Large two bedroom house with two en suite bathrooms and a downstairs toilet. In a quiet, peaceful area so it was lovely to see the view in the morning and evenings. The swimming pool is communal and has cool blue lights that are pretty at night. The gardens are lush and beautiful. The owner and her team are all friendly and very nice. I enjoyed my 13 day stay here :)

We have stayed at Maenam hills twice and both times it was wonderful. The house is beautiful, the grounds are peaceful and relaxing with a gorgeous pool. The kids absolutely loved it and the location is the best! Eliza makes you feel so welcome and nothing is too much trouble, can’t recommend enough!!

Outstandingly good! We stayed for 5 days. Good location, pool is nice and spacious. The house is comfy and had everything you would need for short and long stay, even a washing machine! The bedrooms are also spacious and have each its own bathroom and AC. At walking distance is a 7 eleven and if you go a bit further you're at a local market as well where you can buy fresh food. Thanks again, Elisa, for the warm welcome. Hope to see you soon again. 😊

Elissa and the team were great. The villa was lovely and so spacious with everything you could need. Me and my fiancé stayed for 4 weeks and would definitely return. The pool is practically private and it’s nice and quiet. They can provide you with drinking water if you want it and they organised a VERY reasonable bike rental for us. WiFi was also great, we worked the throughout with no issues. They also gave us a long list of recommendations which we did and enjoyed every one. Perfect stay :)

Such an amazing place to stay, the villa is open plan downstairs with amazing facilities. It feels so homely! The 2 rooms upstairs are both so spacious with private bathrooms and both have balconies with stunning views! Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Also the host is so kind and helpful :)

Really enjoyed our 5 days stay at Maenam hills. Very comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated villas, beautiful views from the Gallary. The swimming pool on the property is beautiful and almost private. Fully equiped kitchen is a huge advantage. Our host Elisa was quite friendly and helpful. Recommended for family stays.

We stayed 10 days, the manager was very polite. There was nothing around the houses - you need a vehicle there. Many insects, no nets.

Great villas & super hosts! Relaxing atmosphere, big and clean swimming pool, 2 min by bike to the beach. Villas are well equipped, tidy and spacious, with 2 separate bedrooms and kitchen-lounge zone.
Ilya & Dasha are very friendly and approachable, will help you with everything you need, including bike\car rental, sightseeing, restaurants etc.

Wonderful place. Big 2-level villas with 2 bedrooms with bathrooms on the top floor and big kitchen and living room on the ground floor. Quiet and beautiful. Rent a bike or car to get to beautiful Maenam beach in 5 minutes.
