Nice staff I arrived after dinner, and they thought I was a no-show so they gave up my premium room. The next day they moved me to a nice room. The place itself is definitely not fancy. The hotel is great, 2 little pools inside the garden, stuff are super nice. There is a beach club owned by the hotel. Beach chairs, food & drinks are all within a walkable distance. Downside - wifi is not very stable inside the hotel, beach club has a better connection in general. The water stopped twice when i wanted to take a shower, eventually i went down to the pool shower.

A good place to,good customer service and friendly

A beautiful hotel, the room was incredible, the pool was very nice, the only drawback is that it doesn't have a beach, because the water inside the hotel isn't pretty. They take you to and from the beach, but it's still worth it, staying there for two or three days and going on excursions.

I had a great stay for 2 nights. The beach is breathtaking, food was great (dinner was $12) and the manager, Gray, took excellent care of me. I felt very safe walking alone but anytime ai needed a ride, Gray got me a driver. A/C, bottled water, internet, all good.

Peace and quiet. Really nice beach so peaceful in the mornings during the day there is the odd seller trying to push tours but nothing like stone Town and Nungwi so many bars and restaurants with direct beach access. If you visit anywhere in zanzibar put jambiani on the list

This resort in Zanzibar is perfect for honeymooners and relaxing by the pool. It is centrally located for excursions. It has an excellent resturant accessed by a long boardwalk over the changing tides. The staff are very friendly and attentive to your needs

There are renovated rooms, as well as old rooms. Some rooms have a refrigerator, some rooms do not. The air conditioner is located directly above the bed, and the blanket is a sheet. In the old rooms there is no partition between the toilet and shower. As far as I can tell it's the cheapest place that you are looking at the beach off the porch or balcony. I paid 30$ for a room with a fan and an AC room costs 40$. Very nice hotel with great staff & exceptional food. However, be aware that early check is eye wateringly expensive. After an overnight flight we were exhausted & felt as if we had been mugged for $150 as we arrived for less than 4 hours in a room that had already been serviced & was ready for us.
