These are very old apartments and they are very poorly maintained. There are many insects and cockroaches everywhere. In particular, in room G8 everything is old and completely smoked, it is impossible to breathe there.

While the place has sensational views and in a fairly convenient location, I highly advise to not stay here during raining season as in the event of thunderstorms or heavy rain, the whole property's electricity goes out. I'm experiencing this as we speak. The property itself only has backup generators for its main office and clubhouse which I am shocked.

A 5 star property such as this should have generators equipped to disperse electricity to all villas. Moreover, the staff fail to be proactive to offer any compensation or assistance relative to unrefridgerated food, etc and extremely hard to leased with the front office. The most irritating & bothersome issue is assuring guests that everything will be back in order within an hour (wishful thinking, considering the problem both times was a broken main road cable). I rather have them advise guests the truth that the problem could persist for a few hours and if you have any work appointments etc scheduled, we can assist you with alternative arrangements etc).

As a business owner myself in the hospitality industry, very disappointed in the property and its management especially in being proactive in help as well as compensation.
