I had vegetarian people travelling with me and on the first day only the food was bland as well undercooked which i conveyed to one of staff which in answer replied its not in my duty.
Very stringent about giving water. I had 3 people in one room and the amount of water was too less even for a single person and in the end i had to get my water bottles from stores. I wont recommend with to people travelling with family especially vegetarian and also they charge for even smallest of the things which in my life i have seem for the first time.
So not a good stay just a good location
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Patong and we are very happy with our experience.
We would especially like to congratulate Chef M, who was absolutely amazing every single day. From the very first day, he already knew what we liked for breakfast, which made us feel very welcome and cared for.
We also want to thank the Sarah, who treated us excellently throughout our stay and gave us great recommendations on what to do on some days.
Overall, our stay was excellent, and we truly enjoyed our time here. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back.
A special thanks to the team for helping me arrange a beautiful birthday surprise for my husband it meant so much to us and made our trip unforgettable.
The location is perfect: the beach and Bangla Road are both very close, making everything easily accessible while still feeling peaceful and relaxing.
I’m truly grateful for the hospitality and would definitely recommend Amata Patong to anyone looking for a comfortable, stress-free stay in Phuket. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
