Decent hotel and located close to tram station and tales about 10 mins to city centre from there. Hotel was clean and had amenities. Breakfast was so so and can be avoided if have other options.

One of the few hotels in the area that offers family rooms. However, its underground parking garage is incredibly narrow and terrifying; my Mercedes GLE almost got stuck in the roundabout when entering. The rims still sustained minor scratches. Thankfully, the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, assisting me out of the underground garage and allowing me to park in front of the hotel.

The hotel was conveniently suited as there is a bus stop across the building and you can go to the old town area very easily.

The hotel is in serious need of renovation. There were only fifteen people staying and so was rather ghost like. We were given rooms on the top floor which were small, with tiny windows looking out on the roof with no view which was a shame as other floors were obviously available. This mountain spa use to be one of the best places to relax in Europe. Since it changed management about five or six years ago it has deteriorated significantly. I stayed there 3 nights. I liked : - the bed; - the ease of access to transport. I didn’t like: - Staff lack of hospitality behaviour: I went to check-in desk, and waited literally 3 seconds before hearing a “hello” from the receptionist. Couldn't believe how close it was to the train station, literally right outside the door – super convenient!
