Nice staff I arrived after dinner, and they thought I was a no-show so they gave up my premium room. The next day they moved me to a nice room. The place itself is definitely not fancy. Very nice hotel with great staff & exceptional food. However, be aware that early check is eye wateringly expensive. After an overnight flight we were exhausted & felt as if we had been mugged for $150 as we arrived for less than 4 hours in a room that had already been serviced & was ready for us.
