Small room with a bathroom of 1m2. The shower hangs above the toilet. Renovation is needed, especially since the power goes out a lot, the water pressure drops and the room doors cannot be locked. The employees seem friendly, but they are mainly concerned with blaming others.

The location is at the quiet side if the Stone Town. Due to it is situated inside a small alley, the directions could be quite complicated and we were lost several times to head back to the hotel. In the middle of nowhere so need to get taxis to get to places. Our stay was nice HOWEVER they charge for everything!! Only one free refill of a glass bottle of water in the room and they charge for 500ml bottles of water for $1 each. The hotel is great, 2 little pools inside the garden, stuff are super nice. There is a beach club owned by the hotel. Beach chairs, food & drinks are all within a walkable distance. Downside - wifi is not very stable inside the hotel, beach club has a better connection in general. The water stopped twice when i wanted to take a shower, eventually i went down to the pool shower.

This hotel is quiet and lovely, with big rooms and kind staff, very close to the beach. The food was delicious, for dinner it's possible to have room service. We had some problems with wifi, but the staff was so kind to solve it immediately. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was wonderful! Heads up: the beach had a lot of sea urchins in January. There were some local youths that showed us safe passage and starfish, sea spiders, lionfish, etc. right there on our beach for a small fee. For swimming the hotel pool was beautiful. The food in the hotel restaurant was reasonably priced and good.

We loved having a 3 bedroom suite with a living area and private baths for all. So nice to be all together yet in our own space, The food was good and the service was too! Unfortunately the property isn't licensed. That's the only hesitation I would have on returning.

The staff received us very warmly and the three bedroom villa we shared was comfortable, the beds were soft enough and pillows very fluffy. Ali was very helpful and on call to ensure we enjoyed our two nights stay. The resort does not serve alcohol but he was able to organize for us what we wanted from outside moreover late in the night. The pool is clean and quiet. Generally a very good place to chill...

Stayed at the place for 5 days.everything was excellent. food was good . villas were clean and spacious and the private pool option bomb. check-in/check-out was super efficient. the beach just wowed us very clean and Christal clear waters. the place is a dry place so plan accordingly. wi-fi is fast and stable throughout the place. excellent place for family or couples get away. Perfect beachfront location. Claudia and all the staff were amazing. Truly beautiful people with amazing attitudes. All the food and drinks were delicious. Anything we needed was arranged on spot. In the King room with balcony you will be awake with the most beautiful sunrise.

Our room was extremely dark, and the floor was no straight at all... So much that one side of the bed was 10 cm higher was than the other side. When you are 2 people in the bed. Not great. Beach vibe and outside was nice. Mosquitos in the room, holes in the roof and in mosiko Netz. Food was good. (Some nights mandatory buffet even if you are not super hungry) staff was nice.
