The service is friendly and nice. The hotel rooms are clean and reasonable (corresponding to the description). You can walk to the beach and the center of the village in 8-9 minutes, but the road is very dusty and broken.

This is an excellent hotel located directly on the long beautiful beach on the east coast of Sansibar. The hotel has a large pool sourounded by palm trees and other tropical plants. A beautiful hotel, the room was incredible, the pool was very nice, the only drawback is that it doesn't have a beach, because the water inside the hotel isn't pretty. They take you to and from the beach, but it's still worth it, staying there for two or three days and going on excursions.

Hakuna Majiwe is a safe, clean, and well-maintained location, offering a pleasant living environment. We loved staying at Spice Island hotel and resort. We noticed how the staff was very friendly from the first moment. We also really enjoyed our room and the food. No complaints at all.

Hors Piste arranged for our extended family to stay at Jambiani Villas at the end of our safari--what a great plan! Quiet, Clean and Very Spacious.

The property was exactly as described, on the beach, clean, peaceful and with amazing staff. We were greeted by Temayani who looked after us from when we arrived ( early) to getting our room ready as soon as possible and then arranging a generous late check out. Jambiani villa ( Kusini) is a beautiful 3 bed villa on the jambiani beach , which is situtated on the southeren side of Zanzibar , its calm and oeacful there ideal for families .

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was phenomenal and the shows spectacular. It was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend Jambiani Villas to all.

Beautiful small hotel, right on the beach. Pool was lovely too. The staff were amazing and that includes everyone from maintenance, security, housekeeping, reception and especially the restaurant staff, warm greetings with a big smile really made our stay exceptional.
