LIV Hotel Phuket Patong Beachfront in Patong

The hotel staffs are so friendly and helpful. The room is clean and well maintained. Abit little bit far from patong street (about 20 minutes walking) but you can get a ride ride less than 100 baht.

Super stay! I loved the ideal location, the very welcoming staff, as well as the cleanliness and brightness of the room. I highly recommend it!

The staff, from the receptionists and security to the pool waiters, were all wonderful. It's true that they made our beds daily and provided fresh towels and the basics, which was great. However, they never refilled the body wash, and there were no cotton swabs; we always had to ask for them at reception, and even then, they often ran out of these basic supplies. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was beautiful and spacious. The location is excellent, right next to everything yet in the quietest spot.

This hotel is truly amazing.  We are absolutely love it!! 
We arranged the hotel transfer service.  It would even better if the driver could hold a sign with our name or the LIV Hotel logo, as it would make it easier for guests to recognise the driver.
The moment we arrived at the hotel entrance, WOW!! We were immediately greeted by warm, smiling and energetic staff.  The hotel quickly offered us cold towels and welcome drinks, which made us feel comfortable and relaxed right away.
The staff member who assisted us, Ms. Zin, was wonderful.  She is very energetic and has a bright, cheerful smile that instantly makes guests feel happy and at ease.  I would definitely like to give her special praise.
The check-in process was very fast and smooth.  Whenever you have any questions or requests, she is quick to assist and make the necessary arrangements.  The service was truly excellent.
She personally escorted us to our room and helped bring our luggage along as well.  When we opened the door, WOW!! A fresh and pleasant scent greeted us.  The air-conditioning had already been set to a comfortable temperature.  The lighting was warm and beautiful, creating a cozy atmosphere.  The room design is modern and stylish, making the space feel very relaxing and comfortable.
One small improvement would be to add a long towel rack near the bathroom door, which would make everything even more perfect.
The bed and blanket were very comfortable.  It would be even better if one of the pillows could be a little softer.  The power sockets are well positioned and very convenient to use.  The hairdryer is also very powerful - really impressive.
The location of the hotel is excellent.  Although it is in a lively area, the hotel itself is very quiet and peaceful which we really like.
The hotel may be small, but the breakfast is definitely not simple.  It is well prepared and very satisfying.
We also used the airport transfer service to the airport.  The car was excellent - very comfortable and luxurious.
Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our stay!!

This hotel is conveniently located directly across from the beach. There's a 7-Eleven within a 5-minute walk, and the night market, which is really lively, is just a 15-minute walk away!

I stayed here with three friends. The room was new, clean, spacious, and very comfortable. At one point, the humidity became unbearable, so we informed the staff. They promptly checked the air conditioning, and the humidity quickly subsided, which was a huge relief. Overall, the staff were incredibly polite, kind, and welcoming!

Basic amenities like toothbrushes, toothpaste, shower caps, and cotton swabs were provided. However, the shampoo and body soap didn't lather well, so I'd recommend bringing your own. The hairdryer was powerful enough, and the outlets were compatible with Japanese plugs, so no adapter was needed. Towels and complimentary bottled water were replaced daily.

My only minor concern was some cleanliness issues around the shower and toilet areas. I wish the cleaning extended to these finer details. Perhaps due to the high humidity, the bedding also felt increasingly damp each day.

Separate towels and bath towels are provided for the pool, so generally, there are enough towels. The location is good; it's a bit further from the city center, requiring a short walk, but it's much quieter than the bustling central area, so noise was minimal. They even provided earplugs for everyone in the room. I think it offers good value for money!

I loved the location of the hotel, quieter area and had a few really good restaurants nearby.. the beach nearby was very beautiful. We didn’t get the breakfast but tried the restaurants that was close

Stayed at LIV Hotel Patong from 13–15 Oct, and it was a lovely experience.
The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely designed — perfect for a short getaway.
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Location is great too — just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops.

Fantastic hotel, I highly recommend it! ✅ The staff were incredibly attentive. Our room had direct pool access and was very spacious and clean. My only minor drawback was the absence of a small seating area. 🙄 The breakfast was good, and the sea view was beautiful.
