We had the most wonderful stay at Neon Patong! The location is perfect—right in the heart of everything we wanted to see. The rooms were absolutely spot on, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped.
A special shout-out to Alice for her incredible help and outstanding customer service—you truly made our stay amazing! And thank you to Pete for your great service when we visited the pool. Speaking of the pool, the view from the pool area is simply breathtaking!
Highly recommend staying at Neon Patong if you’re looking for a central location, excellent service, and an unforgettable experience.

Well located to Bangla Road but you don’t get the noise.
Staff really friendly and helpful - I kept locking myself out and they helped me instantly.
Get your washing done here - very cheap and all comes back perfect.

My room was nice and clean, and the hotel is in a perfect location, close to everything in Patong. Unfortunately, I was given a joined room with a locked door connecting to the next room. my stay was completely ruined by the guests next door.
They were extremely loud late at night and early in the morning while I was trying to sleep. There was also a strong cigarette smell coming into my room, and even worse, I could clearly hear *** ****** through the wall. I wore earplugs, but they didn’t help at all.
I called reception and even banged on the wall to warn them, but they did not quiet down at all. The noise continued and became an absolute nightmare. I barely got any sleep.
The room and location are good, but soundproofing is terrible, and noise control by the hotel is very poor. If you’re a light sleeper or value peace and rest, I do not recommend staying here.

Love the location of the hotel. Smack in the middle of the town, but far from noises (just a bit of noise from the boxing stadium but quiet after 12am). Room was comfortable for 2. they take 2000baht cash depo per room tho, just I thought was too much (they don’t take credit card). The water heater also keeps going too hot and cold.

Great location, close to everything but located on a quiet side street. There was a bit of noise overnight from the market next door (construction?) but otherwise generally quiet and couldn't hear other guests.
Rooms are good value. Big enough and room to put your luggage. Bathrooms have separate shower space so it doesn't get water everywhere.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient and close to many attractions. The swimming pool is clean and well-maintained. Reception is available 24 hours, which makes check-in and assistance very easy. Although breakfast is not included, everything else was great. Thank you to all the staff for their excellent service and warm hospitality. I will definitely come back.⭐️✨❤️❤️

Great hotel, great staff and good location. I need to get their names but both women at the front desk that I dealt with were both excellent and very hospitable. They made my business feel appreciated. The hotel is pretty centrally located too. About a 13-17 minute walk between the beach and Bangla rd, plus your surrounding by every other venue and popular establishments around patong. It's also right down the street from Juncelyon Mall. If you are in Phuket, this hotel is a must! They also offer laundry service at 50thb per kilo, you can't best that!
