Absolutely charming, the place, staff, service and all. The outdoor pool is lovely and the sun beds are very comfortable. It’s the most accommodating resort I’ve stayed in and I can’t wait to come back here again.

Excellent service and very nice accomodartions. Live jazz music every night until about 10 pm. Massage right across the street, 7-1, money conversion, local eateries are close by. Many conveniences within a 3 min walk

Very relaxing place, good rooms, great pool with 145cm depth. Restaurant food is fantastic, with discount for guests. Often has live piano; Mondays there is a Latin night (mainly salsa and bachata) with a dance teacher.

I can’t describe how grateful i am for having the opportunity to say those things because i really appreciate the days in Jazz U Garden. You were all so amazing and nice. I just hope that you’re all okay

Yet quiet once on the property. It is set back from the street. Very laid back and relaxing property. Very roomy room with a garden view

I stayed a week in this resort and it was the best week of my life. The food, the vibes, the persons, everything was perfect

I went with my mom and she was satisfied with his Hotel. Location is good close to the sea. But sometimes they forget to put towels in the room after cleaning. One word you can stay there not more than one week 

Excellent location right in the heart of kata with everything on your doorstep literally! We got a walk down entrance to the pool from the balcony which was an amazing added bonus that we didn't expect

I had an amazing stay at Kata Poolside Resort! The location is perfect—just a short walk to Kata Beach, shops, and restaurants, yet still tucked away enough to feel peaceful and relaxing

This was such a pleasant surprise and a fantastic stay! I was checked into the new building, on the 3rd floor. Everything was new from IKEA, spotlessly clean, and the bed was so comfortable

There were absolutely no cigarette or damp smells. It had a large shower room, a hairdryer, and shampoos. The lady at the reception was very kind, even though we both just wanted to sleep at 4 AM

Even though it's a 2-star hotel, the service is better than some 3-star hotels. The rooms are spacious and clean. Cleaning was done daily, and the maid on the floor was very friendly

The entire staff worked very hard, and the atmosphere was pleasant. I asked for a room upgrade because my windows faced the road, and the staff immediately tried to resolve the issue and change my room

Room is very clean. Large room Service is very good nice value for money. Very near Karon beach and night market good for solo traveler

It was also very noisy with poor soundproofing; I could hear all the sounds from the reception, conversations, etc. The mattress was extremely hard and uncomfortable. My back started hurting after just a couple of days

I found a good room with everything I needed. Raj helped me in every way he could and made my stay pleasant. The Hotel is perfectly located in a quiet area and 10 minutes walking to the beach

I stayed last year for 10 nights great location and very good value

I will definitely go back here when I will be at Kata again

Quiet area, very good to sleep all night. Friendly people Recommended for everyone. You receive more than you pay for it. Not 5 stars only because the room overlooks a fence and there is no elevator

Great hotel, lovely staff, clean. A huge plus - priately Shuttle bus to the beach of Kata and Karon, although we always walk to Kata went, there are beach towels and straw mats for the beach.

We stayed at the hotel in late June and early July in the building next to the pool. Our room had a balcony with a clothes dryer, two chairs, and a small table; we sometimes sat on the balcony in the evenings

A $50 deposit is required upon check-in; it's refunded upon check-out. The reception building also provides beach towels and beach mats, and a shuttle to and from the beach three times a day

We filled it once the entire time, and that was on the last day, just to be polite, so we didn't rent it for nothing 😁 On check-in day, there was a huge cockroach in the bathroom, which we had to douse with boiling water

We chose a deluxe room with a bathtub on the balcony, as the price difference with standard rooms was literally a couple of thousand. As it turned out later, the room with the bathtub on the balcony wasn't even worth it

On the beach you have to walk few hundred meeters and beach was very full so we take sun on the pools witch was very nice

The room was great, huge bed and lovely bathroom with a large shower. It was cleaned every day and plenty of bed changes. Pool towels were easily changed each day

A really nice alternative to other plastic international style hotels in the area. In this hotel everything teminds that you are in thailand with its themed decorations and pool with luxurious vegetation around

We did not use the pool much as I prefer the beach but they were set in lovely gardens and never seemed that busy. There was also a roof top pool. The beach was about a 10 minute easy walk away

Super comfortable beds, great WiFi, air conditioning and great location all for a great price. We had some issues but management and staff were very helpful and made our stay much better

It’s also kinda far from the beach because of the wall built by a hotel, so you have to walk around the wall which triples the journey time. 20 mins is needed to reach the beach on foot

Stayed 3 nights while in kata beach on a 3 week trip to Thailand. Location is great, close to kata beach but very quiet. Accommodation is clean and has all the facilities required

We enjoy the wood-smell in the suite and the restaurants nearby. It’s kinda noisy if you stay in the room next to the street. Recommend A7 if you prefer a quiet room to stay

The hotel itself was very well maintained including the pool and the grounds. The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough to help you. Lovely touches such as beach towels and a beach mat included

This place is great! The room has everything you need, and it is perfectly clean. At the time go my visit it was also very serene - it has a pretty pool and garden, and it was not noisy at all

It was very quiet, had a lovely pool & wonderful helpful staff. The manager was only to willing to help and found us a motor scooter from a reliable renter

It is just 3 minutes walk from the beach. To top it all off, there is a wonderful restaurant - Veranda just next door, where prices are pretty well on par with the majority of restaurants, but the food is much better

Our only constructive feedback is that the position of the toilet was a little tricky to sit down so close to the sink and the water pressure could be higher but very minor changes!

