Bossotel Chiang Mai in Chiang Mai City

We were very disappointed with the accommodation. Most of the staff spoke very little English. When we asked for information outside the hotel, their advice was inadequate.
The pool was unusable, apparently due to the storm.
The location is very remote, which resulted in long commutes.
Despite the spacious rooms, I wouldn't recommend the hotel at all.

We booked the boss as it had such good reviews however unfortunately we had a terrible time here. when we arrived there were stains on the bed when informing staff we were told it would be changed and never did the whole time of our stay, after asking several times we just gave up and accepted they weren't going to be changed. This is the only place we have stayed in Thailand where there hasn't been drinking water and general cleaning provided in the bedrooms. The one bathroom that was being shared between 12 people and was also never kept clean. We also had a major incident here, where my partner slipped on the shared bathroom floor due to is being so slippery and hurt himself, the bathroom sink had fallen on top of him resulting in him being injured. This incident was not handled by the hotel greatly at all with the manager (Kim) getting very verbal towards us. Will not be back and would highly recommend booking somewhere else there is unfortunately nothing good to say about this hotel and needs to be avoided at all costs.
