The bed wasn’t comfortable , instead of getting a one bed I’ve got two joined together and as the mattress was suuuuuper thin as well as all blankets and pillows , I could fill the edges of two beds or my foot was stuck in between

Awesome hotel, the room was great, very comfortable bed, the hotel amenities like the pool and the gym were just so good. Located in a great location near the beautiful beach and some nice cafes and restaurants

Would be great to have ice for the guests in case someone needs it for an iced coffee or any drink

Strange that you can get an ice coffee when you order room service but can get just a cup of ice for your breakfast coffee and you have to drink it hot as if it’s not hot enough outside

The gym was super hot and two of the 4 machines were not even working

The stay was okay, though I must say the rooms are a bit old, the AC was noisy and smelly ,tv is too small and weirdly placed

The hotel is full of grass, palm trees, and greenery, it’s nice to walk around the resort and look at the mountains and nature, there are butterflies flying around, you can see the big Buddha while walking on the treadmill in the gym, the beach shuttle is Great

We love this hotel. There are lots of vegetation around the hotel. The layout of the room is great. The breakfast was wonderful. The shuttle provide the hotel to the beach was wonderful

The facilities were brilliant and included a bath tub. The shower had a rainfall option which was a great touch. We had a kettle, mini fridge and safe in the room which made the stay that bit more comfortable

On arrival really impressed, however once you look closer it is well used ( which is a positive) but starting to look a bit tired

Staff really attentive, maintenance arrived promptly to deal with hook off wall and light not working.  Definitely not a criticism but padded sun beds and parasol on every terrace would enhance people's experience

It’s only 10 minutes away from the beach! Great hotel! clean! And lots of swimming pools in the hotel

The top area by the pool with Ball beds looks a bit forgotten, but this does not affect the overall experience as the pool area is very nice

Location is very convenient near shops and food markets and just 5 minute walk to the beach. Rooms with pool access are great with nice bed. Temperature of the pool was great. Breakfast was very good with ample times

The location is perfect with everything at your doorstep from a multitude of restaurants, markets, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. all within easy walking distance. Kata beach is literally only a stroll away too

And there is no pool chair 'holding' here (thank goodness) and there were always pool chairs available at the pool bar at any time

Come before sunset and you'll see a magical landscape. The kitchen is good, but not cheap. Tuna crudo is really cool salad. Service at the highest level. Thai waiters do speak English! Recommend!!!!

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Kata Rocks. The design is stunning, the views over the Andaman Sea are breathtaking, and the atmosphere feels effortlessly luxurious yet relaxed

I had the most amazing time at CCS Hideaway. I came as a solo traveller and arrived at the beginning of May (slightly off-season), so the hotel was quieter, but the staff were still so accommodating and welcoming

And the comprehensive yoga and wellness program was a true treat. You can either book a room inclusive of the wellness program, or pay per class. They offer yoga, Pilates, meditation and outings each day

The staff truly make the experience. Everyone was so friendly that you leave feeling like part of a family. Special shoutouts to: Nim — she has so much energy and runs the tours amazingly

From the moment you book, the staff are so attentive. You receive WhatsApp messages and daily updates about your itinerary for the next day, which makes everything feel easy and organised

Even if you don’t book one of the retreat packages, you can still pay to join individual workshops and classes, which I’d definitely recommend because everything they offer is so special

Cristina — I did her Reiki healing and chakra workshop and her knowledge was incredible. Bam — the beach yoga sessions were beautiful. Dev — the yoga philosophy day was so informative

Good service, friendly staff. In general, the room was not bad, but the hotel needs repair. Cleaning for 4 for some reason they don't wash the floors in the room. No slippers, bathrobe, face towel, hygiene kit (3⭐️

Rooms were very clean, comfy bed, cleaning service was excellent. They provide you clean towels every day to go to the beach or swimming pool for free! Amazing staff! Laundry service

Hotel rooms were not big but enough for us. We had also a small balcony, right above entrance to watch to the walking street. At rooftop there were two tiny pools (more like size of jaguzzi)

A fabulous place to stay with reasonable rates. The staff are friendly and polite. The rooms are clean and they offered to clean up every day. There's a surfing theme and the beach is in walking distance from the hotel

But since there were only a few guests occasionally, they felt more like private jaguzzies. And Kata beach is about 10 minutes to walk. Breakfast was very simple, but You always got fresh fried eggs or omelets

Hotel is practically in Kata walking street. We were worried about noise, since previous week at Phi Phi was quite horrible. But all activities start to close down at 11 PM. So, there were no noise at night

Shampoo and shower gel were only provided upon check-in, as were coffee and tea. The linens and shower towels were clean and nice. The location is okay, but you'll have to walk to the Walking Street night market nearby

The hostess greeted us, and everything was fine. It seems to have everything you need, but it's very budget-friendly. Would I come back again? Probably not. By the way, there are no beach towels

