Best SPA place I've ever been to! it's located right next to the Thermal Spa centre and they offered us vouchers for each day for both pools and spa! The Sauna experience was out of this world!

It was super close to railroad tracks but never heard a sound. The walk to/from train station is steep, partially gravel and you have to lift your suitcase over the greased cog tracks as you cross. The hotel is perfectly located in Ascona facing lake. The proximity of the restaurants, the stop of the boat , the playing ground made our short vacation very special and enjoyable. We had a lovely time here - the hotel was kind enough to allow an early check in. The Sauna and pool facilities are larger than expected and tucked underground where the ski closets are. There is a separate elevator right to the ski closets. The room was large and there’s even a small kitchenette to facilitate meals in the room. Nice property in a good location, but there are a couple of issues. The beds are two distinct beds, so even when put together, you can’t really sleep together. Amenities in the bathrooms are poor - no conditioner for example. Spa is nice but only opened from 1400, which is a shame. Front desk is poor, having forgotten to book a vital taxi for us to the train station.

It is cozy but small space . No butler or concierge to help you for the luggage. No room service, if you want extra towel or water you have to go down the lobby to get it yourself. Paying HKD 18,000 for a 'deluxe' suite that didn't even include breakfast was already a shock. What's worse, the amenities were incredibly mediocre, barely reaching a three or four-star standard. I was thoroughly disappointed 🤦‍♀️. I have no idea how this place ended up at the top of Zurich's luxury hotel rankings – it's completely misleading.

Very nice property but the room was very small. 2 adults and 1 child and we had zero room for our suitcases or to walk around the bed
