The facilities are a bit old, but the service is top-notch.

No parking at the accommodation, but you can park in front of Amazon Cafe. The room is spacious, the AC is cold, and it's close to Kata Beach – within walking distance. Excellent location! Very good service. 🌴✨

A decent, clean hotel. It's very conveniently located just off the main street, one block back, with the beach nearby. There's no street noise. I didn't experience anything negative.

We rented the hotel for one night, so we had no complaints. But! We wouldn't have stayed longer. Our room had no windows (at all), but in the morning we discovered a door to a mini-balcony, which made things nicer. The bathtub is rather questionable, worn and covered in yellow stains, likely from age, and water leaks from unexpected places when showering. But! The bed linen is fresh and white. There's a very good restaurant nearby with super-delicious seafood. The beach is close.

If you are not looking for a big hotel resort with a pool and restaurant, this hotel is absolutely sufficient for an overnight stay. The rooms are decent and include a balcony, all for a very good price. I would recommend it to travelers like us — we stayed for a few nights and were very satisfied. In my opinion, it’s a great choice for anyone looking for accommodation in Phuket at a reasonable and affordable price, not for ridiculous amounts of money

The hotel was for one night, without windows, I didn't feel comfortable in it. On the plus side, the beach is 5 minutes away, there are lots of shops and cafes.

The room was spacious, but it didn't feel clean. The bathroom in particular had mold and grime that hadn't been completely removed, and the interior was dirty.

Close to the beach. Spacious room. Everything is a bit old and shabby. There are practically no windows. Not enough natural light. Small balcony.
