In terms of location, it’s very convenient—about a 15-minute walk to the pier, and also close to Bangla Street.
The downside is that the room cleaning seemed a bit lacking.
This trip was to celebrate my birthday, so I’m truly grateful for the extra care and kindness. It made my stay even more special.
Another great point is that the hotel has recommended island-hopping tour packages available downstairs, which is very convenient. There’s no need to search outside and risk being overcharged or scammed. Next door, there’s also a very delicious hotpot restaurant that’s worth trying. A 7-Eleven is right next door as well, which makes everything super convenient.
The only small downside is that you’ll need to take a taxi to get to the beach. Other than that, everything was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again!
But, no king size bed. Just combined 2 single beds. Like the 2 swimming pools , so that not crowded
I also experienced an issue during check in regarding the deposit. The receptionist insisted on a 2,000 baht deposit per room. I asked if it could be reduced since we booked two rooms, but she refused. A day before checkout, I requested to switch the deposit to USD instead so I could get my baht back. She then mentioned that USD was an option from day one, something she hadn’t informed us earlier and she still refused to make the exchange.
Fortunately, another staff member stepped in later and helped resolve the issue, which I truly appreciate. Her assistance made a big difference.
Overall, the hotel has potential with its nice surroundings and helpful staff, but the rooms and communication at the reception could definitely be improved.
we found the room so bad , old furniture bad facilities some of them not working and the room so small and the TV is ancient.
I asked to shorten my stay and refund the rest days but they refused. Then I asked to change the room and they offered a better one not very good but at least better.
Limited options of food but in general is not bad .
The staff are not listening a lot to us after few seconds they start talking, I think they need more training for how to deal with the guests.
