Nice place very clean and on top of a very nice cafe. The beach is in walking distance.

The location is great, but the line at 7/11 was 40-50 people long. Regarding the hotel, we stayed for two nights and had no complaints. The TV didn't work, but they fixed it quickly. There's a coffee shop downstairs, and the cappuccino is fantastic 👍🏼

The most important thing is cleanliness and order!!!
The room has a hairdryer, slippers, a refrigerator, and a safe. The only downside is the shower isn't separated by anything, so everything is submerged in water, but that's a minor issue. Great location: centrally located and close to the sea. There's a great coffee shop on the ground floor 👍 Friendly staff!!!

A pleasant, intimate hotel, close to the beach. The room is odor-free, and there's a small balcony for smokers. Downstairs is a specialty coffee shop with reasonable prices, delicious breakfasts, and tasty coffee.

Convenient location, very friendly staff, shops nearby, 7 Eleven, a clean beach, everything within walking distance.
The entrance is a bit tricky to find the first time; you need to go into Sync Coffee and then go right to the reception desk.
We were delighted by the pleasant smell. The view was of the wall of the neighboring building, but we only came to the room to sleep, so it wasn't a big deal. For the price, it was fantastic! ❤️

We've known the family who runs this hotel for 13 years, so we were delighted when they expanded and opened a small hotel. Overall, for the price, the room was exceptionally clean, with fresh towels and bed linen provided daily. It's a compact room, but perfectly suited for our kind of vacation. Moped rental is available on-site, so we primarily used it as a place to sleep, as the beaches are just around the corner and easily accessible by moped. We feel incredibly comfortable there; if any issues arise, as they did on this trip, they are extremely helpful (e.g., being taken to the hospital at night). The adjoining restaurant and bar are absolutely excellent, and the selection of food, especially the fresh fish, is truly fantastic. We're already planning our next vacation there :)

A charming little hotel, with just 10 rooms. Upon check-in, I thoroughly inspected every corner, and everything was spotlessly clean. There was no dirt or mold to be found. Housekeeping was reliable and done daily.

The staff were incredibly friendly. Over the two weeks, we became so accustomed to their smiles that it was genuinely sad to leave. They assisted us with everything. For instance, when we booked an excursion and completely forgot about breakfast, the staff proactively reminded us that we wouldn't have time to eat and kindly offered to prepare a breakfast box for us.

Breakfast was served at a restaurant located right next to the hotel. The breakfasts were delicious and varied, ordered à la carte from a menu and prepared freshly on the spot. All the food was fresh and of good quality.

It's worth noting that both the hotel and the restaurant are run by the same very pleasant and friendly family. They truly create an amazing atmosphere.

Additional amenities included beach umbrellas, mats, and towels, all provided free of charge.

The hotel offers WiFi. The speed was sufficient for streaming videos in standard quality, although high-quality videos tended to buffer. However, this wasn't an inconvenience for us.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's situated just off Kamala's 'main shopping street' but tucked away slightly, so you can't hear any street noise or traffic. Right next to the hotel, you'll find everything you could possibly need (and then some!): a currency exchange, plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants.

I'd like to give a special mention to the Russian shop associated with the hotel and restaurant. They have a good selection of items, and you can also book excursions there.

For me, this is definitely a place I'd love to return to. Highly recommended to everyone!

Great location, nice people, comfy enough rooms for 2* hotel and nice breakfast - 4 options including Western and Thai options. I really enjoyed the rice, chicken and egg breakfast, super healthy and delicious!
