Very good hotel! The breakfast is delicious and the people are very nice! There is a free minibus to take you to the beach, which is very good. The guests are also very nice and of high quality

As an dissadvanage it is location for drivers, be prepared some taxi will not deliver you to the hotel door, because the road to tge top is extrimely steep. But, all the rest advantages are overweghted this road trouble

I booked the yoga retreat package, I felt welcome from the moment they picked me in the airport on my arrival. You can customize your holidays, they have plenty of options

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, clean and spacious rooms, good shuttle, would definitely go again.

Whiles the place was located on the hilltop there was shuttle bus every hour to the beach around karong area. Areas where I felt could be improved was the rooms

Then, the most special thing! It is very suitable for vacation, because in addition to comfortable accommodation and good food, it provides a full range of activities, you can choose to rest or participate in activities with others

But since there were only a few guests occasionally, they felt more like private jaguzzies. And Kata beach is about 10 minutes to walk. Breakfast was very simple, but You always got fresh fried eggs or omelets

Hotel rooms were not big but enough for us. We had also a small balcony, right above entrance to watch to the walking street. At rooftop there were two tiny pools (more like size of jaguzzi)

I was surfing at kata beach and since this hotel is very closer to the beach and had a surf theme, I just had to stayed there. The staff were always friendly and helpful

I room was a bit old and the AC a bit loud but overall everything was very clean. I definitely got here again for the next surf season 🤙

Hotel is practically in Kata walking street. We were worried about noise, since previous week at Phi Phi was quite horrible. But all activities start to close down at 11 PM. So, there were no noise at night

Strong AC, towel and blanket provided, amenities (but here were often not filled in all the bathrooms with shower gel and shampoo). The disadvantage I see is that they don't offer free water refills!!!! Why!?

The hostess greeted us, and everything was fine. It seems to have everything you need, but it's very budget-friendly. Would I come back again? Probably not. By the way, there are no beach towels

Shampoo and shower gel were only provided upon check-in, as were coffee and tea. The linens and shower towels were clean and nice. The location is okay, but you'll have to walk to the Walking Street night market nearby

The biggest plus of this hotel is its location—it's absolutely wow! There's a 7/11 nearby, a night market, and Kata Beach is a 10-minute walk away

There's a currency exchange office nearby, which turned out to have the best rate. There's also a laundromat and a large 7. The closet in the bathroom is very strange, as you can't put anything away

There are no shelves near the sink or shower for toiletries. There were also mosquitoes, so I had to buy some

The Beach is Just at short walk away and its the absoult best Beach in phuket! The pool was nice and clean and they had a pool bar if you should need something

We had a great stay at Kata Noi resort. We stayed at one of the villas with 2 bedrooms. The entire villa is very spacious with a full kitchen. They provided us with both normal bath towels and beach towels

After each use of the beach towel, we could simply go to the reception and exchange for clean ones. The front desk staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome. The cleaning staff was excellent

The only drawback is the pool, which is really tiny and not inviting. I highly recommend this hotel

We rented two rooms on the second floor. It's a 20-25 minute walk to Kata Beach, a 15-minute walk to the market, and there's a 7/11, Lotus, and a laundromat nearby

Good modern hotel, clean, but no housekeeping in 2 days. The location isn't ideal, it's on a noisy street, so sleeping at night was problematic. There's a night market and shops nearby

The rating is too high! The reality is that it's not soundproof at all, making it impossible to rest! Furthermore, the bathroom makes the entire room stink! Therefore, Ctrip should give this hotel a more accurate review!

Great location for Kata Beach, just a 10-minute walk to the beach, although you have to go around a bit since the direct path is blocked. The rooms were clean and the air conditioning worked well

Location is walking distance to the beach. Clean room and bathroom. Pillows are soft but the bed is not. Breakfast is simple but it's ok. 711 is nearby.

Nice hotel not too far from the beach (5 minutes). You can also get a free daily towel for going out. Great support with health issues. Good breakfast.

The environment was decent, and it's an acceptable place to stay. I felt it offered good value for money when I booked. Although the beach is right outside, there's a fence, requiring a short detour to reach the sand

It's a shame I had to push to get the room from the picture with one large bed instead of the previous room they wanted to keep me in. There IS a difference between one large bed and two small beds pushed together!!

Our room had a kettle, cups, a fridge, a wardrobe, a safe, and a large, comfortable bed (we slept three of us, including our child). The decor is a bit dated, but the price definitely makes up for it

The selection isn't huge, but everything is fresh. We were especially pleased with the coffee machine 😊 5. The room with a sea view is simply superb. The silence, the birds singing, and the sound of the sea are wonderful

The hotel is perfectly located between two beaches. Kata Noi Beach is 7-8 minutes away, while Kata 1 Beach is 2 minutes away. There's a currency exchange office and a 7/11 nearby. The staff is incredibly friendly

It’s clean and the receptionist smile. But when I booked the hotel I was staying with my old grandmother and we had booked a room specifically for electric wheelchair and higher comfort for her at the other side of town

Location-wise: it's a 5-minute walk to the night market, 10-15 minutes to Kata Beach, and 2 minutes to 7/11 stores. There are also tons of currency exchange booths, massage parlors, cafes, and scooter rentals nearby

It's a good place to relax. The room is huge. The beach is 15-20 minutes walk away.. The hotel has all the necessary amenities.Very friendly people. I really like it here. Breakfast just so/so

Good location to be able to easily access Kata, Karon and Kata Noi beaches. Simple breakfast but was a nice added bonus. Bed was enormous but very firm!!

