big strawberry field where the paragliders land. It had a balcony with a lovely view, and the value for money was excellent. I was really impressed and highly recommend it!

The views were incredible! We could see Jungfraujoch right from our balcony, and there were even paragliders in the sky – truly unbeatable scenery. The hotel provided free public transport cards, which were super convenient for getting to both sides of the lake by bus. We had an amazing stay here. The hotel stands as the highest building in Interlaken so the view you wake up to is breathtaking. Old tall hotel but a great location in centre short walk from either train station room being updated at the moment so a bit noisy between 9 till 5 breakfast was good and varied had a meal in both restaurants both good the rooftop restaurant had great views.Hotel does seem out of place here being a Highrise building but does have the views.

This hotel didn't feel worth the price. I booked it for 5500 a night and was assigned a room on the 2nd floor with an extremely poor view. The Wi-Fi signal was terrible, and there was an outdoor bar below that was so loud I couldn't sleep. To make matters worse, the bathtub in the first room I stayed in was broken and wouldn't drain. Luckily, Ctrip stepped in and helped me resolve the issue perfectly...

The hotel's biggest draw is its two indoor and outdoor pools! Right in front of the hotel are a bus stop, the Monte Bray cable car station, and two large supermarkets. Lake Lugano is a 10-minute walk away! The breakfast was excellent, and the service was quite friendly. The only drawback was that there were only a few tissues, and the conditioner left clumps. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and very modern. The minibar was free! The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the food in the lobby was excellent, with generous portions! Comfortable hotel in a well-known spot in Locarno, very close to the town centre. It is on the slope on the way to Madonna del Sasso, can reach either the town or the convent in 10-15 mins by foot. Loved to come back to the Hapimag Flims resort. Great location and exceptional staff! In addition the facilities and child friendly offer make it so much easier to stay in when the weather is not great.

We spent an excellent ski holiday in reasonable cost. Fortunately weather and snow conditions were also good. This is our third stay in Hapimag Films resort and we will be looking forward to the 4 th one next year

At the time of this year, it was crowded. I prefer to stay on December rather than January. The snow was satisfactory but not so much.

What a lovely week for our family in a lovely place! The staff is really friendly and supportive. The apartment was very well equipped, the pool and sauna are great to use after skiing. We had a lovely quiet week with our children. It’s almost ski in ski out with the new pathway. Nice restaurants in the neighbourhood, the Hapimag restaurant is also good.

A very nice hotel. The interior is decorated in Art Deco style.It’s about 30-40 minutes walk to the center of Lugano We had a room on the top floor with a beautiful view. In the evenings, you can enjoy a drink and listen to live music. Breakfast was also very good. The guests were mostly older people.

Had a pleasant stay as part of a mountain biking trip. The basic room was more than suitable for one traveller and had all the basics including fridge and coffee machine. The bike storage room was convenient and I appreciated the Bosch chargers and washing hose. Breakfast was good value with a lot of food options.

The hotel has a fantastic location, one minute from the station. The swimming pool and wellness areas were relaxing and never crowded. the half board buffets were tasty and filling enough for our 4 hungry young people. The family room was huge with beautiful views.

Overall, I liked it and can recommend it. However, the amenities are very limited. At a minimum, every room should have a kettle and a bottle of fresh water daily. Not to mention slippers and a toothbrush, which were also missing. On the positive side: the hotel is beautiful, the bed and room are comfortable. It's clean. The tram ride to the city center takes 20-25 minutes.
