I was at the Novotel in honeymoon. Honestly, I am not very happy about it. In my 7 days stay I had to repeatedly call or look for the woman of the cleaning, otherwise I was not redone the room in spite of came several hours by pressing the button. I have not been able to charge anything in the room nor at the pool bar. I've had to get out of the water to take the money. Several times if it was the current bathroom and air conditioned, moreover, by ring the bell when it went and when it was night. Staff are undersized and disorganized. The worst incident was when a few seconds by the sound of the bell the servant opened the door. I was naked and I had to scream in order not to get it in.

For the money it's quite ok. Close to the beach, they clean it up every day, towels only for the room, no beach towels. The cafe at the hotel is good

Very Nice and Comfortable Hotel. Staff is nice and helpful. Food is delicious, with good quality.
Beach is just a minutes walk. 3 swimming pools are good too..

Only negative is bit far from Phuket City and Patong...

Overall Good Family resort.

Nice Hotel in the party heart of the town, just make sure to have ear plugs as music on the street plays until 3 o'clock in the morning