The most important thing is that it is quiet at night. Every morning they bring coffee and water. Convenient location, restaurants nearby. Serdar helped with all issues

The hotel is located just few minutes from kata beach , the people at the hotel are really friendly and always help you , overall is a good stay no very new but is clean and comfortable

There's a 7/11 nearby, and it's about a 7-10 minute leisurely walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable, and there's a fridge in the room

The pool in the day time and evening time is just wonderful! We stayed everyday in the hotel, because it’s so beautiful. The Location is also good, walking distance to all the locations and beach

We loved our 3 night stay in a garden view suite close to all the wonderful amenities. The buffet breakfast was excellent, thre staff fantastic and swimming in the long pool pictured, our daily highlight

The hotel has a graceful ambiance with a distinct Thai local flavor. Exploring from the lobby entrance onwards, there were delightful surprises at every turn. The staff were warm, friendly, and incredibly thoughtful.

The pool swim up bar is also a great addition for a day at the pool

Cons: The water pressure in the shower was quite low. The cleaning wasn't exceptionally thorough; there was dust on the desk

Walking distance-take around 10mins walk to night market. Top floor swimming pool with view but a bit small. Breakfast has small selection at buffet counter but u can orders fresh hot dishes such as eggs, noodles & rice

As for the rooftop pool, there's no possibility to order food, not even at lunchtime. In any case, I'd still recommend it

Perfect location, 5 mins walk to 2 great beaches, plenty of bars and restaurants on the doorstep, lovely roof top pool, Staff were so friendly and helpfull. Room was great, comfiest bed we had out of our travels

Cleaning could be better all in all, for 4 stars it was a good hotel. Drainin was horrible, but if you don’t like long showers you are all good.

Very nice hotel in a perfect location if you're not looking for a wild nightlife scene. The only downside is the rather limited breakfast

They give you separate towels to take to the beach, which I thought was really helpful. The pool and the rooftop bar was great, you could see the sea and watch a sunset with a cocktail!

The only criticisms I have are that the pool is barely a pool, more like a large hot tub with cool water on the roof, and it's not a super social place where you can meet people

Good breakfast although same every day. There is no shortcut to the beach and need to walk 15-20 minutes. The air con is situated straight against the bed. Our stretched pareo helped avoiding direct cold air flow

There are also a couple of excellent scooter rental shops close by, and free parking is available just outside the hotel. Breakfast was very good, with solid vegetarian options available. Beach towels are also provided

It's set up very well for working remotely, which is why I chose this place. It has great internet and a few desks and tables to work at in quiet locations. I've stayed in dozens of hostels and I really liked this place

My room was clean and well maintained upon arrival. The staff cleaned it regularly, and housekeeping took care of it every day. Each time I returned late at night, the room was spotless

Such a cute hidden gem in Kata beach yet it’s right in the center of everything. Great location only steps away from the beach. The place is beautiful clean modern. I really liked the staff they catered to every need

They have a nice little pool, we spent our most time in the pool. Looking at trees and hill behind was very pleasant. Hotel service was great and welcoming

In the morning you can order breakfast in their cafe! They cook with soul and deliciously!!!! Hotel on the mountain: in the morning you stand with coffee on the platform near the cafe and are stunned by yourself and your feelings

Woke up - opened the doors wide. You lie on the bed and enjoy the beauty of nature. No one is looking at you, the birds are singing, there is no fuss, silence

I had the Delux room which I got only for $20. The room is nice and bed is comfortable. Pool is big great for a family vacation.

Firstly it is located at a very convenient and busy area near Kata beach - you can just walk to the beach in 10 to 15 minutes. However the rooms are quiet inside the hotel even in the day time without any outside noise

Secondly the hotel itself is fantastic with great pool views and aesthetic rooms. Our room was so comfortable and the bed was cozy

The staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful with service, and with our luggage as well, however we were not informed about the complimentary shuttles and lunch they provided to compensate the inaccessibility of the main pool which was under renovation at the time

Great location, friendly staff, and a nice pool. However, the bed linen didn’t smell fresh, even after changing the pillow sheets. In some places there was a dust like the room was not in use for some time

Located far from beach. Nice pool on the roof, but dormitory little bit old. Staff is friendly, during my stay biggest part of customers was bartender students so it was pretty loud.

The double standard room smelled of old wood and it was exactly what you would expect from a very old hostel (toilet seat like of a public toilet, uncomfortable bed, door was difficult to close, etc

This is a decent budget hotel, and check-in was quick. It was a bit hard to find, and we got a little lost. There's a rooftop pool, but we didn't get a chance to use it

The location was quite easy to find. Since I was checking in very late, I communicated with the hotel in advance and they kindly helped me out by leaving the key for a self-check-in, which was really great
