We booked through Trip.com and were supposed to get a 15% discount on food and beverages as a special offer. We confirmed this multiple times before ordering, but when it came time to pay, they said we couldn't use it. When we tried to explain to the staff, they became impatient and even rolled their eyes. If you're considering this place, I suggest you look for another hotel; this one is not suitable for Chinese guests.
Breakfast was sumptuous, I enjoyed the Thai fish cake, raw honey and the natural peanut butter.
Location is near the beach and massages.
2. The soundproofing in this hotel is super super super bad. Every night we get startled awake because the guests next door come back in the middle of the night. We can hear everything clearly from outside the door, knocking on doors, shouting, talking during 3am or 5am in the morning!
We recommend!!!