The rooms are spacious and comfortable; choosing a direct pool access room offers even more privacy. The staff are warm and attentive, the breakfast is delicious, and the spa experience is very relaxing

Just a 7 minutes walk from the left side of the hotel entrance will take you to the main road and a 2 minutes walk from the right side will bring you to a small night market where it is quieter, easier to find a seating place and not that hot

Love the location of this hotel as it is situated off the main road, which tends to be rather noisy with many tourists from evening to night. You definitely can have a good night sleep in this hotel

The front desk staffs are very helpful and polite too. Even though it is located off the main road, it is still very convenient to move around

The weather during end March is very hot and humid during the day, at night it is better, not so hot but still humid

Yes, there's a sea view, but you'll also face an uphill walk to the hotel, and then another climb up to the 3rd floor via a steep staircase

The view from the room was absolutely stunning, with a perfect combination of the sea and mountains. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing, and the hotel is so close to Kata Beach, which made it very convenient

Overall, everything was fine. The only inconvenience was the uphill walk to the hotel. Also, we were told to check out at 11:50 AM (even though checkout is usually until 12:00 PM), and they only told us at 11:43 AM.

There's also no laundry service nearby. The beach is a 5-6 minute walk away, but the view isn't great, as you walk through small streets to get there

If we compare it to Karon Beach: 1) Kata Beach has small pebbles in the sand, while Karon doesn't. 2) Drinks (coconuts/shakes) are twice as cheap on Kata

Honestly, I think it's better to stay somewhere on Karon Beach for the same price, right on the beachfront, rather than here

No parking at the accommodation, but you can park in front of Amazon Cafe. The room is spacious, the AC is cold, and it's close to Kata Beach – within walking distance. Excellent location! Very good service. 🌴✨

If you are not looking for a big hotel resort with a pool and restaurant, this hotel is absolutely sufficient for an overnight stay. The rooms are decent and include a balcony, all for a very good price

A decent, clean hotel. It's very conveniently located just off the main street, one block back, with the beach nearby. There's no street noise. I didn't experience anything negative.

The hotel was for one night, without windows, I didn't feel comfortable in it. On the plus side, the beach is 5 minutes away, there are lots of shops and cafes.

Great place for quality vs price

One of the slightly inexpensive hotels on Kata Noi Beach. Not a bad option for a short stay. We were not checked in right away because of some problems with the wiring on the floor

There for almost two weeks, as a family. The first room was nice, upstairs, lots of greenery and lots of stairs. It was too far for me, so we changed to a room near the pool. The restaurant is extremely overpriced

A truly nice hotel located very close to both kata and karon beaches. The territory is huge and green with a great variety of tropical flowers and trees

10/10 would recommend. Note: no elevator and you can’t cut through Club Med to get to the beach so you have to walk around 10-15min walk. Breakfast was great as was the staff. Bed was comfortable and shower was great.

Such a cute hidden gem in Kata beach yet it’s right in the center of everything. Great location only steps away from the beach. The place is beautiful clean modern. I really liked the staff they catered to every need

Good breakfast although same every day. There is no shortcut to the beach and need to walk 15-20 minutes. The air con is situated straight against the bed. Our stretched pareo helped avoiding direct cold air flow

Originally we had booked the Superior Room which doesn't have a balcony however upon arrival the the receptionist gave us a free upgrade to the room with a balcony, this alone was a fantastic start to the stay here

The beds were comfy and pillows great, the air conditioner was also working well and silent so it didn't disturb our sleep. There was also a kettle and fridge in the room to which came in handy

As expected due to the night market, it was very noisy until around 11–12 at night, and there was also some morning noise, which may bother light sleepers

I had an amazing stay at Kata Poolside Resort! The location is perfect—just a short walk to Kata Beach, shops, and restaurants, yet still tucked away enough to feel peaceful and relaxing

I went with my mom and she was satisfied with his Hotel. Location is good close to the sea. But sometimes they forget to put towels in the room after cleaning. One word you can stay there not more than one week 

The pool is a highlight: clean, well-maintained, and surrounded by plenty of loungers, making it the perfect spot to unwind. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and kept spotless throughout my stay

Everything was great from reception to checkout. Quiet room. Shops and beach just short walk. AC was perfect.

Good position, awesome apartment. Each building has 3 apartments, one on each level - I think the top one is a penthouse, by the looks of it. Very spatious, beautiful terrace, cosy pools
