An economic hotel with small territory on a hill above the Bay of Kata. The Windows offer a magnificent view.

Location: 50 km from airport, 15 km from Patong beach, 200 m from the beach across the road.
Consists of five 4-storey buildings on the hillside.
The hotel has 146 rooms. All rooms with sea view.
Beach: public sandy beach in 200 m from the hotel (2 coastline). Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses - a fee, towels-free of charge. There is a Shuttle to the beach.

The shower head in the shower was broken and falls off every time we turn the water off. Only points straight down. Very bad..
If you’re a big person the toilet is in a very tight space a wall is only inches away.
Very overpriced comparing to the other hotels we have visited in Phuket.
We have been on holiday with you many times, this time only 1 week.
Unfortunately we were sick with pneumonia for 4 of the days. Thank you for the service during the days we were sick, you were nice and called our room if there was anything we needed or if you could help. Thank you to everyone at the reception, in the restaurant, service at breakfast, and cleaning staff. Say hello to your drivers who are always helpful in driving us up to the room. We did have a thai massage are the hotel which was just what we needed, a little different from massages in the UK but definitely did the trick and would go back again.
There is a lovely outdoor pool play area and pool table are under cover.
Would definitely recommend this hotel

The only downside is the connecting doors between the rooms, which are very sound-proof.
