Cozy inexpensive hotel, well located close to Kata beach. Recommend for young people.
Built: 2013
Location: 45 km from the airport, Phuket is 16 km from the coast of Patong, Kata beach.
Consists of two 2-storey buildings.
The hotel has 60 rooms, all with views of the city or garden.
Total area: 3 200 m2.
Beach: public sandy beach in 600 m from the hotel (3 coastline). Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses – no towels – free of charge. Between the hotel and the beach road runs.
We accept credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club.

1. Location: The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a 10-minute walk from Kata's busiest areas, including the night market. It offers a peaceful retreat while being incredibly convenient, with a 7-Eleven and an Amazon coffee shop right next door.
2. Room & Balcony: The rooms are very spacious, as are the balconies. It was a bonus to be able to smoke on the balcony, and it was also very handy for drying laundry.
3. Staff: The front desk staff were incredibly warm and friendly; they even escorted us to our room upon check-in. The cleaning staff were also very welcoming and friendly.
Cons:
1. Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi connectivity was quite unstable. In room 2103, the signal was consistently weak and it frequently disconnected. Thankfully, the Wi-Fi in room 3102, where we stayed for the remaining five days, was much better.
2. Breakfast: Although breakfast hours are advertised from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM, the kitchen staff often started clearing all the food between 10:10 AM and 10:15 AM. This was quite disappointing and inconvenient.
3. Toiletries: The quality of the complimentary shower amenities was poor. I'd recommend bringing your own.

- I could not make stable whatsapp Calls
- Video Calls was impossible
Connection is very unstable and fluctuates.
BEDROOM
I found it basic but comfortable and spacious.
- Balcony is smart and modern and in doesn't rain into the balcony easily
- bathroom had no hot water during my stay. I didnt mind it as its hot weather but was annoying in the mornings.
- Rooms have kettle glasses and cups and body wash with shampoo and towels. Their's no coffee in the rooms but a sizeable fridge.
AIR-CONDITIONING
Mine in room 1105 didnt work well at all and was rather noisy and poorly positioned. The aircon is also rather old and outdated.
POOL AREA
Area is amazing and well kept and neat. They also have an outside shower and pool closes at 7pm in the evenings.
ENTRANCE
The entrance needs an upgrade but they have a bag scale which is great.
I recommend this hotel to travelers that are bot picky and who dont require internet.
The hotel is in a great location and to get around is easy.
For the price I think its okay but the wifi situation for me was just terrible. .
PESTS
Bring mozzie repellent theres lots of mozzies. Also frogs at night but for me it was tropical and calming with the rain. . Theres also am ant problem at the hotel so keep clean.
