The building consists of many units that are independently rented out by different owners. Although the building itself is nice, the unit we were in (unit K20), was not good. It was dirty, it had stained pillows, and bed cover. The bathroom floor mat was very dirty and there were many ants in the kitchen area. The owner does not provide any tissue, napkins, dish soap, trash bags, and other basic needs. When you rent an apartment instead of a hotel, there is a certain expectation that basics will be included. This unit gave less than the bare minimum. It is listed as luxury, which is a stretch and used very loosely.

The owner provided just 1, one ounce bottle of shampoo and only one toilet paper roll for our 6 day stay. When I reached out to the owner for more shampoo and toilet paper, the owner said it would cost an additional 1,000 baht ($30 usd). That's the same price a family of 4 can go out and have dinner out in Thailand. We bought one roll for 30 baht ($1 usd).

The description details for this unit shows a washer listed as being in the unit. That is not true, there is no washer in the unit. When I questioned the owner about the washer, the owner said that there is a laundromat across the street. This is the main reason we booked this unit, because it had a washer. If you are reading this review and are thinking about staying in this complex, I suggest reserving from a different owner, all the different units there can be found on Airbnb. Just caution with unit "K20."

Also, no check in instructions were provided regarding apartment access and parking. The message I received simply said welcome to our K20 apartments and WiFi info. When we arrived to the property we spent approximately 10 minutes trying to find unit K20. We finally reached out to the owner and that's when she sent a video with directions to the unit, the access code, and parking info.
