Chanalai Flora Resort, Beach - SHA Plus

Really nice staff, the location is close to Kata Beach and it had a grand room.

I super duper highly recommend this resort to anyone who like to stay outside from Phuket town area. The staff are very helpful and they even free upgraded the room to deluxe room for me as they knew my kid likes to play in the bathtub. I really appreciate it🙏🙏🙏 The location is great, walking distance to 7-11 convenient store, beach, walking street & and the night market. I truly appreciate for all the helps from the hotel staffs offered to us. For sure, I will be back again ❤️

Location is close to the beach! 5 min walking distance, lovely restaurants and convenient stores nearby for daily needs.

Breakfast was nice food.. but ran out fast and took long time to refill.

The towels in the rooms were dirty and unraveling. Definitely needs replacing.

Great location, close to the beach. There is a building site across the road so for the next week's I imagine guests will hear drilling and hammering from time to time. Room is clean and bed is comfortable.

Beautiful, quiet hotel with friendly service, convenient location for both Kata and Kata Noi beaches visiting.

Location is great for people who want to visit Kata beach but don’t want to be stuck in the rush and noise. Location is on the quieter side.

The room is clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The hotel is located at busy area of Kata, walking distance to beach. Worth money.

our rooms were nice, spacious and clean, location was phenomenal as everything you need to visit is within walking distance. The pools are extremely clean and the music is very enjoyable. the location is a quieter area, which makes it very enjoyable to lounge around the hotel as you don’t hear as much traffic. Most of all though, you should book this hotel because the staff are absolutely fantastic. They care so much about their residents. My boyfriend and I both got food poisoning while we were here (unrelated to the hotel food) with my boyfriend being first. one of the maids came in when my boyfriend was resting and asked him if he was sick, to which he replied yes and she offered him liquid iv and showed him what number to dial on the hotel phone if he felt worse because the staff would help him and recommend medicines. In my scenario (i was sick 2 days later) I was walking to the downstairs bathroom from the pool and felt like i was going to faint. i told one of the staff members close to me what was happening, and i immediately had about 10 staff members helping me as i lied down. they all were extremely efficient at keeping me conscious and the communication with myself during this scary moment was incredible, they listened to what i needed and kept me calm while my whole body was cramped up and boarderline paralyzed. I cannot thank them enough for nursing me back to help and I am forever thankful to them.