It really felt like we were living in a townhouse, with the bedroom on the second floor and the kitchen and pool downstairs. The Orchid cafe is nearby; it's delicious; we often went there for breakfast

There's a currency exchange office nearby, which turned out to have the best rate. There's also a laundromat and a large 7. The closet in the bathroom is very strange, as you can't put anything away

My daughter and I stayed at the hotel. The room was spacious, with plenty of space, a large balcony overlooking the pool, a king-size bed, and a shower with toiletries

There are no shelves near the sink or shower for toiletries. There were also mosquitoes, so I had to buy some

The room was quite spacious, with a good bathroom and a comfortable bed. However, for a place that calls itself a resort, it’s lacking a lot. There’s not even breakfast included, and the pool is very small

I’d definitely stay here again ! It’s located nearby restaurants and street full of shops like 7/11 , massages and clothing stores. This part of town shuts down by 11pm

It’s good for families but it’s also not a far ride from other tourist or entertainment areas

Nice hotel not too far from the beach (5 minutes). You can also get a free daily towel for going out. Great support with health issues. Good breakfast.

It's a shame I had to push to get the room from the picture with one large bed instead of the previous room they wanted to keep me in. There IS a difference between one large bed and two small beds pushed together!!

It was a bonus to be able to smoke on the balcony, and it was also very handy for drying laundry. Staff: The front desk staff were incredibly warm and friendly; they even escorted us to our room upon check-in

Breakfast: Although breakfast hours are advertised from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM, the kitchen staff often started clearing all the food between 10:10 AM and 10:15 AM. This was quite disappointing and inconvenient

Our room had a kettle, cups, a fridge, a wardrobe, a safe, and a large, comfortable bed (we slept three of us, including our child). The decor is a bit dated, but the price definitely makes up for it

This hotel is very excellent location. The hotel is very clean and comfortable to walk around to everywhere. It's located near supermarket , shopping center and surrounding area of restaurant

The selection isn't huge, but everything is fresh. We were especially pleased with the coffee machine 😊 5. The room with a sea view is simply superb. The silence, the birds singing, and the sound of the sea are wonderful

Great location close enough to the Kata beach but far from the noisy Main Street. Room was clean , breakfast was pretty good. They give you beach towels too if you want to use it.

At the entrance, there are women who seem to be in charge of everything in the hotel; all our questions were resolved through them, and everything was handled efficiently. Breakfast was included in our booking

Location-wise: it's a 5-minute walk to the night market, 10-15 minutes to Kata Beach, and 2 minutes to 7/11 stores. There are also tons of currency exchange booths, massage parlors, cafes, and scooter rentals nearby

Everything was amazing. Hotel location is very good near to everywhere not noisy like patong. Even we didn’t get cleaning one day but they left for us water in front of of our room. They are really nice

The hotel has a direct path to the beach, just a 1-minute walk, and it's also very close to 7-Eleven. There's a massage parlor right downstairs at the hotel, which is super convenient

They do provide towels by the pool (you can't take them to the beach), and there's one large towel per person in the room, but no beach towels. The staff is very friendly and always quick to help

The view from the room was absolutely stunning, with a perfect combination of the sea and mountains. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing, and the hotel is so close to Kata Beach, which made it very convenient

Overall, everything was fine. The only inconvenience was the uphill walk to the hotel. Also, we were told to check out at 11:50 AM (even though checkout is usually until 12:00 PM), and they only told us at 11:43 AM.

If you are not looking for a big hotel resort with a pool and restaurant, this hotel is absolutely sufficient for an overnight stay. The rooms are decent and include a balcony, all for a very good price

A decent, clean hotel. It's very conveniently located just off the main street, one block back, with the beach nearby. There's no street noise. I didn't experience anything negative.

The hotel was for one night, without windows, I didn't feel comfortable in it. On the plus side, the beach is 5 minutes away, there are lots of shops and cafes.

In my opinion, it’s a great choice for anyone looking for accommodation in Phuket at a reasonable and affordable price, not for ridiculous amounts of money

Excellent accommodation, a very pleasant hotel with a clean pool. For breakfast, there's tea, coffee, cookies, and fruit. Since it's located away from the beach, having your own transport is a must

There's a wonderful view of the Big Buddha and the jungle. It would be good if towels were changed more often. Perfect for a quiet, peaceful getaway without noisy groups

Dirty! They seem to clean and change towels, but the plumbing is dirty, the mirror is covered in spit, the kitchen is just awful. I washed what I could myself, but it didn't help much

We stayed at the blue pearl for 6 nights, we had a deluxe room which was lovely. The rooms got serviced each day with fresh water and towels etc

The cleaning team knocked on out door each day to check whether we wanted our room cleaned or not. The cleaning was amazing what they did and it was perfect for us everytime we arrived back to the room after a day out
