Pretty average. I don't know if it's good for the price because it was booked by our safari group, but it has all that you need. The AC is excellent, there's American movie channels. The wifi was slow at times but overall fine. The shower pressure was average, didn't get too hot when I took one. We were able to check in a little early though.

While the hotel's opulence came at a premium, the breakfast experience fell disappointingly short and my wife did not mince her words about it to the staff and management, leaving much to be desired. A stark contrast to the luxurious setting and relatively good rooms, the morning offerings were surprisingly subpar, diminishing the overall satisfaction of the stay!

A lovely hotel located centrally in Sone Town within easy walking distance of all I needed. The staff are so friendly and helpful., the rooms are plain but very clean, .breakfast was good. I will come back mostly because the staff are fabulous.

The location is classic, a 5-10 minute walk through Stone Town's iconic alleys. The fruit market is only a 1-2 minute walk away. The rooms are clean.

Clean and comfortable in the heart of Stone Town. Close to the market for spices and coffee. We walked allot and explored all the local markets. This hotel is centrally situated in Stone Town it provides cool marble floors in its delightful rooms with private bathroom. It is one of the older buildings and original features can be seen. Amaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaazing lodge. We spent three lovely days at Simba Beach lodge. The hosts were so lovely and they have two adorable daughters who were the sweetest ever. It is right by the beach so it was great to walk out from the room directly to the sea. The place is clean and the breakfast was nice. One of the few places with rooms directly on one of the best beaches in Zanzibar. Italians and families especially will love it but great for all. Minor irritations like flies after my food and a bit grumpy male manager and no air conditioning . But the female boss is fantastic and the service attentive. Excellent quality overall for the money

Nice, quite and cozy place located on stunning Kiwengwa beach. You can feel at home. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Nice place to stay due to possibility to walk around the beach and enjoy beautiful sunshines. Within few minutes walking on the beach Kiwengwa is plenty of restaurants, bars, kitesurfing spots and schools. I recommend Simba's restaurant as well...

Simba Beach is an amazing place, very clean and right by the beach. We loved hearing the waves all throughout the night and in the morning we'd wake up to a beautiful sunrise. The host, Chantal, is great and all the staff are amazing and kind people. Highly recommend!

I took the yoga classes in this hotel from a very skilled teacher.Her name is Malikka. I can really recommend her. She is a teacher in various types of yoga. Great stay, family friendly The place was great to stay at. The food was good, and the service was very good. the room was not air conditioned and was very hot. The windows did not have fly screens so we weren't able to leave them open which would have helped. The beds did have mosquito nets, but again we couldn't leave the room windows open.

atii gardes bungalows is a really nice place to spend your vacation. it gives you the feeling of being in a garden in the middle of nature. the staff is very friendly, the breakfasts are excellent and the rooms are clean, as well as the palace is close by. highly recommended :)

One of best places iv stayed and im well travelled. Staff are truly amazing its a true boutique piece if heaven hotel. Food wonderful cocktails lovely right on the beach. A perfect place to relax. Fantastic Wifi anywhere you go never had a problem. If there is any negative its there is no shops arround but for us we wanted peace quiet and tranquility good food and drinks which we hot in abundance

Beautiful setting, private restaurant to enjoy the sunset from. The check in lady was very kind and upgraded our rooms to seafront for free! Rightly priced, restaurant prices the best of the hotels, and food is good too. Access is to a very public beach with stoney sand as opposed to the common white sand.

Advantage it's sea view, Big bed , heavy breakfast included, quite and peaceful neighborhood. Nice staffs Bad. Telephone is not working and distance from reception to room was long, my room was 133 water was coming with little pressure hard to enjoyed bath, AC was hard to switch on.

It will be nice they put up room rate boldly as it seems like staff may be randomly fixing rate.
